Everything was cleaned very well and finished in a timely fashion. Only complaint I have, albeit minor, was the pricing. A little high in my opinion. I had 2 shirts, 2 pants, and 2 dress coats, and it was $60

I had a small misunderstanding pertaining to charges, but I was explained the process and still was given (what I felt) was proper customer service and was made whole....which resulted in a positive customer experience and result. I needed the satin lining of a much-loved and well cared-for handbag repaired that ripped on the seam of the lining. I did not care if the repair looked flawless; just that it was sturdy and well done. Not only was it done to perfection, it was completed sooner than I expected. Yes, if you look you can tell where the repair was, but you have to look. And the seamstress took the time to make the repaired area larger than probably needed to ensure the durability of the repair. Much less expensive that I thought it would be, too! The text stating item was ready was a great idea.

Excellent customer service too. June 6, 2019. Just picked up a winter comforter it was cleaned beautifully and stored in a zipper plastic container. So easy for me to store for next year. Also a week before picked up a shirt
