I drop off five or six shirts almost every week. I have been doing this for a couple of years since my previous service went out of business. They do a very good job for me. The find and remove any grease stains. They are pleasant, friendly and polite.

I've been going there for several years and am pleased with the services. Particularly, I've had a lot of tailoring done (men's pants, mostly) and Ms. Lee does a great job - fast and professional.

I had terrible experience at this store. They lost several clothes, but they insisted to return them to me. Actually not. The owner lady was very terrible to me. She said "there was no evidence they lost yours, so I don't need to talk to you any more. Get out of my store." So I lost several my clothes which cost more than $200, and cleaning fee. no any apologies I don't recommend this store. Don't trust them.

In an effort to get me to pay for the "neck special" the staff routinely make inappropriate comments and gestures about the condition of my collar. They are not subtle, kind or respectful. Today was the last time.

When I picked up my coat after a cleaning and button fix, they said they found a broken zipper. It was not broken when I gave it to them. They fixed it right in front of me, in 15 seconds, no special tools, just by hand. Then they charged me $20 for the zipper plus the cost of cleaning and button sewing. I think fixing a zipper that was probably broken during cleaning should be done for free. It builds a good relationship with the customers. They do a decent job with cleaning and repairs, but they decided to nickel and dime over a zipper. I wont be going back. UPDATE: they sewed a button right through the middle of my coat pocket. Now a can't get my hands in there. I'm never going back.

We started taking our dry cleaning here after the cleaners near us closed. They were significantly more expensive, which was surprising, but we thought if the did a good job it was fine. And they definitely do a good job of identifying potential repairs, which was nice. What didn’t work for us was that our dress shirts were coming back covered in fuzz and lint. Also a couple easy to remove stains were not removed, even though we pointed them out at the time of drop off. My husband brought one of the shifts back to them and showed them- along with the fuzz, because we wanted to give them the opportunity to make it right. The person behind the counter asked - in a rude manner, “How can I know that didn’t happen after we cleaned the shirt?” We’re definitely not coming back, and we wouldn’t recommend the cleaners to anyone who cares about and takes good care of their stuff.

I've been using Classic Cleaners at 1122 W. Broad in Falls Church for 3 years now. I have finally decided that I am an idiot for continuing to come here. They gauge you on the prices, especially womens' clothing and alterations. My worst experiences are when the women, who might be an owner/manager, is working the register and she tries to find the most clever way to get as much money out of the exchange. I'm done after she wanted 40 bucks to put a few patches on some work pants and overcharged for my blouse because she said it was long. I like the location and quick counter service - overall great staff, but I have lost faith. I'm going to the one next to Safeway where the tailoring is very good and reasonably priced and good overall service.

High quality alterations and friendly service, but a bit expensive

Started using these cleaners 6 months ago because they were close to my house. I tried to pick up my close at 6:58 p.m. but their computers were shut off. I know they close at 7 but come on. Two other gentlemen couldn't pick up their clothes either. For the prices they charge you figured they be a bit more lenient. Taking my clothes somewhere else now.

I have been going here for five years and have overlooked their bad customer service. Honestly! I cannot anymore. The lady hung up the phone on me two times. I left a message for the owner to call me back on the voice message. Did they care? Did they call back? No. I wish I had never even spent my money at this establishment. Watch how I send out an email to all of my fellow George Mason PTO and sports family, The school board and council friends, etc. It is asinine to have a business patronized by our community and receive such rude service!!! If they don't want to be here, there are plenty of cleaners that do. Buyer Beware!

$35 to dry clean a suit and two sport coats. I'll look somewhere else.

Super expensive. Will not use again. I paid $65 for cleaning a suit, sport jacket, shirt, dress and minor dress alterations (which they identified and may or may not have caused)....this place is too pricey for us.

Seth Nelson

They know be name here and treat my clothing very carefully. I moved to this cleaners after another establishment kept repeatedly damaging the delicate fabrics of some of my items. This shop has never done that and does a good job with repairs.

Jonathan Puleo

Horrible service

I'm a happy customer for the last 20+ years of the best dry cleaners in town! The owners, as well as the staff members are as friendly as they come. And the most honest, I had no idea that I left a $100 bill in a packet and I was called immediately to notify me! Great team!! I NEVER had a problem with my clothes and they're always when promised. Highly recommended!

If I could go lower than one star I would. This is the most over priced cleaners I have ever used. I've been getting clothes dry cleaned in the area for 8 years and never pay more than $5 - $7 to get a suit cleaned. These jokers? $14.00!! My total bill was $82.....easily 3x what I would normally pay. My first and last time using these guys.
