This laundromat is by far the cleanest around. it has great parking and is very bright at night. the owner is there all the time, which to me is nice. they have great washers and the best dryers. i would recommend them to anyone looking for a laundromat

Horrible place. Had an issue with 2 different washers on separate occasions that left my clothes stuck in the machine. Took over two hours to get ahold of the new owners who told me they would come help. After waiting an additional hour for them to come I called back to get an estimated time of their arrival to which they wouldn't give me. When the machines finally got opened my clothes were dripping wet and I didnt get any money credited back to me. Overall this place has gone significantly down hill after switching owners. Will not ever return.

When they say the hottest dryers in Troy, they are not kidding. We put our laundry in for 56 minutes on high heat which is about what I have always done with dryers elsewhere. When the dryer was finished, our clothes were too hot to touch. One of our towels had a hole burned into it, everything with synthetic fibers had melted and had to be thrown away, our brand new sheets had strange stains, a shirt was completely discolored, and our socks looked like they belonged to a two year old. You are definitely not in danger of leaving with damp clothes. I highly recommend a much shorter time than I did with the dryer. Oh, and the owners were not there (not that it matters much; it just doesn't match what other reviewers said).

Great place, been going to a while with no issues. Recently they had problems with their pipes, but the owner, Jim, was very helpful. Fixed the issue and gave me credit for my trouble.
