A good place to do laundry if you're on vacation and your hotel doesn't have a washer. The washers take credit cards or cash and there was an attendant on duty.

I would give them six stars if I could. Family owned business with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend and I will continue to use them when visiting Va Beach.

This was a super clean laundromat and plenty of washers and dryers to accommodate. Cathy welcomed everyone and made sure everyone who came in knew how the equipment worked. She also let everyone know they could have a service to wash your laundry for you. Highly recommend. :)

I went here Friday to wash some larger blankets and fleecy cat beds (thick items that I can't wash at home without having the dreaded unbalanced cycle and wumping noises). As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee that asked if I needed any help - I did, it was my first time here and they have all kinds of different machines, methods of payment, etc. She was very helpful, polite, and directed me to the heavy duty front loaders according to my wash load, told me I could use quarters or credit card, where to put the soap, and how to tell how long the cycle would take. She also mentioned they had drop off service where they wash and fold your clothes for you for a bit more money. The wash cycle was quick and the machine worked magic. My items came out extremely clean, smelling nice, and only damp, so the heavy duty dryers made short work of the drying part. A quarter for 5 minutes isn't cheap, but because the washer was so efficient, I only had to spend about $1.50 to dry. They have a sink there if you need to wash your hands or rinse out your little tupperware(s) that hold your detergent. The place is clean and there are places to sit and wait. I didn't see any bathrooms, BUT it's right next to Smartmouth Brewing and maybe 2 blocks until you are at the ocean. Reward yourself for doing laundry and adulting by having a beer or taking a quick walk at the beach while your clothes are washing!

Cheap, but no free WiFi, and the change machine doesn’t work all the time. They increased their prices, which is discouraging for customers. Also, there’s hardly anyone to help customers. Finally, there’s no restroom available.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I used the wash and fold service so that I didn't have to wait around on my vacation. It was finished timely. More than I'd like to spend for everyday laundry but it was perfect for what we needed as a last minute had to get the 4 yo bed sheets washed!

Nice, clean, quiet, helpful, the quaternary machine wasn't taking any of my many $1s though... but was able to get some change at 7 eleven. Washer cleaned well, dryer was quick. As a mom was my little quiet time lol

I was not welcome here. Who knows if this lady was telling the truth, but she posed to be the manager of the facility. I walked in making sure they had a machine for change. I am here for several weeks and needed a place to do laundry. I was told I could not use it. As soon as I pulled up the lady was looking out the window with a disgruntled look and when I walked in she kept giving me a look and asked if I was lost. I thought she was kidding. I would advise to go somewhere cleaner anyway.

The staff are very nice and accommodating. The prices are cheap and service is definitely 4 stars. I had this long coat that was super stained and grungy which I had no hope to bring back to life. This place made it look brand new! They even gave me 10% off because it was my first time there. Definitely coming here for the rest of my dry cleaning!
