It's been quite some time since I spent time in a laundromat so I don't exactly know what the standard rate is these days... But to me, it seemed the pieces for the machines were outrageous! $5.25 for the larger machines and $4 for the smaller ones seems absurd. I remember when I could do a whole load for about $1.25. Furthermore, almost all of the machines were out of order. I needed 2 large machines. There was one available. 2 in use and ALL the others were out of service. I would have split my laundry up into smaller loads but after seeing the prices I wouldn't have had enough change for a 3rd machine AND the dryers. And I came with about $15 or $20 in quarters.. So I had to stuff everything in two. I understand maintenance issuers are always going to happen but for the money I paid I would expect to find more of what I needed.

This place sucks. 85 % of the washers and dryers do not work. They are either out of order or damaged. Decent atmosphere (oldies music always a great touch) except for the homophobic employee who openly expresses his offensive opinions about the LGBTQ community.

There are at least 18 machines marked out of order. Others are not marked. One of the large machines that I used had lots of suds oozing up from the bottom of the washer when the load was done. --lost money and about 2 hours of my time-to redo. There is no one here and no successful phone contact could be made to request a refund. Of course I can't get my lost time back. LESSON LEARNED WILL NOT USE AGAIN SOAP AND SUDS IS WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY THEY SHOULD NAME THIS PLACE BYE FELICIA The only things that seem to work well are the change, soda and snack machines. In addition to 2 hours of my time, I also lost $4 on washer and at least $1.25 on dryers not working properly. This laundromat is a JOKE.
