Worst place to do you laundry the people than work here is very rude don't help you out with you need help or asking a question I don't recommend this place at all. Change machines work intermittently. The place is packed and it super super loud on the weekends. The TV volume is maxed out and rolling baskets are a hot commodity.

Our dryer broke recently, so while I wait for the apartment complex (Ashburn Meadows) to resolve the issue, I have had to go to Laundromats to dry our clothes. This is the second one that I tried near our home, and it it busy even on a weekday. Could be that it is close to apartments, but even with over 30 people in here, it's EASY to find free dryers to use. I'm watching LET'S MAKE A DEAL while I work on a business project, all while seated, waiting for our laundry to dry. Boys make A LOT of stinky laundry, but I am confident that I will be out of here in 60 minutes or so. Bright, airy, well maintained, and plenty of change machines, an ATM, snack and beverage machines, etc. It has a staff that will also wash and fold your clothes for a cost per-pound... That's convenient! Next time I want to wash our comforters, I will head to this location. Please mark this review and photos as helpful if it helps you in your decision process. Thanks!

This is the worse place ever. The machine took my money but didn’t start. I went to the service desk and the lady said “ You didn’t lock the door correctly, so unfortunately you have to put more money in the machine” $7.00 more plus the detergent I already used.

This location is great. I usually go on Friday Nights and I am usually in and out within 2 hours. The place is super clean and the staff is helpful. Once the machine didn't give credit for coins deposited and she ask how much and deposited the quarters. Another time the machine malfunctioned and was on the wash cycle for an extended time. Brought it to the staff's attention and it was fixed right away.

I occasionally come here to wash clothes if I really need to because blankets do not fit at home washer. I've had money taken from the machines before, and the staff was very unpleasant and mocked me saying I am lying, so when I asked if they have CCTV to check if I'm lying, they say it isn't working. Fishy huh!! Here's my advice either avoid this place like the plague or have someone record you putting in coins incase they do not believe you later on.

If you lose your money in any of the machines at the Hechinger Drive, Alexandria, VA location - its lost. The onsite staff is not helpful at all. I asked for the managers phone number, the employee replied she doesn't have it. Asked for a refund as the dryer started to work then stopped after putting in $4.00. She said "no refunds" and put a "Broken" sign on it. This makes customers go elsewhere!!!!!

I've been bringing my work clothes to the Wash & Fold for over a year. Extremely happy with the service and the employees. Recently picked up a load and found I had left something important in a pocket. It was returned to me undamaged. Highly recommend this business.

Don't come here. The machines steal your money and ignorant employees just make fun of you while eating ice cream. On the job while folding clothes with Ice cream in one hand. Had to. Call the cops on the 3 females working since they didn't want to return the money. Don't come here!!!! Once they saw I was not playing with the officer next to me they acted like nothing happened. Management showed up later to mock me. Never again Rather go a couple miles down 7 to go to a better place with respectful employees! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!

This morning the washer I picked stopped taking quarters, the really nice attendant on duty came over and tried. She had to put the washer out of service and she reimbursed me for the money I'd already put in the machine WITHOUT being asked. The place is always clean, the staff are awesome and everyone that comes here are friendly and helpful, even though I don't speak Spanish, there's no language barrier here when it comes to lending a hand!

We just picked up our laundry (1 small bag) that we paid $20.00 to have washed, dried, and folded and every piece of white clothing is now pink! We don’t buy cheap Walmart clothing for our son and all of our expensive carters white onesies are now bright pink! This is an absolute disgrace! If you sell yourself as a wash and fold you should have enough sense to separate clothing and wash it properly. I will never go back to this place and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone I know. We usually do our own laundry but we are traveling and we are only in the area for a short period of time and are staying in a hotel.
