Saving Grace I’ve utilized Eagle laundry drop off services first as a necessity I’m a caregiver for elderly folks who were experiencing inconsistencies Then I treated myself the month of May for Mother’s Day & haven’t stopped since 2017 Minor missteps that we’re corrected once I spoke with management They continue to be my go drop off laundry provider Not expensive Give them an opportunity to take laundry off your must do list You will not be disappointed

The most rude people I have ever met, asking questions isNOT ALLOWED! They will look at you like your speaking another language....roll eyes and everything!...smh

Is this for self-service (public) or for commercial use. It is suppose to be for the public, however, it is being used for commercial for the most part. If this is what management wants, commercial, then shut the doors to the public. It is sad to go in expecting to do your laundry and can't due to the attendants using all the washers and dryers, so the public has to wait. That is bad enough, but there are top and bottom dryers. The attendants use the top and leave the bottom empty for the public. What about the elderly that may not be able to get that low or for some other reason that would prevent them from getting down that low. From what I've seen each attendant in there could use a little bending. At this point I would't give 1 star, but that's the only way to leave a review.

The lady that runs this business I guess you could call her a manager, will ruin your day does not know how too talk too people attitude the whole time I'd rather wash my clothes in the river.

Great laundromat...quiet and usually not that busy...30mins wash and 30min dry +- a few mins but imo 1 of the best 1s ive been 2

Can’t speak to the drop-off service but the Self-Service area is clean and most machines are normally in service. Dropped a star as today, instead of placing an “Out of Order” sign, tape was simply placed over the coin slot of a washer I was going to use. I had already loaded laundry and soap until realizing. Coin machine takes dollars only.

I will never go back to this laundry mat nor will i recommend this place to anyone. Terrible customer service!! I brought my king size comfortable there to wash and their dryer completely distroyed my comforter. The heat burned my comforter dark brown and when I showed the attendant what happened, he was nice and apologetic about it. He went to tell the manager about what had happened (he or she--the manager, never came out of the back to talk to me about it). The attendant just relayed to me that nothing they can do about it. Seriously?!!! My $100+ comforter is reuined and you can't or won't do anything about it? They never even offered to reimburse my wash and dry cost. Terrible way of doing business!!!!
