I've been there twice and both times the lady running the laundry mat was RUDE and VERY unprofessional. She needs to understand that just like this laundry mat, there ARE other places we can go to spend our hard earned money on our laundry. Very nasty! The Korean man however, is the total opposite.

Clean, well-lit, decent equipment, lots of stuff to read, within walking distance of food/drink. Right across the street from a Walgreens. Had a nice chat with the attendant in between her rounds of tending to details to keep everything tidy and functional. I took advantage of their laundry service after Hurricane Irene (2011). I'd definitely return - they do what they say they're going to do!

I am only here due to our washer breaking at home. I will not return. The business does not care about customer service. I had to rewash my clothes since the very large washer made my load stink. Management just shrugged their shoulders. Nice touch! I will drive the extra 10 mins to wash clothes somewhere else if need be.

Very nice coin laundry. Bright, clean. Restroom available. Small parking lot. There are two entrances to the laundry room, front on the street and one towards the back of the building/parking lot. Lots of machines, both large and small load sizes. Dryers are huge and are $.25/6 minutes. Friendly and helpful staff. Dispenser for detergent and bleach (dry), $.75 each. Coin machine takes $1 up to $20 bills! Clothes are completely clean and dry. Very pleased and highly recommend.

Clean, quiet place, good rates, and smaller machines for my small load of clothes made this experience just fine. I will be back until I get my own machines in a few weeks. Just wish they had wireless internet, and somewhere to charge my laptop.

Not too bad of a laundromat. Make sure to count your quarters if you get them from the change machine. I do every time I go in. The last time I went in, just a few days ago, I was shorted. I told the employee (or owner?) that was working, and she told me that I didn't count correctly. However, I know I did; my daughter also counted with me. She did (very hesitantly) give me the rest of my change, which by the way, was only a quarter. She didn't seem very happy about it, either. Not a great way of doing business. Also two of the machines did leave two different shirts stained with a rusty sort of substance. I believe they need to either clean the machines, or get them fixed.

Wow!!! This place is super quick and staff was AWESOME! She asked if it was my first time here. She came out and assisted me and walked me through every process. There are a ton of options I did not even know exsisted. Place is very clean and organized! Great Job!!!

$2.75/$4.50/$6.00 for washers...dryers 25cents/6min. Place was clean..self serve...signs do say use washers/dryers at your own risk...which makes sense. Off street parking is nice. It is a Small place so I wouldn't expect a refund for every complaint...they do have to run a business. hrs are m-f 8-7, sat 8-6, sun 8-4. Cleanest laundry mat I have been too. Will return.

We have been using this for a couple months while transitioning. The place is clean, and well maintained. The proprietor is often there, or another family member. When they aren't, there's usually one of the students from the local high school. Everyone is always respectful, friendly, and helpful. The laundromat is across the street from a 24-hour Walgreen's, and is pretty close to the Chester main library. @zoe -- your complaint about being told they were closed -- To both wash and dry would have taken more than 50 minutes. You showed up too late to complete a full cycle without THEM having to stay late. If you only needed to DRY a load of clothes, they would have let you continue, as a typical DRY cycle is 25 to 45 minutes. If you show up with a load of clothes to both wash and dry, you would go past 8pm. So, depending upon what you're trying to do and the time you arrive, they may tell you that you can't use the facilities. I don't consider that "pathetic".

It's a Laundromat so not much to say. They have washers and dryers and a drop off service. Safe neighborhood. The woman who works here on Sundays is extremely rude unfortunately but the other employees seem very nice.

Pathetic!!!!! I was in Chester for business which was extended unexpectedly.I needed some clothes laundered and even though it was Thursday and the sign on the door displayed the hours of 8am-8pm the young boy working stopped us at the door at 7:10pm stated they were closed and he had already cleaned the machines.
