I use a lot of dry cleaners and this location is the best. Cindy and her staff are very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to help me with the little things like noticing stains, fix loose buttons and broken zippers. I highly recommend.

Awful. I would rate a negative 1 if that was an option. Dropped off a dress to get pressed, it was returned with a liquid stain on the front bodice and pencil markings... no time to get it cleaned before the wedding. Don't go here

I think its crazy you have to go through corporate to get a refund. I went to the store 4 different times, first to pick it up and it wasnt ready so went the next day ,(a Letterman SWEATER) Got home they had charged me for a letterman JACKET, went back , they said had to talk to manager the next day. I went today told the girl she said it is a lettermans jacket I said no its a sweater, she said I cant help you , you have to call corporate, the lady at corporate was soo nice about it. But it was a very big hassel for 3 days, its crazy, just because they didnt know the difference. I love Red Hanger , but this was the worse.

I dropped a rug off about a month ago. The lady helping me seemed annoyed. She quickly took my name and number and said I’d get a call when it was done. Fast forward to today, it’s been a month. I haven’t received any call so I call them to follow up. The lady who answered also seemed annoyed when I told her about my situation and I was wondering when the rug would be done. She told me it’s ready. So now I’m wondering how long it has been ready for and why I never received a call? Overall, I would say the customer service at this location is not ideal. They aren’t friendly. They make you feel bad for bringing things in to get cleaned when it’s their job... It might take a month or more who knows, for you to get your stuff back because you’re expecting them to call you to let you know when it’s ready but they never do. Etc. I won’t be using this location again.

When I pick up the shirts I needed starch and iron. It is the worst job I have ever seen. There is more wrinkles in them that when I drop them off no starch at all. Half of the shirts didn't even get ironed. I will never go back to Red Hanger again. How do you stay in business doing that kind of a job. Nobody cares about the job they are doing. A 5 year old could of done a better job. Now I have to iron them to see if I can fix the mess they made out of brand new shirts. You need to be close down for ruining people clothes.

I have never had any problems with this place until they stole my $200 skirt. I can’t afford those kind of clothes!!. It was a present from my employers when I was a nanny. Pretty obvious it was expensive. “They lost it” supposedly. they used to do a great job and i loved the monthly coupons..I even sent my wedding dress here. They called me and let me know they wouldn't have it ready the day they originally stated but the next day instead. I appreciated the call and I was in no rush since the wedding was over;) But I’m still pissed about that skirt!!!

THEIR PRICES ARE A RIPOFF!!! They charged me $ 5.05 for a Tie, $ 7.75 for a pair of dress slack. I called other places and they charge 1.99 for ties and 3.79 for pants. I could not believe my bill when I saw it. Will never go there again!!! Check other cleaners before you take your clothes to RED HANGER!!!

We were told that we would receive a call when our comforter was done and also given a date about 3 weeks out. When we still hadn't received a call a few days after that we called only to find out it had been done for two weeks! Other than that, our comforter was cleaned and we were satisfied with the actual cleaning job that was done.

Beware!! I am currently working out of town and the hotel I am staying at does not have on site facilities for laundry. A quick Google search yielded Red Hanger after looking at their site I decided to give them a shot the next day. When I arrived I was greeted by a nice gentleman who took my hand full of dress shirts and said that they would be $3 each sounded fair enough. I then handed over my clothes to be laundered and he dumped them out on the counter. I handed him my list of items and asked for a quick quote and he said it was a little over $3/lb. I assumed I had between 5-10 pounds of clothes with 10 being on the very high side. He also pulled out a pair of jeans and said that they had to be dry cleaned as well so I assumed another $3 like the shirts. So I assumed around $40 total... I returned 2 days later and found out what they say about assumptions is true... Here is the bill I reviewed... 5 dress shirts at $3 for $15.44 1 pair of jeans for......... $7.85 what? And the real kicker! 18 POUNDS of laundry for... GET THIS... $52.89 For a grand total of $76.18 I was a little less than shocked when I received the bill and when I asked the lady working the desk she was less than helpful and simply asked how I was going to pay without any explanation other than that I had brought in 18 pounds of laundry (must weigh them after the washing machine) Needless to say I will never use Red Hanger Cleaners again! And suggest if you plan to use them... Get a quote before you leave your clothes there...

I took in a nylon jacket, a reproduction of a 1950s B-15 aircrew jacket as used by F-86, F-84 and B-47 pilots and crews with authentic decals that cost as much as the jacket. I asked if it would be ok to try to dry clean a jacket with decals, knowing that the originals were often cleaned by dry cleaning back in the 50s and 60s. I was assured it would be OK and I left the jacket. When I returned the decals had been intentionally removed. No kidding. the crew did not speak English well enough to understand although they seemed to understand at the time. Since I had asked about the decal and had been assured it would be OK I only assume they misunderstood and wanted it removed. I however was assured it would be OK 5 different times before i left it. BEWARE! slipshod work and no language skills. Unless you can communicate with gestures or something don't trust them with anything. Oh and, of course, no offer of repair or compensation. Their lack of language skills was just my bad luck. If you speak English you should probably find some place that also speaks English. the only reason I gave this one star is I could not figure out how to do zero stars.

I had a suit of my husband's dry cleaned as well as a sweater of mine at the the West Valley location. I was very disatisfied. My sweater smelt like cigarette smoke when I got it back. My husband's suit was worse. There had been a couple of spots that needed cleaning qhen we brought them in. Qhen we got the suit back, there were holes where the spots had been. I guess technically yes, they got rid of the spots. I dont think it counts though if you remove the fabric as well.

I haven't really used dry cleaners before. My white dress shirts for my security officer uniform got pretty dirty and gross especially around the inner collar. I took them to this location and picked them up the next day. It is possible they came back cleaner than when I got them from my company to begin with.

I then asked to have 5 cotton shirts “Just pressed” because I was thinking it was cheaper. NOT! $4.83 per shirt for “Just Pressed” They told me it was cheaper to have them “Cleaned and Pressed”

Paid $39.00 to have fur UGG blanket dry cleaned. Took them a week, that's fine. I get it home and get it out of the plastic and the fur is matted like they stuck it in a normal washing machine. It smells like burnt laundry detergent like they put it on high temp in a dryer. There is also clumps of what looks like undesolved detergent matted in the fur as well as some other mystery stuff. Took it back immediately to get fixed. They said they would clean it again....and that they wouldn't charge me for it. Yet the money still came out of my account....and when my fiancé picked up the blanket for the second another week later. It still smelled bad....and those matted white clumps where still in the exact spots as when I dropped off the blanket to be fixed. Like they just stuck it right back in a bag after I dropped it off. Will never go back!!!!!

This contact was flawless, good service good job. Overall, we have been using red hanger for over 40 years. Loved it previously when your long Time Manager was in charge. Not really feeling the same love and definitely not the same quality of work and management. Had shirts in for buttons and they pretty ruined one of the shirts. Took them back and they got cleaned again, but the buttons never were made right. Just became easier to do the shirts on our own at home. Management has changed multiple times, we rarely see the same attendant twice. Will probably try a time or two more, but If things do not change we will be done. Sorry, but given our long time with you we rarely feel appreciated or acknowledged.

The prices are over the top! 7.93 for pants and shirts. Even the gal there said it was highway robbery ! 3.60 to launder and press. Other places in town are 2.00!! It cost me 42.00 to have 5 items done.

Sara is The absolute nicest person. I adore her and always look forward to her coming through the door when I drop off my clothes or pick them up. She has been very generous with me and seems to look out for me. I have an issue with me my pants being starched. There’s always automatic resistance to starching women’s clothes. She caught this when somebody rejected the starch part of that and corrected it. I very much appreciate it. She didn’t have to do that but she was looking out for me as I said, in order to make sure my order was right. She is a five-star person. I have been 3-4 star happy with service before her.

All of the cashiers are nice and get things done quickly. They always tell me to have a nice day--they are just marvelous, every one of them. Someone must be treating them well because they really care! The laundry is done well, although I re-iron the collars on all of my shirts. Everything else is great, though. Thank you.

I got married last year and this location in particular were able to accommodate me with pressing my wife’s dress in a day. It normally takes 7 days to fulfill and it took her about 3 hours. Ty!! You saved me! Awesome Store Manager did it herself!

Took 5 ties in. Only one came back clean. Cost me $33 for 5 ties and they are still dirty. Way annoyed. Also they press the ties way too hard. You can see wrinkles on the front of the ties from the shapes of the back. Beware. Dont take ties here. 3/29/17 - they called to re clean my ties and did a good job. Thanks guys!

I usually don't complain. I used Red Hanger years ago and stopped going cause I had a few bad experiences. Charged for cleaning that wasn't done. Lost dress shirts. Staff with attitude. At a different location. So I decided to give them another shot since the location is so close and convenient. So I sent a couple suits and one dress shirt for a test run. Pants were double creased. So bad that Anyone in their right mind would never wear it. My dress shirt was misplace and was even told that it wasn't there. Eventually it was found. But for a moment there I thought I was never going to see that shirt again. What sad, is their high prices they charge to double crease you pants. I go somewhere else that charges half the price of red hanger and they never double crease anything I have ever brought to them.

I came to this red hanger with my work uniform because I have a conference out of town and everything has to be perfect. I asked for heavy starch, and they weren’t starched whatsoever. When i pulled up to the window, and asked how the worker was doing, she started cussing and telling me how much she hated her job. I took my favorite fine wool coat for a dry cleaning here. The coat had hair from my dogs, and it was not even removed from the coat, it also had some stains which were not cleaned off! I wish they paid better attention to detail and made sure to clean the item thoroughly, I ended up cleaning the stain off with a moist towel. They also charged me 15 dollars for this crappy and mediocre job. I will not go to another red hanger location. Never coming again.

After horrible experiences at 2 different alterations shops, and getting my dress back for my sons wedding with greased fingerprint marks, red pen marks on the shoulder and the ties for the dress had been drug on the ground and were so filthy, I was giving up hope for this dress! Sarah at this location talked with me and we addressed all the issues. She was sweet and very knowledgeable. She worked on my dress and had it done the next work day and to my surprise it looked terrific!!!A big thank you to her for saving this dress for me!!! Thanks Sarah!!!❤️
