I have been coming here since 2006. The Utah Opera uses this place. It is always clean and the machines are in great shape, managed by owners very close by and responsive to customers. Need a refund? Done. Machine broken, they get it noticed with out of order sign and is repaired right away

I used to go there. And it used to be great! Unfortunately you pay big money to wash the cloths and they still won’t come out clean. And sometimes the detergent won’t come down. I dryers take forever. I used to love going there. Not anymore!

I've been coming here for about a year. This has been by far the best laundry mat I've ever been to. The owner is so nice and has always been willing to help no matter what. The easy card system is the best. I fully recommend this place. The prices are great and this place is always clean!

been there a couple of times love the feel of the place. we own our own washer and dryer and when it breaks down we go there great place. when i went in there the first time they came in half way through my visit and deep cleaned and stocked the place up. they were very friendly and made sure me and the other customers were doing good and asked if we needed anything.

Early today I left an important shirt (morrissey t) here. Went back at 11pm & it was nicely folded right out in the open, been there all day, brand new shirt & no one stole it. This was my 1st time Ever needing to use a laundromat. Im a germ freak & always hated the idea, but this was Literally the complete opposite of what I feared using a laundromat to be. Checked multiple machines beforehand - All clean as can be, perfect condition. My story above speaks for the trustworthiness of the place. Lucked out 1st try - swishy washy-er 4 life!! (hopefully not my entire life tho, one day I hope to become wealthy & buy a washer & dryer.)

I absolutely love everything about this laundromat, the staff there is so amazing and nice, it's really clean and organized, I love that you can download a app and buy tokens through the app with debit/credit cards, makes it nice you don't have to use coins, LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! They have vending machines and both my kids wanted candy and didn't have 2 dollars in my wallet and one of the staff members she gave me a few dollars so I could buy my kids some treats from vending machine, she was super sweet and made me feel important and valued as a customer:) I live out in West Valley City Utah and I drive out this way just to come to this laundromat because I know it's always a amazing experience, my washer broke and it's always good to know we have laundromats like this swishy washy, I will always be a customer for life!!

I would love to give this place a much higher review but for some reason every load I did here in 7 different washers of 3 sizes all came out extremely wet requiring way to much drier time and btw I spread the laundry out in as many driers as possible to save time and to have 3 and 4 towels or pair's of levis take 1.25 to 1.5 hours to dry is to many loads to be a coincidence, I did like the free wi fi, but after spending 2.5 hour's here to wash and dry a load its not so free, save yourself time and money and find another place to do your laundry I know I will..

We had the most amazing experience at Swishy Washy! I'm an administrator of a nursing facility and our washing machine broke. As you can imagine we had a lot of laundry that needed to be done. I love the pay with credit card option through the app! So helpful as businesses don't always have cash to use. We were able to get laundry done in a few hours and Rose and Rudy were the BEST!!!!! Not only did they make sure machines worked for us but they even helped us fold our laundry. I've never experienced something like that before! THANK YOU to Rose and Rudy for their wonderful work! I will most definitely use Swishy Washy again!

This is a good place to go if you have to go to a laundromat. It is always clean and they have every size washer that we've ever needed. I also like that you load money on a card to use, instead of having to pump coins in the machines for every load. It's much more convenient.

I don't like the easy card system they use for services. I don't like that you have to use an ATM to get cash to put into the easy card system (charges you to get $) that should have an integrated credit/debit card system in order to get credit on to an easy card. Prices are high and I thought that I would have enough to get my Laundry completed, but had to make more than one trip to the ATM, and at a 3 dollar charge for each use, it gets a little pricey. The only reason I didn't get a larger amount of $ out is because I didn't want a large amount of $ left on a card of a place I would never, never, NEVER RETURN TO!!!!!!!! So if you like throwing money away, come on down to swishy washy! Please don't waste your time on responding to this review, spend time on finding a way to solve your easy card issue, and make money. Continuous improvement, Google that!

I love this laundromat! It's always really clean and I really love that instead of carrying a BAZILLION quarters around, they have a reload able card system! Super convenient and helpful. The only 2 things I dislike is (1) The owner always gives me a grumpy attitude about my service dog that I sometimes bring in with me. (2) I like that ATM spits out $5's instead of $20's, but the fees are absolutely ridiculously high. I highly recommend stopping at your banks ATM before coming in, unless you are ok with almost $5 in fees. Other than that this place is great!

This place is not service animal friendly! Twice now a very rude employee has instructed us to remove our dog. Never once did they ask if he was a service animal. If you have a medical need of some sort don't go here they might ask you to take your wheel chair, crutches or oxygen outside. The ADA considers a service animal a piece of medical equipment and so does the federal and state law!

I really don't want to write a review, because I love this place, and don't want it to become overcrowded! When I googled it the first time, I didn't realize it was coinless. Now that I know, I like that factor. It's easy to grab some cash, and pop it on my card. I don't have to keep a jar of quarters around my house, I just keep a small card in my wallet. The laundromat is always clean. The bathrooms are clean. I've seen employees there almost every time I visit (and I am not consistent on my visit time or day) that are tidying it up. The employees will empty the dryer vents, so the dryers work very well. The temperature is kept decent - not too hot or too cold. It does get a little warm if it's a very busy day, and most of the dryers are in use, but that's to be expected.

I always find the place clean, not very busy, and always has change if I need it. The machines also can be paid for using Cleartoken. If you don't know what that is, it's an app that allows you to add credits to machines wirelessly from credits you add to your account online with a credit/debit card. I really like Cleartoken and have never had an issue using it. They have a few vending machines with snacks and drinks. They're also within walking distance to Greek fast food, a CVS, and a Smith's grocery store, among a bunch of others.

UPDATE: I am changing my review on this place the last time I was here I had some issues and was mad but the owner was very helpful and he refunded my money that I lost and he explained to me why they needed to change and I have a much better understanding of how the machines work! I like this place and have been doing my laundry here for a year now and its been the cleanest one I have been to. I will keep coming here until I buy my house and a washer and dryer thanks swishy washy for helping me out and making sure I am a satisfied customer!!! This was a great laundry mat now it sucks I hate the app it doesn't work right and when it closes your payment still goes through but it doesn't tell you that so you tru again and now you have been charged twice and there is no way to get your money back!!! I liked the card they used now I am going to have to find a different place because I cant trust the app it has ready taken half the money i have put on it!!! Im so pissed and i guess we will see how the owners deal with it because i want my money back!!!!!!!!

I love Swishy Washy! I've been using them for my business for the last year and a half, 2 to 3 times a week for the last year and a half, It's always very clean including the bathrooms. The owners and their staff are always around to assist with issues are super friendly and genuinly care about your concerns. I love that there are 4 different sizes of machines and the card system works well for me. I just got a washer for my business but will still use swishy for my big loads!

It's clean and I love the card system. I always disliked lugging quarters around. They are reasonable in prices. Plus they have a variety of different sizes of washers. It's a 24 hour store and I stayed all night doing 8 loads of laundry and before I could finish the last 2 loads I fell asleep in my truck and the owner woke me up and accused me of being homeless and yelled at me to leave his property or he would call the cops and I had to pull out wet laundry and couldn't even dry it and he was yelling and bickering at me the whole time while I was doing this, this was the worst experience I've ever encountered and I still can't understand why he really did this to me cause I'm not homeless and I was doing laundry the whole time I was there.

Look for a laundry mat to be open 24 hours and it not be a run down dump or a scary place that you wouldn't even want to go to late at night it's a huge plus also the price is about average of all the other laundry mats so I highly recommend it.

Even though my apartment complex has a laundry mat I still come here to do my laundry. I am partly blind and disabled and the owner here was so polite and professional! The machines work perfectly and I have never had a problem. I love this place and I give it my recommendation 100%.

My husband and I Loved this place for years... It's well maintained and until fairly recently had a respectable crowd who were clean and respectful... but like with everything else, the "Yuckies" found it and now it's ridiculously crowded, not as clean, machines left dirty and crusted over with soap. Saw a syringe in the bathroom and we don't dare set anything down on the counter or leave to shop while our clothes dry. Makes me sad... We don't want to go back anymore

Swishy is one of the few 24hour laundry mats that dont scare me. The 24 hour camera surveillance is comforting and when I had an issue, the management called me back the next day and made it right. The free wifi is always a plus. The only thing that sucks is they lock the bathrooms at 10... so if you're like me that does your laundry at night be prepared.

I come here frequently because I feel safe even at night (you know there are some unsafe creepy laundromats) and the prices here are more affordable and the washers clean the clothes better here then at the other laundromats. well the dryer I was using was making a noise becuz there was a screw in there and the owner asked If I could move my items to another dryer so I did then he started the dryer I moved to and he fixed the dryer I was originally using and told me I could split one dryer up to get my clothes done faster! Thank you so much for the free dry I really appreciate it being a single mom to 3 being on a fixed income.

Now they have a new app for your phone that u can put money on and u always have money to do your laundry!!! Right now there is a special if u put $10.00 on your app u get $5.00 extra dollars free if u put $50.00 on your app u get $75.00 u can't beat that!!! They truly are the BEST!!!! Check them out!!!

Great options for machines that are maintained and kept clean. I usually see the owner come in to clean the facility each weekend, and the only time I had a problem, he resolved it promptly, and credited my wash card. As long as I need laundromat services, I'll continue to go to Swishy Washy.

Machines all went down, took a while to get them up. Was there for hours waiting with clothes in washer and didn't get anything washed. They were in the process of changing all machines back over to cash and eliminating the cards.

I like this place. The ability to go and do laundry whenever I need to is a huge plus. They are clean and the prices are decent for a laundromat. My only complaint is that the only way to pay for the machines is with their easy pay card that you must load cash into inside. I have kept mine since the first time I went there and I still go there when the laundromat close to me is closed.

Squeaky clean and super convenient. After 8 days on the road, traveling across several state lines, laundry piles up. The facilities are extremely clean, to include the restroom; there were ample machines, so absolutely no wait time; and the method for payment (appropriately called an Easycard), made our entire transaction a breeze. 6 loads washed and 3 loads in their dryers all for $20. The spare outlets and free WiFi are an added bonus that I used for studying while I waited. It was really quiet also. I don't have any qualms about revisiting this establishment while we await our new home washer and dryer.

Despite this laundromat being in Murray, it's the least sketchy place I've ever been to do laundry. PROS: The place is clean It has plenty of machines and is open 24 hours they don't gouge you on prices and i have yet to see a broken machine you can't really ask much else of a laundromat. CONS: there's no way to return or exchange your card. if you only plan on going once, bring some varied tender so you can load just enough and ditch the card.

Front load washers, "Easy Card" program must be used to do transactions. This makes slight inconvenience since you have to load card with dollar bills only. Coins, cards not accepted, if you only need to load card with change, say $0.50 to finish dryer, I now have to add more dollars. No available power outlets to charge electronic devices. Would be 4 star if power outlets available.

I just went there this morning, they are phasing out the card and going to coin-op. The cards you have now are being de-activated and cleared of the balance. When I get ripped off 20.00 plus dollars, my opinion of you drastically declines. I'm on a really tight budget and I save a few bucks here and there and save it on that card. I'm not happy right now.

I stopped at this laundry about 3 months ago in my large company vehicle to do laundry at about 4am. Because the vehicle also has living quarters within it, I spent about 30 minutes getting everything I needed together, then proceeded to do laundry. I spent that much time when I was done with the laundry putting things away. I was parked far off the main road at the rear of the parking lot, where there were no more than 1 or 2 cars parked the entire 3+ hours I was there. The owner of my company called to say owner of the Swishy Washy had complained that I was camping in the parking lot he shares with the other leasors of that strip mall. That wasn't true nor was it true that the laundromat owner reviewed security video and confirmed I didn't do laundry. The ONLY reason I was there was to do laundry. The Swishy Washy owner then called to complain about the review I left about his business. I was asked to remove the review by my company's owner which led to resentment on my part and ultimately was the catalyst for me leaving that job, one I deeply loved. This is an excellent example of lies having serious and lasting consequences. The laundromat facility is just OK. But I wouldn't have done business there had I known it's owner lacked even a thread of integrity. I hope you won't reward such a person with your patronage either. There are many other choices to handle your laundry needs and I will recommend any one of them over Swishy Washy.

Update as of 7/30/18. They replaced their traditional card model to now you can pay with $1 or $0.25 coins or their cleartoken app. My preference is the app, the user interface is easy, fast and reliable, the one thing I don't like is that i have to go to a browser to add credits an extra step that I would like to skip and just do it all from the app. This place is always clean, open 24 hours and the owner is always available and willing to help.

I am at this particular laundromat 2-3 times a week doing easily 100+ pounds of laundry for my business. This location is always clean, bright, and there are many washer and dryers that work amazingly. Also the cost of washing and drying is the best around. I have been coming here for nearly a year and have always been taken care of by Craig (the owner) or any member of his staff. If you are needing to a laundromat this is a safe, clean, friendly and bright, then this is the place! Craig will continue to receive my business for many years to come.

We have been coming here for 4 years and love the new system that the owner has put in. The app is so convenient! With a few clicks on my phone my laundry is started & I no longer have to run to a ATM machine. I have not used the coin system but customers are happier with it then the old card system. This laundromat is well taken care of and the owner is always there to check up. If you need to do your laundry outside your home this is the place to do it. Clean, convenient pay system, wonderful owner & it’s 24 hrs every day!

Hands down, the cleanest laundromat i've been to. I'm new to the area and my washer recently broke. I was dreading going to the laundromat because they are usually dirty and uncomfortable. The card system sucks. Just a way to get away with extra money you didn't use for washing and drying AND NOT A SINGLE POWER OUTLET IN THE ENTIRE STORE! That's ridiculous! You wait for over an hour for your laundry and they can't even provide power for the cell phones to be charging? I am glad they took the time to COVER ALL OUTLETS with plastic covers. Will never use them again. Rose's on 900 west and State Street is much better. Lots of power outlets and two big screen tv's.
