It was an okay place, but most laundry facilities get a lot of use and are a little "rough." The dryers on the bottom didn't seem to work very well, and it seems like they could use more dryers in general.

Great equipment and awesome experience. I was impressed by how clean the facility was and by how nice the machines were. My wife and I went to wash some large blankets and will be going back. If you need laundry service of any kind I'd highly recommend this place.

Manager did not care that my $7 washing machine did not fill with water... She told me that it was because of the items I was washing... Excuse me?... I have been doing laundry since the 1960's and I know what water looks like... Moreover, I know what suds look like and there were NO suds because there was NO WATER!! ~ Tawnya couldn't care less... The machine next to mine was washing away with lots of water and suds... My stuff came out DIRTY after spinning... Besides, the place is a dump... She has posted pictures of customers which were taken (showing nothing bad) with notes describing the allegations she was making against them... "We Know Who You Are!" and "If you see them, call us immediately!", she says... Good Grief! What a hostile environment!! No apology, no refund, no new customer... I highly-suggest that you do yourself a favor and go to a CLEAN laundromat with WORKING machines that don't cost $7 and without this kind of SICK management/owner... NO SOCIAL SKILLS nor appreciation/respect for her CUSTOMERS!

Went in to do my laundry Thursday and there was a lady who needed some help and the attendant was so nice and professional and patient - it was refreshing to see someone treated with kindness and respect - I will be making this my spot for doing my laundry from now on.-well done!

Nov.10,2014 DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURES. This is not a clean Laundromat! If this is the best that St. George has to offer, oh boy. There where two women working there but they had no time to clean or could care less about cleaning as they were way too busy doing hotel laundry. I will not be using this facility again.

We use their commercial laundry service for customers linens and they have an exceptional pick up/drop off system. Having this company on our referral list has taken the stress off our housekeepers. Would highly recommend.

Very few working machines, bathroom was locked and it was $4.00 to wash one load and another $1.50 to get it dry. Disappointed but grateful I only had to use it once.

The place is very clean and tidy, great machines that do that job well. Would recommend. Only downfall is the lady who is working there or owns it, either way doesn't make a difference. She had long blonde curly hair, was the worst person for any rype of customer service. Non welcoming, gets in people's ways and never says sorry, hello, anything I can help with. Poor customer service when these people are making you money. Only thing she cared about was the machines and collecting money from them.

Rip off machines!!! Dont use. First off, slightly more expensive. The machines looks new and nice so not a big deal. The trouble comes when you put your money in and it auto starts. You can't change the temperature, so you press stop to try and correct it, it will not start. I thought it was operator error but when I called the owner she said "They ate designed to make you pay again if you press stop." Designed to rip you off. It does not disclaime this anywhere nor do they have any instruction. It's not about a measly 4 bucks and my lost soap. It's about omitting information and having machines that are intended to take your money. Another thing, why have refund button when it doesn't even work? I tried to change my mind and get my money back half way through inserting change and it would not refund me so I had to continue putting in money.

I am so grateful St George has this laundromat. It is by far the cleanest and friendliest one in the area. I have been going here for the past year, usually in the evenings. I see the trash people leave and not clean up after themselves. I'm impressed with how good of a job they do keeping it clean inspite of people trashing the place. It would be good to have an attendant there more often to help with machines otherwise your hard work is greatly appreciated.

Lost the last of my cash in the machine and there was no staff to help. I called the number that was posted on the door & No one answered until the 11th time I called. They answered with a text message. They stated that staff would not be present until the late afternoon. Super pissed that I wasted time and money at this place. Machines were not clean, soap/suds were spilled on the top. Could not see into the dryers as the windows were not clear/clean. Luckily this was just a pit stop, I'll never visit this place again

First time here and before I came I called the owner who called me right back and answered my questions and was very professional and nice. There were 6 washers & 1 dryer that had "out of order" signs. It was crowded so we had to wait 45 mins for an open washer / dryer. Our towels we had to re-run due to some bad odor from the washer. Had to dry our stuff 3-5 times even though it was on High heat. Need a few more carts per the other two first timers that I spoke with. The bathroom was locked and we had to go across the street to use taco bell bathroom because the business next door were closed or said its not open for public. Very HOT if the building, a fan would be nice in the building.

Also, to me it seems that the negative reviews you are receiving should have been posted for another laundromat (that had similar negative reviews). Not great service and not exceptionally clean. It costs alot for a few loads. Seating is inadequate, its hot inside, smells bad and it is hard to buy soap and dryer sheets from the shop machines because thier empty. Big laundry and drying machines is the only good thing there.

The most expensive and dirty laundromat I've ever been to. It says they have wifi but I think you have to have the attendant there to get the pw. They had signs all over about watching you with their cameras, and had a sign up of a picture they got on their camera of a guy washing a horse blanket, which apparently they didn't like...I just wanted to wash my clothes.

I would give a 2.5 if I could but not quite a 3. This seems to be the only coin laundry in St George so I was glad it is here. I’m traveling in my RV and really needed to do laundry. Each machine I used I had to put each quarter in 3 or 4 times before it would be accepted. I used one of the large $7.50 washers and it was the worst. It took 5 minutes at least to feed all the quarters. Fortunately I was able to get all the machines to work since there was no attendant on site to refund. Also no bathroom or even a sink to wash your hands. It is a plus that they have the large washers and dryers if one needs to wash bedding or other large loads.

I've been here both times I've had to travel to St. George. The floors need a good heavy scrub, but even though it looks a little rough, it's a solid Laundromat in a good area. I've always felt safe and the machine prices are definitely reasonable. They have a little vending machine with drinks, too.

I am a truck driver and on a mandatory 34 hour break. I need to do some laundry but do to security reasons I can't drop my trailer. The truck stop has no laundry service. I called here to ask if had pick up and drop off. The lady was real nice but called me back to say her boss said no due to being personal laundry. It would be nice if you reconsidered making this service available to personal laundry service. Just my thoughts!

This is the first laundromat I've ever used so I don't have anything to compare it to, but the machines look new and they are all very clean. Instructions on how to use them were very clear so I had no trouble figuring it out. They seem a little expensive, but like I said I have nothing to compare it to. I paid $0.25 for every 7 minutes of dry time and the use of the jumbo washer was $6.00.

The washer and dryers work fine nothing special. The washers are a bit on the expensive side than other cities. I will say the friendliness of the staff wasn't really great or welcoming. I partially agree with some of the other reviews. When I asked about a bill change the answer was short and she didn't offer any alternatives. Offering a bill change service is standard at other laundromats so this should be something the owner offers so you don't have to receive $20 in coins. Otherwise if you have everything prior to coming here you'll be fine.

I went to this place today after reading the reviews that said it was cheap and clean. Two machines were $2 but the rest were more expensive and they were pretty small loads. The bigger washers were $7.25. So you would need to bring more than $10 to do your laundry if you had a bigger load of clothes. I also saw at least 3 cockroaches crawling on the floors while doing my laundry. The roaches grossed me out.

Out of all the laundromats in St. George this is the cleanest. I have spent the last year using these washers and dryers and I have not lost any socks or have had any clothes ruined. The only issue was that it was so hot. I came in this week and they got AC.

This place is great! It's clean, comfortable, and well light. Occasionally a machine is out but anytime I've had a problem they've been very helpful to fix it. I like that they have vending and games as well. They make the laundry mat experience a good one.

Out of all the places in st.george to do laundry, this is the best. If someone complains about something, it is because they haven't been to the other places. By far the best laundromat in town! Oh, and it is conveinetly located to a local gas(maverick) so if you need a snack or to take a dump, they will be willing ;)

Very clean!! Washers and dryers were all in working order. They was priced reasonably and I didnt have to feed quarters in the dryer to get my clothes dryed. I had all my laundry washed and dryer within an hour! The lady that works there made me feel welcome and was very helpful and attentive! I would highly recommend The Laundry Room!!!!

The basic necessities of a laundromat, a change machine, was out of service. Since the long weekend, local businesses were not giving out quarters due to banks being closed. However, a quick call to the owner (phone number posted at the laundromat) and he came in with quarters and was friendly and helpful.

Was a little afraid to try the Laundry Room after reading the bad reviews. We are moving & temporarily without a washer. This is my second trip to the Laundry Room. It's well laid out. Lots of new machines. Coin machine in good order. All the necessaries for purchase if you forget something. Even snacks & beverages. Early this trip, so I'm the only one here. The attendant comes in later. She was here on my last visit, so I had to ask her about the reviews. What she told me made like this place even more. She said it was a wreck when she took over. Customers were vandalizing the property. She installed video cameras, that she can even monitor from home. Doesn't allow smoking or reckless conduct. They have prosecuted anyone who willfully damages the equipment or is a danger to others. She views those bad reviews as retaliation for vandalism. They prosecute & they win. I would recommend the Laundry Room. A safe, comfortable place to do your wash.

Filthy dirty. Put money in the washer and it would not start. No attendant for a refund. Machines were dirty and had soap build up in trays. Folding tables are cracked and broken, clothes get snagged. I would not go to this dive again.

The worst laundry experience of my life! Their machine was broken, barely any water entered the machine - the clothes never washed and when I asked for a refund I was told it was my error and they don't issue refunds. I repeatedly called the manager over to ask why no water was in the machine and she said I overloaded it and it was my fault. You could hear water trying to enter, but very little came through. My soap never even left the dispenser. I just lost over $12 in gas, detergent, and $8 on a broken machine. HORRIBLE BUSINESS and I will be turning them in to every local and state office to get their business license revoked and open any investigation into their fraudulent business practices as possible!
