Most of the machines are out of order. The entire place is filthy, from the ceiling to the floors to the walls. And even when a machine doesn't say that it's out of order, some will still take your money with no service in return.

This place looks like something from off of Jeepers Creepers. Jason, Freddy Cugger, The SandMan, Pumkpin Head.. basically any mass serial may be awaiting you inside. I came to get quarters for parking, and instantly felt uneasy going inside. This place gave me the creeps.

Came to wash a comforter.... standard washer $2.00, next washer large enough for a comforter (no more) $2.50 and runs for 36 minutes. Next washer size is 30 lb size for $3.50, lastly had Washer that looks like it holds 5-6 loads for $4.50 and runs for an hour (so the sign says) Lastly, the Dryer is .25 per 8 minutes. Took 5 quarters to dry.

It's a Fairchild situation;it could fall apart at anytime.If your heart isn't in it,why don't you let this go? Don't keep this dragging on for dear life. I am disappointed in the way y'all just dropped the attendant service and machine maintenance. Talk about a political "black hole"to the business community:no more customer restroom,lots of machines are out-of-service,the televisions are gone,etc. Boy,the rent must be pretty cheap in this shopping center...or did the owner die and leave this washed-up laundry business to a slumlord? Does the City know that this place is in operation? Did they pay the inspectors to "look away". I'm glad I ate my dinner BEFORE I came here. And if you owner(s) are looking to take the EASY WAY out, just pay an arsonist to help you with an insurance write-off deed. Good riddens...I wouldn't wash my DOG's linen here. And now:word has it that a renovation of this establishment is soon underway. Thanks for the feedback; I shall remain optimistic.
