This is the first time I have had to use a laundromat, so I do not have any previous experiences to compare to. However, as a first time laundromat user, I would say this one is very nice! It's very large, so I never feel crowded. There is free wifi, and nice booths to sit at while you wait for your laundry. There are even two toy/game machines if you have to bring your child. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, and they are constantly making sure everything stays clean. I would definitely recommend this Wash Land!

I am staying in Norfolk for 3 weeks and the hotel does not have a washing machine so I went to this place. I looked around and an older lady who worked there came to help. She showed me how to get a laundry card, add money to it, showed me the different machines. I washed my clothes with no problems, 30 minutes wash, 40 min in the dryer. It was air conditioned, fairly clean. Another lady was sweeping while I was there, I worked on my computer while I waited. No issues. I'm going back next week

It's clean, a sitting area, Wi-Fi, and tv. You use cards here and keep loading the card with money. The prices to wash are ok. Overall pretty good.

This is my first time here....so far so good....they have big washers which i like.....it would be great if they had more of the super big ones....but its clean in here....the attendant doesnt seem too friendly....looks also like they could use a few more carts too....i am able to sit on my phone plugged up to a charger and watch tv if i want though...i will definitely be coming back here to do my laundry...

Came in and there were 2 other people. Counter person nowhere to be found, so I loaded 20 bucks into the machine. I’m here for a funeral and needed to do laundry. When the counter person finally showed up, explained the situation and asked could I possibly have the 14 dollars that was left and I will not use. Nope. No more of a response. What happened to customer service?

Best place around my are for laundry. It usally stays pretty clean on the inside. Never really overwhelmingly packed except on a rare occasion. Decent prices and card system that never gives me problems.

I usually come once a week to do my laundry and this particular attendant on duty tonight 1/19/19 930pmish- is consistently lazy, or glued to her phone and hiding in the office on said phone, or just gossiping the entire time i am here. I never used to be worried abput my clothes getting dirty if it fell on the floor in this place, but i literally have this worry every time now because its always dirty lately. This washland needs a better caliber of attendant cause she doesn't do her job well.

I like the affordable prices. But I dislike this area and this location. The staff seem to always be helpful. But the type of customers that enter are ghetto, nosy, and staring for no reason. It's like your on camera the entire time you're in there. Random people wanna try to have a conversation. I would suggest the Chesapeake Wash Land if you can go there.

This facility is great my family and I would drive out of our way to go there but, sadly the Night Employees are extremely Rude and Disrespectful. ..!!!! I was told at 8:35pm that l could take my laundry home wet or leave it in the dryers until the next morning. .!?! Shocked to say the least her head was shaking side 2 side and all.... They close at 10pm but lock there doors at 9pm :O SMH Lost Gd Business

This place is a rip off. High end prices with low end service. You have to buy a "wash card" to insert into the machines that conveniently over charge you and it costs an extra dollar just to get the "wash card!" Search around, there has to be better.

Horrible, while sitting and waiting for my clothes to be done washing a roach started crawling up my leg. Seen another one crawling inside of a washer machine. There were roaches everywhere, would not recommend for the fear of bringing pests home with you.

Clean, friendly staff, but wasnt used to the cost. Took 10 dollars a pop to finish a load. Even small ones. The cost of the driers where cheap (about .56-.76 cents) but only because you habe to pay multiple times to increase time and the 10 minutes it gives you does nothing, even on high heat. But the washers and driers are HUGE so you can throw in one or 2 whole loads in a single one and probably save money.

The sales associates attitudes on Saturday 11/17 on 2 occasions today was terrible morning & afternoon. Customer Service is everything but to believe they can just talk to people any type of way is terrible. Use respect, treat people the way you would like to be treated.

Very nice, clean, laundromat. Law & Order was on TV which was nice too lol, vending machines for snacks and soda to soaps and laundry sheets it’s there. Was $9.50 a load to wash in the commercial machines but let me tell ya you can fit a lot in those so it’s worth it! The attendant definitely attends to making sure this is the nicest laundromat you’ll ever step into.

One of their staff by the name of Tee (she said”I’m not telling you my first name”) anyways we came in the store about 15 min after hours and she goes “how tf did you get in here” and tells us we can’t have our clothes. She’s very rude even when we tried to be as nice as possible. She needs to be fired period.

I've been using Wash Land at this location for a number of years. One young lady by the name of Aneshia has always been very helpful, professional, efficient, and always keeping the laundromat clean by staying on top of everything. She is definitely an asset to this establishment.

This is the cleanest laudromat I've been to in the area. All the machines are new and the attendants are very nice and helpful. The machines are also bigger and less expensive then other places i've been. I save a lot of money when I go here.

Dropped off what would have been at least 4 regular loads of laundry, and it was done in less than 3 hours! Washed, dried, folded, and SO neat I wanted to refold the rest of my luggage to match. I typically have sensitive skin and allergies, but the detergent they used smelled great and didn't make me itch. Would definitely recommend them, and will use again! *Edited to add that we were relocating from out of state to here in Norfolk. We had never used them before, but had a great experience!

First time i have been to a laundry mat since i was a child...but this is nice! Buy a refillable card to.use on the machines. Machines are all in great shape and clean. Floors and folding tables are clean. Lady working tonight is very friendly and helpful. Very pleased overall.

I've used most of the laundry mats around the 7 cities, and I must say the Washland on VA Blvd in Norfolk is the cleanest. The attendant "Amy" is so friendly and helpful. As I was there washing my clothes, I now know why this location is the cleanest because the whole time she was cleaning something. She went from the machines to the floors, to the trash, and on to the bathrooms, and at the whole time to taking care of the customers with a smile and a friendly attitude. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

I wouldn't come here if you are on travel. This place is cashless and you have to pre-purchase a card. The associate at the counter told me they don't refund any value on that card...so if this is the only time you are coming here you need to guess EXACTLY how much your wash and dry will cost. When I asked for advice on how much a single load would be, "Well that depends..." Sorry, I'll go somewhere else.

They are super-clean, have very clean bathrooms and have drink/snack machines. There's free WiFi and cable TV along with chairs and tables to get some work done while you wait. It is a huge and modern laundromat. You have to load $$$ on a card to wash and dry so it is different than a coin operated laundry place so know that before you go. The prices tend to be a bit more expensive too than a coin operated laundry place. But, you get what you pay for and sometimes I will go here when I crave the convenience. The staff was polite (at least when I went at around 6 p.m. today).

Awesome experience! The lady manning the front desk was super helpful and friendly. 30 minutes to wash my entire families (5 people) laundry in the medium washer for $6 and about 1.50 to dry. Super clean and smelled great walking in. Has wifi, tables to sit at and video cameras for security.

Use to be clean all the time . Now your will find all the big washer like dirty? And where you pour the soap need to be clean before your put your soap. WiFi it’s not working as usual and after trying almost all the washer only the ones at the end facing Virginia Beach are working ok.
