I have no idea how anyone can give anything less than 5 stars for this place unless you only deal with the late night person. Amy and Ali are fantastic, there is another person who I've only actually interacted with once and she was friendly, but does fail to call when the laundry is done - near as I have seen that's her only fault, though. Our washer went out and we started using their wash & fold service, everything came back spotless (and a couple things with stains I thought no one could get out!) they are always friendly, with a smile and a warm hello. The worst that ever happens is I have to wander a little farther into the place to where they fold because I come in the door that a wall blocks from view. The prices are reasonable, and as of this day we have still not replaced the washer, and I hope we never do!

The staff is amazing! The drop off service is better than any other I've used. My clothes are always done on time, and they smell fantastic. The place is always very clean which is a big plus in my book. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I went to Dolphin Laundry today because my washer broke and the young lady Ally was more than helpful. I forgot an ingredient (baking soda) and she had my back and she also helped me pick out the best size for my load. My first experience was excellent. Much Kudos to Ally

Just pulled up here with my son at 8pm they do not close till 9pm unfortunately our washer broke so I wanted to get ONE load in and a woman smoking a cigarette out front turned me away saying she had already mopped and last wash passed. I’ve went here a few times before and never had this inconvenience but I guess times are really changing.

I have got to say, I have been to so many laundromats in the past. But this one is the BEST!!!! The service was outstanding and the place was so clean with a cozy and warm feeling. I always hated going to laundromats but when I come to Dolphin Laundry it feels like a home away from home. I recommend everyone to try this place, and the best thing is, their pricing is great.

First time I've ever used a laundromat and this location was great! Trish greeted me when l walked in and explained everything to me. She went above and beyond my expectations!! Will def use again if l ever need a laundromat!

Roaches in the laundry mat crawling on the walls. The floors were filthy and we had to literally carry our wet laundry and put it in the dryer becuse there were not enough carts available. I don’t know where this place got a 4.7 star rating but unfortunately the dolphin laundromat we will not ever return to that place. The only reason I rated two stars is bc the lady behind the desk gave us a cup to put our quarters in. Also it’s over priced compared to other laundromat in the area.

Pretty clean, staff was very helpful. ATM was out of order. Wasnt here too long but looks like it could entertain children and teens fairly well with the arcade machines they have to offer.

For the most part.. I Love coming here. Most of the staff is extremely friendly and offer to assist with getting clothes in and out of the car. Some of the machines malfunction from time to time but again the staff is usually most accomadating.

I haven’t been to a laundry mat in years but I had a King size comforter that would not fit in my washer at home. This laundry mat is clean and the young lady that works there is awesome. She helped me with the machines, got change for me and made recommendations on what machine I needed. I even saw her help a customer to the car with their laundry. If I ever need a laundry mat again I will drive the few extra miles to come go there!! Highly recommended!!

This place is horrible. I was excited after reading all of the good reviews, however when we have stopped by for drop off laundry service at 8:30 AM and at 5:30 PM there was no one present to help. We gave calls ahead of time that we were coming and they simply were not there. They lost my business, b/c they have wasted well over an hour of my time waiting over the last 2 days.

I have been coming here for years always had a pleasant experience until today. They don't have any hot water and I was told they will only refund me .50 per load wow. My whites are not going to be cleaned so im forced to go somewhere else pay for the machine add more detergent and bleach .50 cents won't even cover one load. And I was told by the tenant she washes her white clothes in cold water and they get cleaned yeah right there is no way.

Clean and organized laundromat. The attendant always greets each customer with a smile and a hello. They will even come out and help you if it’s needed. You don’t even have to ask. The machines are clean and get repaired very quickly if any issues arise. It’s a family friendly environment. They also still take quarters so that saves you from having to buy a card then put money on it. The prices are great also.

Dolphin Laundry is a very professional environment that I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to go somewhere to do their laundry and get wonderful customer service. The employees are very helpful and when I have a issue they do not hesitate for a second to come over and solve the problem with a smile. One thing that really stood out to me about the facility was how clean it was. I don't want to go somewhere dirty to clean my laundry and the employees there were always cleaning immediately after a customer left. I would recommend Dolphin Laundry to any of my friends and family. It was a very welcoming environment with excellent customer service.
