This was a very clean laundromat. There are plenty of washers and dryers available and also machines to purchase detergent. Available for your convenience are snack and drink machines and tables. Lastly, the young lady that was the attendant when I was there was very friendly and helpful.

New cards cost an extra dollar, which is clearly posted, but the machine asks how much you want to put on your new card, not how much you want charged to your credit card. I assumed there would be a prompt telling me another dollar would be charged to my credit card. Instead it left my new card a dollar short. Credit card purchases are $5 minimum, so I have to put another $5 on a card I will probably never use again. The attendant on duty won't do anything for me.

Ok, im not one to complain but everytime my wife and i come to this branch of soap n suds we are greeted with a look of disgust by the attendant. The ladies that work here are very rude and unhelpful. We had to argure with one attendant to get her to turn the washer on after my wife made an error with the 5 load washer. Great sized store never to busy. But service of the attendants should be better. Mistakes happen!!! Whats the point of having an attendant if they are gonna get upset and treat you rudely for asking for help????

Very clean, the attendant works hard keeping it up. Too bad she can't toss out the bratty kids that mothers don't attend to! The only negative is that only vendor cards are to be used. If you are a tourist (like us) and you don't use all of your money you are out of luck, the owner keeps the excess. Just another way for a dishonest small business owner to make more money. We will give our card to another customer.

It's my last day here been here since April working the outage across the river. Put money on the card to do laundry so I wouldn't have to pack dirty clothes 15 hrs home. Out of the 20 bucks I put on the card cause they didn't have change I had 6. 79 cents left. Asked if I could get that back an they said no. So now I have a laundry card with money on it that I can't use. Horrible customer service.

It's very clean, and plenty of machines of different sizes to choose among. My only complaint is that the TVs are always on--too loud for my taste--with really dumb programs. Even with my headphones on, it's hard to ignore them if I just want to read a book. But it's a very good laundromat and I use it regularly for my big items that I cannot wash at home.

Staff always pleasant. Been a few times, the dryers are set not to be that warm, thus need to run twice. They are suppose to be 10 minute run time, but many of them only run for 6 or 8...thus, ripping off customers. The run cycle is fast/short washing time. You can do your laundry in and out in under one hour. I just do not feel as though my laundry is truly cleaned as the run times are just a bit too short. The facility in general is kept clean.... half the machines are aging and should be replaced.

Glad I gave it a try. I was running short on time and had laundry to get done. I was on that side of town, so I thought I would pop in. Floors were dirty, couldn't find an attendant, washing machines did not wring my clothes dry, and it took way too long to get my clothes dry. I washed 3 loads of clothes. Because they came out so wet I broke them out into 6 loads to dry. After 15 minutes they still were not dry. I took them home, steamed them and let them hang dry. I spent over $20 just to take them home and finish up. I'm glad I tried them out because now I am informed. Also, there were a lot of young kids in there with their parents. The show they had playing on all the TV's was very inappropriate for small children.

Clean. Most machines work efficently. Not coin operated. You buy a card and load money onto it. Swipe the card to make the machines run. Thrift store, Subway and Indian Restaurant in same area.

I went here for the first and only time I will ever go here!! Can not use coins, must buy their card which has a $1 service charge to buy! No way to put money on card and get refund for unused portion. So you must guess how much to put on card. Wash costs are all in odd numbers such as $5.69 for the large washer, dryers also like 52 cents for each run through. Just say never here again, and I will get out of here!

I have been using this laundromat for over a year with no issues. The place is always clean and the attendants are always helpful. Last month a dryer burned my entire load of cloths. Everything was destroyed and the owners have done nothing to compensate me for my loss. I reported it twice with both pictures and the destroyed items. If you use this location keep a close eye on the dryers and don't expect anything if things get ruined. Not even a apology.

I love going to the Soaps & Suds it's literally right on the beach. There's one down the street from my place but I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes just to go to this one just because it's on the beach. Laundry attendants are really nice and helpful when you need them.

Woman attendant in here has to do it ALL. Be patient with her. I had a run in with her...we argued. I thought about it for a moment...i approached her and asked her if i could speak to her. I apologized if I came of impatient. She apologized..we laughed..she was a totally different person..I think this job is VERY difficult and she must deal with alot of difficult people. In the end, treat people with kindness..you never know what they are going through.

Place kept clean, attendant very polite and when the dryer i was using wasnt working properly, she not only got me moved quickly and my clothes drying she paid for the drying cycle, she also credited my card back, only thing that i found to be alittle negative would that theres no bike rack for us who ride to properly and safely chain our bikes, and we arent allowed to bring them inside(all other places around town either have a place for us to park and lock up or tgey allow me to bring my bike inside, i have a very expensive bike so I feel this issue should be addressed sooner than later

I came here with my daughter and her friend to wash their clothes. The attendant with long black hair had a very poor attitude. I asked if she can open the bathroom door and she asked if I was doing laundry at the location. I replied that I was and she asked were are your clothes. I replied in the washing machine. She in return turned around an asked my daughter and my daughter said yes. Then asked me again I replied I have already stated that I am. She asked my daughter a second time. So I asked her are you accusing me of lying. Her respond was were is your soaps and suds card so I asked my daughter to bring it to her. And she went ahead and opened door. I just feel that asking one time is enough. Going thru all of this was unnecessary. And had she been walking the floor instead of being in room in the back she would had know or seen we were together this is doing to much for a bathroom key and very poor customer service .

My sister and I were going to wash some laundry here after coming here for a while, and were currently in the process of loading multiple washers when we were asked to leave, at 9:53.. the time really should not say last wash at 10 if that is not the case. That is very rude and false advertising, considering we were following store guidelines.

I have been going here for about six months and normally it was okay. However, prices were a bit high and I always felt that the staff was unprofessional. My recent experience with them on Labor Day convinced me to never give them another dime. My partner called them to find out if they were open due to it being labor day, and was very polite throughout the entire awful conversation. First of all, when the attendant answered the phone she did not give him her name, nor did she mention the name of the business. She simply said, very gruffly, "hello?", so initially he wasn't convinced that he even had the right place. He told her that he just wanted to make sure they were open due to the holiday, and she abruptly and loudly said "I'm on the phone!". He thought she was speaking to somebody else, but then she repeated herself and scoffed at him before saying very sarcastically "if I'm talking to you on the phone, we're open". He was shocked at what she had said and the manner in which it had been said, so he simply thanked her and she hung up on him. I overheard the entire conversation and can honestly say that I have never heard anybody more rude. I was completely appalled at her treatment of my partner over a simple question. Until this company has a major overhaul and gets rid of the awful attendants working there, I would rather wash my clothes by hand during my precious time off than go back there.

I guess they have this new thing where they have to enter the last four of your credit card to put money on your laundry card. The machine alerted I needed an attendant and so I started looking around for one. Until I realized she was standing right behind me doing laundry. She obviously heard and saw me looking for the attendant. Until I saw her employee shirt and she knew exactly what I needed and just gave me this horrible disgusted look. This has happened with this attendant before where she’s gives scoffed at me and even left me standing there while she watch tv until she decided to walk over and said “I’m tired of this job” Maybe she’s having a series of bad days, I’ve worked in customer service, I know how it is. It’s not like we need someone joyful and cheery, but I definitely do not want to go to a place where I don’t feel welcomed. On that note: doing laundry would be easier if you didn’t have to have an attendant verify your card. But hopefully by then our pipes will be fix.
