Clean, organized, updated machines and nice folding tables. Multiple washers of various sizes. Load costs: $2.75 small washer $5 large washer $6 extra large washer Extra capacity dryer dried clothes in 30 mins for $1. Metal laundry bins with a clothes hanger bar, rubber bumpers and wheels were all in excellent shape. Cute display board of prices. Newer TV. Takes cards and cash. Definitely a higher end laundromat.

Excellent experience with them - best money I've ever spent and great customer service!!! I always thought laundering/wash & fold services would be out of my price range, but I was pleasantly surprised. Scheduling the pick up and delivery was very easy and thanks to their alerts and notifications I knew exactly when they would be arriving. I had about 40 pounds of laundry done - I was able to specify the detergent, fabric softener, wash temperature, bleach/no-bleach and what I wanted folded or put on a hanger. My clothes were delivered on-time, they smelled fabulous and the everything was perfectly folded (hung up) - all in 24 hours. My laundry load included everything from t-shirts to professional work clothes. My work clothes were hung so nicely on the hangers that I didn't even need to iron them like I typically do. This service saved me countless hours and was very affordable. I'll be a regular customer moving forward - I wish I had discovered them sooner!

I really love this laundry mat. Pros: friendly & knowledgeable staff, machines clean well, change machine Cons: Its easy to get over heated while doing laundry because it's not very cool in the building. I do laundry their alot and every time I dread it because I pour sweat the entire time and thats uncomfortable. I've asked for paper towels in the laundry area. Still don't have them. Bathrooms are always locked & have to be unlocked by staff.

I have no idea how this place has a 5 star rating!! TERRIBLE. I will say, the environment is very nice and clean. The place is huge, there’s sitting areas, TVs, and snack machines. The owner is a wonderful, understanding good gentleman named Brandon. But the staff woman I dealt with today was SO RUDE! Absolutely NOT kid friendly. She gave me and my children dirty looks the moment we walked in the door, I even caught her rolling her eyes at my babies as they ran around. Hello! What else do you expect a one and two year old to do in the laundry mat? Their BORED! She was a middle aged African American woman, with a low cut hairstyle wearing a hat I believe. She seriously acted like she hated her job so much and she did not want to be there. But when I had the owner talk to her, of course she copped a plea and acted innocent. She would not even answer any of my questions. I had to ask the OWNER to show me how to use the machines because she would not!!! DISGUSTING WOMAN! I believe her name was Kendra. Nice place, BAD STAFF!!!!

Really clean, all the machines were running, they accept debit/credit cards on the machines so no more quarters. And it was really big so no need to worry about scrambling for a machine.

If you need to do laundry, go here. It's a clean and open space. Also nice & cool in the summer heat. They have great washers & dryers. The machines take coin & credit. They have vending machines, restrooms, free wifi & ample seating. Jackie who was overseeing shop today was so friendly & helpful!

Very clean facility and super friendly staff. I hadn't been in a laundry facility in nearly 30 years until my washer broke. I was embarrassed to have no clue how to work the machines. The attendant was very kind and helped me with both washer and dryer. THANK YOU!

If I could give a place twenty stars, I would. Clean, clean and when I say “clean”, I mean spotless. I have OCD, a germaphobe and carry a spray bottle of rubbing alcohol with me. Nuts. I dont need it here. Why else is this place THE BEST?: -every machine is sparkly clean and ALWAYS in service -all tables are constantly wiped and sanitized -HUGE ceiling fans blowing cool laundry-fresh air -Attendants are super sweet and will help anyone with anything (one exception but I go when shes not working) -washers ALL accept cc, are brand new and work exceptionally well -Did I mention its clean? :) Go here. Worth it. I wont go anywhere else. Owners clearly understand quality and service. Thank you! Love your place!

The store front is actually called "Coin Wash Laundry" but all the machines are dual regulated (quarters or credit/debit card). It's great for folks like me that never lug around bills or coins anymore. It's incredibly clean for a laundromat, spacious so no one is on top of each other, and the staff is really friendly and accommodating. I'm a transient for work in the area, and this definitely will be my go-to whenever I'm back!

Best laundry mat I've ever been to. High ceiling. Gives you and old school vibe. Great machines and Hot drawers. The machines take credit cards which is convenient. One of the few places that still take quarters. Ample seating, carts, and places to fold your clothes. They also have a laundry service which is excellent. Its a very clean place. The bathrooms are frequently cleaned and stocked. They offer several TV'S for your viewing pleasure. The staff is helpful and courteous. I travel from Norfolk to Chesapeake just to use this facility.

Nice clean place to do laundry. Its really busy on weekends, so get there early. At least, whenever I went. It was difficult to get a machine. Not much to do besides sit around and wait for laundry. They take credit cards, which is nice. The bending machine was broken when I was there.
