$6.25 washer ate $5.25 of my money and then wouldn't accept anymore. There is no number to call listed in the laundromat and when you call the number attached here, it just rings. No way to leave a message. Give me my money back for faulty washers.

Nice washers and fast dryers but they are always out of quarters and I've never seen anything in the vending machine.

Bathroom locked every week for the last month. I am usually there Sunday late afternoon. Today a customer had their dog inside. It was barking and growling at people coming in. It also went to the bathroom on the floor. If I could go somewhere else I would but it is close to me and I don't have a vehicle.

Brought bulky bedding here as it’s easier to do it in large washers than a normal size at home, place stinks like mold, floors are disgusting, one washer I opened stunk, machines are way over priced a large washer on a cold wash is $6.25! Looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in months. Vending machine is empty and unplugged. It got one star because the place exists, never will I step foot in here again.

Nice that it's 24 hours but it's insanely expensive. Cheapest wash is $2.75 and that's with cold water. Bigger machines are $5.25. Han's laundromat is only a minute or two down the road and it's a much better price.

This place sucks so bad took My last of my money no number to call dirty inside just a bad place do not go but there's no were to go late so they dont Care half the stuff dont work sucks sucks sucks sucks sucks

Washers smelled like dirty water and locked my clothes inside (would not let me open the door and read error on the screen). Called laundry mat number noone answered. Go at your own risk

Man i was bustin shots on them dinosaurs but ya machine needs to be fix it too 50 cents from me and i was tryin to play 2 players i need two guns ya left gun is broken it doesn't shot on the left side unless yall broke it for a reason but come on fix it please n i might come back n spend my money

Clean, well lit, plenty of room for wheelchair users to access machines and folding tables. My only peeve would be that the bathrooms are locked with no key holder on the premises to unlock them for their customers other than this it has been one of the easiest accessible laundromats near Troy.

They don't have wifi, don't be fooled by those signs. But the machines are big and strong and affordable and they have a pinball game to keep a stoner happy for ages.

It's a little pricey but the fact that it's open 24 hours a day offsets the cost in my mind. It's super helpful to have around because I work night shifts and my only free time is usually late at night.

Stinky and dirty.... Then on Saturday 1-12-19 I went and that is what the pictures are from ...where the mildew smell is coming from. Dust and grime every where

I love that it's 24 hour, makes it super convenient. The only thing that sucked it is doesn't have a bathroom and the Dunkin Donuts wasnt when I was there, so I couldn't use their bathroom and had to drive all the way home and come back. Also, the place in the washer where you deposit your laundry detergent had mold growing in some of the washers.

This is our first time here and I am very happy with the experience. We came here after having an awful time at another laundromat on troy/Schenectady road. This place is very clean and had more than enough machines avaliable. We will be returning !!!

Says "Air Conditioned" on the window. It's 10:45 PM and I'm breaking a sweat. Other than that it's good the washer takes the water right out of the clothes so less dry time.

I choose to do my laundry here because my gym is across the street and I could work it while the wash is going. There is no one present to address issues on site, such as the fact that my twenty was eaten by the coin machine. It advertised as air conditioned and it's hotter in there than my old house that has one unit to cool the whole house. Sure, the purpose was met- my wash is done but I will but return here again.

Put my laundry in the big washer that costs $8.50 it started working so I left to run some errands. I come back and the machine says error and never washed my laundry . The door locked and I couldn't get my stuff out. Called the number several times no answer. Finally my boyfriend banged on the door and it opened . So basically we are out 8.50 for the wash. Had to put them in another washer. This place isn't good at all. Poor customer service. Save your self the hassle go somewhere else!!!!

Grey's the job done, but it's perennially lacking amenities. Last time I was there the bathroom didn't work, wifi that they claim is free doesn't exist. If you need to get your clothes clean though, you can usually do that.

Never will I come back again. It smells like mildew and it charges a extra 25cent for warm water and a extra 50cent for hot water. Just a rip off. Never wash your clothes there . The smell is so foul it gave me a Headache. I wouldn't recommend no one do laundry there no telling what it could be

Used to not mind going here every week to do laundry but now it's dirty as heck. Half the time there's always 3-5 washers or dryers not properly working. Tv is on but it's signal is week and there's no access to change stations since mainly kids watch it. The quality of the washers and dryers are above average, when they aren't out of order. The bathroom is ALWAYS disgusting.

I would use this laundromat on a consistent basis because it was close to my home and it was 24 hours. This changed pretty quickly. On multiple occassions I would go and there and there would be several machines out of order. It would be like playing roulette with your clothes. Lets guess which one will break while your clothes are in it. On TWO separate occassions, my clothes got locked in the machine and I was unable to get them out to the next day. On both occassions, I contacted the number that is listed for them on google and the owners were unresponsive. People do not enjoy having to spend two days in a row tending to their laundry. If you are a 24 hour business, there should be someone on call to handle emergency situations with your malfuctioning machines. It is unbelieveable that this business wants the money that people provide, but don’t want to provide the customer service that comes with it. I will not be back to this establishment,except to pick up my clothes tomorrow. Try at your own risk!!!!

This is the most disgusting place I've ever been to floors look like hasn't been cleaned in a month. Stinks of mold and dog piss I highly recommend that nobody comes here bathrooms are locked

I've been to many laundromats in the Troy and Watervliet area. This is my favorite. Newer machines and I feel safe.

I used to come here to use the large washers for things my at home washer doesn't handle well. Back in the day it was a decent spot but recently it's gotten very grubby and rundown. Detergent/softener receptacles are caked in product from previous users, washers smell of mildew, everything is dusty; look behind the washers near the front door, it's disgusting back there, the waiting chairs are ratty and worn, machines for change/products are unreliable(none of the products I wanted were in stock and I couldn't get change last time), no one ever answers the phone for help, and I can no longer pick up a wifi signal. Too bad seeing it's 24 hours and nearby but I now drive out of my way to use another place.

Arrived 11 am as soon as you enter the place you smell mildew, the machines have mildew in the fabric softener dispenser section, lint everywhere, floors are filthy smh. Machines $2.75, $4.75, $6.25 & one 77 lb machine 8.25. Dryers 25 cents for 6 minutes

Have been using this laundromat for several years. The prices may be high on the washers, but the dryers work well and can dry typically in 30 mins. Amenities include TV, pay phone, a few arcade games, change machine, ATM, bathroom, restroom, free wifi, and air conditioning. It's a hot humid day, and it's not cool inside, but can understand it must be hard to keep the laundromat cool. The plaza includes a Dunkin' Donuts and Mr. Subb. There is an empty vending machine and would be nice to have snacks available during the night hours.
