Back in late October 2014, we had a terrible water leak in our guest bathroom,we called our plumber first, who suggested Service King. We had a lot of water damage, water was spraying out of the pipe behind our toilet for about 4-5 days. We called Derek and he was there with his crew within an hour, closer to 1/2 an hour. Very polite, professional and the quality of work was top notch. Derek and his crew were clean and got everything repaired and cleaned up in a timely manner. Just in time for our families Thanksgiving Dinner! We will call Derek at Service King every-time. Just hope it doesn't happen again. They are the BEST!!! Thanks again. Angela and Carl

Reese and Sean from Service Kings came to my house to clean my floors. They cleaned the tile in the barhroom. Even the tile in the showers! They cleaned my carpets in all 4 bedrooms. Made the tile in the kitchen clean enough to eat off of. They where both very friendly, professional, and did a over the top job that made the carpet look newer than new. Next I will be having them clean my carpets in my car.

Derrick from Service King came to our home and made our experience a great one. His professionalisim and the way he was able to handle and calm me down was so incredible. Our home flooded and I had to fire a different Company that our Ins Co had hired at first that didnt handle things correctly. Service King stepped in and was just fantastic. I was at first skeptical because Derrick seemed so young. But he amazed me how he handled himself and every thing he has done for us. He has a degree to back him up and the knowledge behind him and the know how for organization to keep each step an easy transition not only for his customers, but for his crew as well. I stand by and see how he has taken care of us as if we were family and not just another job. Our home was such a mess from this flood, and me being out of state and my husband on the road 6 days a week Derrick has sent us pictures to keep us updated and confirming each step as it is being done so there are no mistakes along the way. I can't say enough good about him and his crew. Thank you Service King for being able make our home a home again with painless effort. I have used them for 10 years now cleaning carpets in our rentals as well as responding to flood issues/water damage. Honestly, I am kind of frugal and would normally hire the cheapest guy I can find, but have learned that it is better to hire someone like Service King who may be a little more money but have more training and knowledge than anyone and do the job right and well. As an out of state owner, I fully trust their judgment in deciding the best route to take when there are tough and expensive decisions to make regarding carpet, water damage etc. Brian
