This place is great. Staffed to help people who need it. Always clean. They are very helpful to the disabled community. Most all there machines work and they are getting new machines to replace the few that don't work. I am here right now and the machines are being repaired and the owner is here. I have come her about 20 times and the place is great I definitely recommend this laundry mat.

Go during the day when Beckie is working she is always attentive and ready to help. This place is great for big families the washers are huge here. And they have those big ol dryers. Lots of space to fold your clothes.

I would suggest anyone looking for a large, clean and attended laundromat i would come to the Laundry Room.. the staff is helpful and the vibe is friendly..they have the biggest wash machines in the area... Check it out

You can wash your clothes here. They have washers and dryers too. And They have a payphone and vending machines. Most of the chairs are broken though. I used to put my clothes in and go to brugers but now they're gone

Checked the website, it said that they sell a variety of soap. So I went because no where was opened around 1 am to sell soap and wash clothes. First of all. I called and she said “yes we have tide we have downy we have it all and we are open 24 hours” so i get there. No soap. The machines steal my money and the man says he doesn’t sell any other soap. Finally he let me use one of the dry cleaning soaps. Thank god. For free because she lied and I already unloaded my clothes. Then I’m looking for machines and nearly 3/5 of each machine is broken. It’s dirty. It’s creepy. The site says flat screen tv galore LIARRRRRRRRRRRR.

I wrote a post a year ago who this place was so good and spacious. This laundromat is one of the worst, not only is the staff rude and nasty. But their were 8 small machines unavailable to be used shut with duck tape. And two 8.50 machines that didn't make suds or clean the clothes. A waste of money especially when I had to remove my clothes just to put it into another washer machine so I had to spit my clothes into 3 parts smh

Huge laundromat with an awesome variety of machines. Very clean and attended 24 hours a day. Plus they have dry cleaning! Great location next to a Hannaford and many food places in the same shopping plaza.

Says that they are open 24 hours. But I went there at 10:30pm on Sunday night and the older lady with short hair and glasses was waving her hands as I’m walking towards the door telling me that they are closed. She couldn’t even speak to me or anything just rudely waved her hands. Absolutely rude and disrespectful. This is sure not the way to run a 24 HOUR BUSINESS!!!!

I will never frequent this establishment again. The number of broken machines should have been a sign to me of the quality of the ownership. During my last visit, one of the machines malfunctioned during the wash cycle. It could not be reset or opened. Instead of providing good customer service and providing a solution to the problem I was told nothing could be done and maybe a maintenance person would be in the next day to address it. I was not allowed the number of the owner and when I persisted was just offering shrugs. So my clothes sat in a broken washer soaking wet full of soap for over 24 hours until mercifully I happened upon a staff person who was strong enough and sympathetic enough to force the door open. Something that should have been done if no maintenance person was available 24 hours before. Very poor customer service. And negligence bearing a call to the Better Business Bureau.

I called on Monday to make sure that if I brought some clothes in for dry cleaning service that they would be done by Thursday. I was told that they would be done. I went in on Thursday evening and they weren’t there. I had to go out and buy a new shirt and pants for my event on Friday. Not only did they misinform me about the timeframe of the dry cleaning, when I did pick it up there were terrible spots all over the front of the shirts that were not there before. I understand that they send out clothing to a dry cleaning service so I informed the manager so they could follow up with the service. I also informed her of the employees giving misinformation/not understanding how the dry cleaning works and timeframe. She did not seem to care and even tried to explain that I was wrong.

First time in the laundry room and recieved excellent service. It's a nice and clean environment to wash and dry your clothes. There's big washers and dryers too, always a plus.

I go here often because its 24 hours, theres always staff present, and it's relatively clean. I like the big dryers. The washers are all $3 a load except the industrial washers for $8 a load. They're strict about comforters, pillows, and rugs going in the industrial washers. You could also drop off clothes for laundry service. You need new waiting chairs because they're all breaking. Theres a change dispenser, places to fold, lots of carts, and it's very big. Best time to go is later at night past 8pm.

We have gone here a few times and stopped because someone who works here was a horrible person, they moved our stuff while we're right there. We went to another laundromat but later came back here because that lady stopped working there. Now, the machine ATE two of our quarters, it wasn't because the water was on hot or warm we aren't stupid. The worker tried to make it seem like we didn't know how the damn things worked but we've been doing our laundry this way for 2 years now. I do NOT recommend going here. Not only the horrible employees but the floors are also filthy, the carts are broken and they don't have soap in the bathroom.

I came to this dry cleaning service because the website appealed to the busy person with dry cleaning available 7:30am until 11pm. I called to confirm these times at 8am, no answer. I drove over to drop my clothes off about 8:30am, no one was there. I waiting until 9am, no one showed up. I also called the number two more times with no answer.

Overnight employees leave all the time, nobody to help when you have issues and the coin machine eats your $20. The managers won't help you without a note from the overnight shift. Even if you do catch someone there, the chances they actually leave the note are slim. They don't fix machines that eat money either, probably on purpose.

This place is ALWAYS super busy and half the dryers don’t work. It’s just meh. I usually go to Lucky Cat in Madison but figured we would try this place since it’s less than half a mile from us but I’d rather drive the extra 5 miles. Cash only so if you don’t have cash you have to pay $3 at the ATM in Bank if America. The washers smell sour and are really loud. The people who work here are very friendly but the customers are pretty rude. My first and last time coming here.

Have had the "wash, dry, fold" service there and done my own laundry there too.. They have washers in there that wash up to 80lbs of clothes, and they actually come out CLEAN! The machines were (and everywhere else was) very clean both times I washed my own laundry there, but the bathroom was kind of gross. Wish it had a changing table. The only real downside is that the dryers cost a little much... Employees are diligent and mostly friendly. If I can't have a washer and dryer at home, this is where I'll be going..

It’s wild to see that this place has such a high rating. Although it could be a nice laundry mat. But the reality is is that it’s not that clean, every other machine is broken and there aren’t enough carts. The workers who work there have to be the best part, cause they want better but clearly whoever owns this laundry mat doesn’t. I hope the owner sees this and makes the necessary improvements.

BUYER BEWARE!! There is a Caucasian Lady that works at night she is a bigot, and a Islamophobe. She told me one night "That she could not wait till Trump sends us all back." I replied "Send me back where Newburgh, Kingston, Maybe NYC." She then in turned called the POLICE and I had to take my wet laundry to another Laundry Mat to finish what I started. I would spend 100.00 per visit. I would not advise anyone to spend one dollar here. She has no respect and there is no oversight at night. I would not recommend this DUMP to a soul. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT AND I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE FOR NOTHING!!
