I don't even know where to begin. Yesterday was my first trip (definitely not my last), to regency laundromat. First, I was met at my vehicle with a laundry cart and assisted to an open washer. The lady who helped me was so friendly and so helpful. She made change for my 20 and complimented my boots. The washers and dryers work fabulously and are super clean. There are tons of options for sizes of washer and dryer depending on the amount of laundry you have. The entire establishment was so clean and we'll maintained. There was a machine to weigh your laundry if you can't decide which machine meets your needs. It was substantially cheaper than the laundry room at my complex and a million times cleaner. It also took almost half as long to get my clothes done as it does here. I will definitely be back and will be suggesting this location to everyone.

This place is amazing!! There is a great selection of different size washers and dryers which made it really easy for me to run multiple loads (I was the only one there at the time). You can clearly see that the owner takes great pride in this place - and she keeps it really clean. Will definitely return here again if the need ever arises!!

I love this laundromat! I can afford my own washing machine however I refuse to get another one after I experiened Regency Laundromat. The staff: Martin, Ana and Edith are exeptional employees. They help me with my large loads to and from my car when I ask or if they just see me coming, Martin, usually has the door wide open and a cart ready just in case I need help. The laundromatt is so fresh and clean with plenty of washers and dryers. Even though I am English speaking which they are also, Martin, Ana and Edith let me practice my high school spanish on them. I am a sixty one year old woman, who through my life always rewarded an establishment by the employees who work for them as to how good a job managment is doing. Your service team gets a 100%+ by me. Thank you!!

This is one of THE best laundromats in the Richmond/Henrico area. Staff is very attentive, awesome and caring. They keep the place pristine clean and make it an enjoyable place to come to do laundry. Sure I have laundromats real close to me, but I don't mind traveling a few extra miles for cleanliness. Not to mention the machines are way cheaper too! And yeah, they're open later than some most laundry facilities.

It was my first time personally using a laundromat because our dryer is on the fritz. The lady was very helpful and I washed the dried the clothes myself. $2.25 to wash clothes in a normal machine and only a quarter to dry them. Not too bad and it was the best alternative for me right now. If anybody needs a laundromat to use Regency Laundromat is the best bet.

Love the husband and wife team here They are very friendly and take pride in the workplace. The couple keep the place spic and span clean. They are constantly cleaning. They open the door for you when you have your hands full. They are just a sweet delight. The only reason I did not give this place 5 stars is because of the other people that work there. There is a female that works their that is LAZY and not helpful. She spends most of her time texting on her phone and entertaining , flirting with men. She needs to do a better job.

Regency Laundromat is clean and staffed by helpful and polite workers. Due to a broken dryer, this is my first visit to a Laundromat in many decades. I would have no problem using this facility in the future, if the need arises.

I go here and I have a washer and dryer at home, nice ones. This place is great, clean, orderly, spacious, lots of parking, good location between Subway and Habanero’s. The mop bucket at this place is clean. We have 3 kids & our laundry rm is always busy & crowded. My laundry alone would take over a day, 1 load at a time bc we come and go so often. It’d get left wet or unfolded until I could get to it, or someone else if I’m lucky, which is often unpredictable. I grab everything, any sheets lying around, living rm blankets that are often forgotten, big items that need an extra large washer, grab my detergent etc. load up and head on over. I make use of the time, grab a sandwich next door regardless of the time, return phone calls and process emails. I can do 1 to 15+ loads of laundry folded, eat, & do a little work in less than 90 minutes. (yeah I know, d*mn!) I get good points w my wife. I really just want to get my stuff done quickly and I love the ‘factory’ & efficiency aspects. Do it right and you can’t beat it at home if you have two sets of washers I’m hooked. I Love Regency Laundromat!

I have never been to a Laundromat that provides such excellent service. The staff is very attentive to your needs. Before I could ask a question, they was asking me what I needed help with. That was the best laundromat experience I have ever had. Plenty of machines and even large capacity. I was able to wash 6 large loads and dry in a little over an hour. No repeat drying cycles. The attendants were so nice and helped me drag everything inside and then back to my car. I have never had help before and after washing clothes for a family of 4 I welcomed any help they would offer.

First time visit was this morning. Arrived early to check out the location and the inside of the laundromat. Wow, impressed with just the outside. Inside was the cleanest laundromat I have ever seen and the machines are huge. Management awesome.

This is a great location. The shopping center is easy to get in and out of. The laundromat itself has plenty of machines and is very clean. There was an attendant wiping down machines and helping customers the entire time I was there. Plenty of carts, plenty of folding tables, washers and driers in varying sizes, and nice vending machines.

I really like this laundromat! The people that work here are super friendly and helpful. All the washers and dryers are clean and work great. There are plenty of washer and dryer units so I've never had to wait. The building is always clean and it's a very convient location. Plus subway is right next door.

The employees here are so helpful, they helped unload my car because i had so many bags of laundry. They helped show me to the best machines to use and answered my questions. Theres wifi, an atm, change machine and tvs. Very clean and fair price. I definitely recommend it.

Best laundromat in the area. $20 will do you good for one month of one wash and dry per week. There are two change things in the back (customers only!) Soap, fabric softener, dryer sheet dispensers are right next to them. There are tons of washers and dryers of various sizes. Four large flatscreen TVs, two awesome laundromat attendants, and a partridge in a pear tree.

This is a great laundromat; it's very clean and the staff there are very helpful and always offer to give you a hand getting things to and from your car. Machines are always in working order and there are roomy tables for folding. My only negative comment is that they consistently allow non-placard patrons to park in the handicap and van accessible spots.

This laundromat is SPOTLESS! The staff helps with transport of clothes to/from your vehicle. Machines are spacious and kept clean at all times. There are 4 widescreen TV's (ceiling-mounted) as well as free Wi-Fi. Very highly recommended...

The staff is lovely and attentive. They are constantly cleaning the space and are super helpful. There’s free WiFi and plenty of machines and seating. I haven’t been during peak times but I’ve never had to wait for a machine. It’s worth the drive from the museum district.

Enjoy the clean place and helpful staff, but when families come in with children that run around screaming, yelling pushing your basket or customers things out of the way so they can continue to run.. should have to leave or ask parents to control their children (ages 9, 5, 7)

My washer has been broken and hasn’t been able to get rapaired for a while and I am so grateful for this place!!! Friendly attendants, WiFi, great machines and dryers, great environment! They even have an atm and change machines available! Definitely come here if you’re looking for somewhere to wash your clothes!
