Very disappointed in the service and quality. They are overpriced and turn around is very slow. Twice they've "lost" my items aka gave my items to another customer and then refused to replace them. I won't be back.

Horrible customer service. I brought in my daughters white dress to be dry cleaned in time for a family cruise. I went to pick it up and at the bottom of the dress there was half a foot print on it as if someone had stepped on the hem with dirty shoes. I pointed it out to the employee helping me. She was dismissive and said that they could try to re-clean. I asked if it could be done in 24 hours (in time for our trip). She said no and that I would be at the back of the 'line'. (??) I then asked if there was a discount for the dress not being cleaned properly. Nothing. $16 for a clean pure white dress...except for a one dirty foot print. Ridiculous. I won't be back.

Brought in a leather jacket that got a little moldy and it just sat there for a week!!! Wasn't cleaned, looks like I paid $55 for a trashy dry cleaning bag

Very rude and charged me more than the quoted price when I dropped off. If they only want customers who are squeaky clean church types, they need to put a sign on the door. Won't be back
