The gals in the office were polite and professional and helped me get a service time that worked with my schedule, and it was quick! I thought it would take a couple weeks to get an appointment and my appointment was within the week that I called. Josh, the Service Technician, was very personable and knowledgeable about the product. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I have been dealing with 2 other service companies to fix my 18 month old fridge for 1.5 months, and still have gotten no where. I have dealt with waiting around, wasting my entire summer for the other repair companies to come. I called Service Depot, and got an appointment the next day. The receptionist was especially pleasant and helpful. They sent an email and text updates on their arrival. And, they arrived within the 1 hour window they stated! Wow! He immediately diagnosed the problem and helped us work with the manufacturer to get the problem solved. I love how helpful, knowledgeable, and truly efficient they are. This is the 3rd time I have used service depot for an appliance repair. (Fridge, washer, stove) I love that when I call they can generally come within 24 hours. They are prompt, courteous and respectful. Quick to get to work and diagnose the problem. This time he even had the part on hand to fix it on the spot. In the past when they have had to order a part, they are quick to get it (last time it came a day early and they rescheduled my appointment to fix it faster). I always feel like the cost for the service call and the parts are very honest and reasonable. I don’t call anyone else! They are so great!

Service Depot in Logan is awesome. All of my sisters and I have used them for the last couple of years for various home repairs. Just recently I had a tech, Brady, come help install my new dishwasher. He installed one the new and hauled away the old one within an hour. He even took the time to look at a valve under my sink even though it was not included in my initial service request. Whenever my family or I have used Service Depot they've been quick at scheduling appointments, very affordable and have great customer service. They're techs are always very knowledgeable and polite. CAUTION!! I have rentals and work with a number of repair companies and this company is disappointing. I called them to fix a fridge. They come out and swap out a part and say it is fixed. I get a call from the tenant that it is still not working. I call them back and tell them it still isn't working. They send out their tech again and he says no power to the outlet so he can't do anything and leaves. Really? I call him back and say can you go over and let's plug it into a different outlet and so you can assure it is working. He goes back and they plug it into a different outlet and he says it is working. He never stays to test it to make sure it is getting cold and leaves. Tenant calls and says it isn't getting cold. It is late Friday night. Never could get the fridge working and ended up buying a new one. They send me an invoice. I called them and said I thought the service was poor at best and the fridge wasn't fixed, and that I would like to have the invoice reduced due to the way things were handled. I explained that I had no problem paying something but the full invoice amount didn't seem fair. The person on there phone said they would explain the situation to the manager and call me back. I get a call back and they said that they wouldn't reduce the invoice due and to pay the full amount. Wow! Terrible customer service to boot. I read ratings that give a 1 Star and think they are probably a little dramatic, but this one goes down as some of the poorest service I have seen from a company in 25 years.

Our property manager uses this joke of a place for repairs. They charged $75 service fee to replace a part under $10. Ok, I get it, all places charge service fees. Yet, they didn't even fix the problem and had to come back. Charged another $75 service fee. A trustworthy place with good customer service would NOT charge another service fee if the problem wasn't fixed in the first place. $180 in service fees for a toilet handle and flapper, what a joke.
