My first time at this laundromat and I must say I love it. My clothes feel and smell so clean and its cheaper than washing clothes at my building. Oscar is a joy, super pleasant, and very helpful. The customers are very friendly as well. My family and I will continue to wash here. Thank you Oscar!

Nice clean big and very busy place. Went there Sunday evening, was packed. But there were enough machines available to use. Parking was full, not sure if it's safe to park across the street, towing wise. You can buy detergent and stuff there. They can exchange bills for quarters in case you need them. They have different size washer and dryer machines, starting at 2.50 for single load for washer. Dryer goes by minutes. Guess 7 minutes per quarter. Nice place!!! Would come back again and again! Lol

Updated my 4 star to 3 star. They held up to be one of the cleaner facilities in the area, but after finding a different location and going back after a good 6 months. Not so much! The owner has always been nice. His significant other and their daughter can be very rude and tend to gossip about their customers :/

I almost didn’t go here because of a couple reviews in the last 4 mos saying it was filthy. I AM SO GLAD THAT I WENT. This place is exceptionally clean. As someone who has never used a laundromat before I was very nervous about the cleanliness of it...this place is very clean, there are PLENTY of machines! Huge ones too-i had 3 large loads of laundry and was able to do it all in their largest washing machine. 30 mins and done! They have equally large dryers. The staff was super helpful too. They showed me how to work the machines etc. Free WiFi and a clean bathroom. I couldn’t have been happier w this experience.

Unbelievable. Went to this laundromats day used drop-off service based on the ratings, only to arrive at my hotel MINUS a bunch of my clothing. I called to let them know that I had items missing and was swiftly dismissed with “we do not make mistakes” and that what I was claiming was impossible. The representative then said “buy a pair of shorts and bring me the receipt.” After calming down, I asked the rest of my family to check if they were missing anything....WOW... underwear, socks, leggings, a bra. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST LAUNDROMAT I HAVE EVER USED. Do yourself a favor- FIND ANOTHER PLACE to do your laundry and whenever you do, make sure to check closely before you leave, because if you have to endure what I did, they’ll just tell you Tough S$&@ and move on to the next victim.

This is a super clean laundromat, ran by wonderful folks. Our washer broke, so we brought three loads of clothes in for drop-off service on a Saturday afternoon. They were done in TWO HOURS and they were folded beautifully. The price was fantastic, too--one dollar per pound, which came out to $34 for three loads of laundry. At that price, I may start paying for their service more often just to save myself the trouble.

I went in for the first time at 6:30 am on a weekday after an accident the night before on my down comforter. The place was clean and welcoming. Mike offered me hot coffee and donuts and he went above and beyond to help me. He didn’t think my comforter would be done in time for me to go to work and he offered to take care of it and bag it up for me to pick up after work. No charge, just to be kind. I enjoyed my experience here so much I hope to find more reasons to use the laundromat!

The drier is only 25 cents but that only gets you 5 minutes. Also, the "hot" setting doesn't get that hot, so you end up spending more money that you would like.

This place is really clean, and the people are friendly; it makes for a very pleasant experience. The hours are also great because sometimes you have an emergency need for an industrial size washer late at night.

Customers are given free coffee and doughnuts while they do their laundry! The shop was spotless and clean, I dropped a shirt while folding and thought nothing of it because it was so clean. I'd highly recommend this hidden gem, it's truly mom and pop and has helpful attendants.

Dukes laundromat is not the most modern laundromat I been to but there is something special about the place. I felt comfortable there and drove all the way from DC to get there. Go figure. The laundromat offers coffee and donuts. I do not know if this is a routine service or occasionally done. Nevertheless, it was a beautiful gesture in such a mean world.
