The pride of this facility has nothing to do with a hatred for any people, but a recognition for and empowerment of those who rarely experience either in Upstate NY. The atmosphere was laid back, and the machines were adequate. I appreciate the service.

We came here to do our laundry and as our clothes were drying we were watching a tv show on one of the tvs. Someone who was friends with the owner turned on the other tv and changed it to a certain channel. As we were standing and watching the other tv he changes that one to the same channel and turns the volume up so loud i couldn't hear my mother talking. Not upset about the show, upset about the rudeness of what happened
