When I dropped off my clothes they were clearly very busy, but when I called later because an interview had been moved up and needed a blazer a day sooner, they were very helpful and accommodating. Also very kind service and my clothes looked great.

Cleaning is good, alteration is terrible. I really have no idea how they managed to achieve such result. The work is extremely unprofessional. I took my blouse here for a professional to do it, but I would it it better myself.

Quick and decent price. Productive workers. I've been using this place 1.5 years now and never got any problem. They will call me if there's any stain that won't come off- these do happen, but I don't expect a dry cleaner to solve everything. Only thing I would add is loyalty program- if you do have one, pls market it.

Terrie and Luke and all their staff are great. Have always been greeted warmly because they genuinely care about their customers and they are hands-on business people, unlike many others. We have been going to Skyline since we moved here from Seattle seven years ago and have never had an issue with anything we brought in. All positive. We absolutely would never go anywhere else. Highly recommended.

I can describe my experience in three words; Professional, Affordable, and Attentive. The moment I walked into the door and until I left, I was shown respect and given the full attention of the employees, not to mention a lesson in the dry cleaning process from what I presumed the owner. I had a yellow stain on one of my shirts and to my surprise it was removed with no damage or fading to the fabric. I would recommend Skyline Cleaners for anyone who needs quick, and quality service with a positive outlook.

I would highly suggest you not use this cleaner despite the convenient location. They misplace items frequently and the owner doesn't fess up to it, instead using slow operations as an excuse. She is sneaky and I wouldn't trust nice items there.

I haven’t received a direct service from skyline cleaners, but after having a broken down vehicle in some rather extreme summer heat, their employees were more than welcoming and generous enough to offer us drinks, hospitality, even to watch tv in the back office area while we were waiting for a tow truck. She was the first person to ask us if we needed any help. I’ll definitely be sending my dry cleaning their way!

Suit jacket came back missing a button, I was told it was "wear and tear" and they couldn't do anything about it, charged full price. My other jacket wasn't cleaned at all, still had a huge stain on it. Was told "I needed to specifically say I wanted it cleaned" which is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in a dry CLEANERS. Just say you forgot to clean it, and ask me to wait another couple days, I would actually have been ok with that.
