I wouldn't even give them one star. I would give them negative stars. Very corrupt business ethics. Will always hit you with unexpected and hidden fees. They tell you that you can opt out of your contract but they will renew it for three years without your permission! Completely unreliable delivery guys who will also try to constantly throw in hidden charges because they get commission on sales! DON'T DO IT! There are a lot better companies out there such as Staunton Steam Laundry, Cintas and many others. VA LINEN IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH IN THE STATE OF VIRGINIA!

I regretted signing the three year contract a week into their service. I thought the sales woman Jennifer was just bad at her job. This company is a joke! I have been waiting out this three year contract to cancel and today they say that a certified letter must be sent 120 days in advance or the contract automatically renews. The service has been beyond terrible! Every phone call is a screaming match between a snarky receptionist and an irate customer (me). They cannot do ANYTHING right. Two of our mats finally showed up two and half years late, I guess someone finally cleaned the warehouse. They continually lose my credit card on file and then call about late bills, charge the card on file!!!! I would give them the number AGAIN, and then they would lose it AGAIN. Hopefully they lose it again and I'll just not pay. Then they'll have to come and pick up their stuff. It's sad that they have to lie and trick their customers because they wouldn't stay otherwise. NIGHTMARE!!!

Absolutely inconsistent service. Every single week my company receives stained sheets and pillow cases although we never send them out as stained. Sheets are unfolded or horribly wrinkled etc...

I have nothing but hospitable, friendly, competent, interaction with va linens. Have dealt with other linen companies and this one has been better then all by far. It might be because of the person who delivers but he is amazing.
