Very Unprofessional with customer service relations. Crystal was rude as I have read the email she sent to my father accusing him of insurance fraud which is completely false. My father is 72 years old and they are trying to pull the wool over his eyes. He may be old but he is not stupid! I see at their BBB sight they as well tried to take advantage of another elderly couple and wouldn't provide an itemized receipt. Upon them getting the itemized receipt they were charged for work that was not done! They have done the same to my father and then belittled him in an email by sounding very patronizing. This email was from Crystal at the office in West Lebanon. Please do your research before using this company and if you do use them be sure to log, take pics, etc of all work being done. Basically take time off of your job if you have one and be there for the entire process.

The estimate was accurate given that it took more than a full day to finish the mitigation. Dylan was very polite and professional, and worked very hard. I don't think we will ever consider having indoor cats with carpet after this experience.

We sustained flooding from the ditch next to our house, it backed into our basement, we had approximately 6" of water in our basement! For nine years my husband and I were in the property & casualty insurance business in the Lakes Region of NH. So many times we would connect our clients with Servpro for mitigation of water/flood/fire damage but never for ourselves! This time was our turn to call upon the professionals, we definitely needed help! When I discovered the disaster looming in our basement, without hesitation I called Servpro! Matt returned the initial call (after hours) and said he would put together a quote for me with the information I had given him. The next day we confirmed, also that the water had receded! Hurray! I said let's move forward, we have no choice! The following day Ramon and TJ arrived and after signing a couple of documents to proceed, Ramon the Senior Rep provided me with information of all they were going to do and placed all the equipment indicated on the quote that Matt gave me. Ramon and TJ were extremely polite, professional, friendly and with such a positive attitude for all the situations that they find themselves dealing with each and every day, is refreshing and amazingly unbelievable! God bless them! I even had to call and let Matt know that one of the dehumidifiers was leaking, therefore Ramon made a special trip to us and swapped out the machine, on a Sunday, this fellow never has a day off! Dear me! We were extremely pleased with all aspects, working with Servpro; from the pleasant Receptionists with which I spoke several times, to Matt Mardin, the Manager, helpful, polite and professional; to Ramon and TJ, as I said before, so polite and professional, and no request was out of the question. They were the best! Also, Josh accompanied Ramon to pick up the equipment on the completion of the job, also friendly and polite. Thank you ServPro Lebanon/Hanover/Littleton! I had a great experience with these guys! I had a dead animal somewhere in my attic leaving a bad odor. I called and spoke with Gordon, who was able to able to get Stephan over to do an appraisal within 24 hours. I had two techs show up(Ramon and Pedro) and these guys were awesome. Very friendly, very professional, and a pleasure to have in my home under the circumstances. I can not say enough good things about the work they did. They were able to find the animal, fog the area, and take out/replace any items damaged by the rodent. I could not be happier with the service, and I highly recommend this company!

I called Servpro after a pretty intense (water gushing for 20 minutes!) incident at my house. The area had drained, and I ran fans on it for days, but I still worried that there was water damage. They were great. Matt sent Ramon out as soon as possible. He conducted moisture readings, which were low - great to know. He also looked at few spots of mold in the basement. Matt followed up and encouraged me to keep an eye on the mold before hiring them to do the work, if even needed in the end. He even gave me the name of a product I could use on it. It's great to know there is a company you can trust. They gave great information, and put my mind at ease and did not sell me needless service. I am totally impressed.

I had a toilet overflow on the second floor and leak through the apartment. So far I have gotten help from Ramon and Pedro and they have been great. They take containment very seriously and left the place cleaner then when the started. Ramon has always been happy to offer a full explanation for any questions I have. I will follow up when the service is complete, but so far has been superb.

We had a water issue in our house that required removal of carpeting, drywall and subflooring. We contacted Servpro who schedule the cleanup very promptly. The two (2) Servpro workers, Pedro and Ramon, were fantastic. They did an amazing job, were incredibly polite and knowledgeable, worked very hard, almost non-stop, for the ten (10) hours they were at our home. The left about 8:00 p.m. and our downstairs was immaculately cleaned. I would highly recommend Servpro and ask for Pedro and Ramon!
