I have to say, this was a nice place to go, however, with the nightmare I had this morning, I will never, ever recommend it again! When I picked up my dry-cleaned pants this morning, one of pants still had dirty marks, clearly it was ironed but not cleaned at all. I asked for help. The Asian man with blink eyes, was rude and unprofessional, he had the extremely impolite and irresponsible attitude, he claimed that they never promise to make the dry clean 100% clean, and refused to do anything about it. He also claimed that he is the manager and there no way to complain about him or his service, and refused to provide any name and phone number. Until one point, one nice Hispanic young man who also works there apologized and helped, he only took 5 minutes to make it clean! Even with that result, the Asian man still keep saying rude words... What hell was going on there?!! As I told him, if he stays there as a manager, the business will be gone soon! I took the video and photos about this incidence, planned to put it out on the internet, but will not do it now, since the nice Hispanic young man asked me forgiving the rude person, and I don’t want to let the nice Hispanic young man down. At the meantime, in order to make the business running well, the rude Asian man should be fired for sure!!!

I have been going here for many years and never have had any problems. You cant really beat their prices. The only downside is that they dont take credit cards, but they do have an ATM there. However, things are always done the next day and I have never had any problems.

I really wish I had read the reviews before taking my clothing here. I brought in an expensive puff coat purchased from Saks. I've had this coat dry cleaned MANY times from Zips, but since I moved, I decided to try Dry Clean 1.75 since it's closer. Wow, what a mistake. I picked up my coat and noticed it seemed flatter than usual. When I put it on, I noticed that the down filling inside the coat had been damaged and was collected to the sides (not evenly distributed throughout the coat). I initially called Saks to see what should be done, and I was told that the down was damaged from dry-cleaning as a result of not using the proper chemicals and treatment. The coat has very specific instructions on the tags as to how it should be cleaned, which I explained the attendant when I dropped off at the store. I went in the next day to speak with the manager, who first blamed the coat manufacturing then me for the damage. I showed her the stains AND wholes that resulted from the dry-cleaning as well as the damaged down, and she giggled manically throughout the conversation. I was told that their policy is to refund up to 10x the amount of the purchase. Whew, so I would get a refund, right? No, they mean the price of the dry-cleaning, so if any damage is done to the item, they pay you upwards of $20. WHAT? I told her that the coat cost $398 (pre-tax) from Saks. She again laughed and said, "you can take us to court." I get the sense they deal with A LOT of complaints. Don't take any items here of value. These folks are crooks and definitely don't care about customer service.

Price is good but dropped off my suit with my weather proof bag and they lost the bag which was $50. I don't recommend this place at all.

Timely service is the only redeeming quality about this place. I took about 5 dress shirts to get pressed and each one came back with weird press lines all over. Hopefully another more reputable place can rectify this situation.

They ruined a brand new shirt! Their offer was for me to go find the decorations and they'd put it back on. When I told them that I wasn't interested they tried to offer me $22 instead of the price of the shirt which wasn't much more than that. I figured in good faith to continue a relationship with a customer the least they could do was make good on my purchase price. Not to mention that the shirt is no longer available from the retailer. I am very disappointed with the service. His excuse was they didn't look at it before putting it in the laundry. Smh. So much for attention to detail. Will not be using this place anymore and all of my co workers who go here still, will know about this terrible service.

I tried to use this place a few times thinking that maybe I had just had bad service. Every single time I received a dress back, they had ripped out the bottom hem. Happened to 3 dresses before I caught on about their hemming scam. One guy at the counter commented that they could stitch it back for me for a fee. Just pay the extra $5 bucks and get your stuff dry cleaned at a nicer place, it'll be cheaper than having to repair your clothes when they've ripped out the stitching.

Dropped off a wedding dress, there were no stains just needed a clean, on a hanger and bag, received it back safety pinned on two paper hangers now it has holes in the side that I cant get it to come out. Ruined a airloom.

I've been coming to this dry cleaner for two years now and I've always been very very happy with their work. I wear a suit to work everyday so they've taken care of dozens and dozens of my suits and my dress clothes. They've tailored my pants when I wanted to change them a little bit and they did a great job. My dress shirts are always perfect and the staff is always very nice. Angie is my favorite and she's helped me out many times, including letting me pick my clothes up early all the time. I love this place and I'll never go anywhere else!
