Red Hanger used to be my favorite dry cleaner. I stopped using them a couple of years ago though due to them ruining a couple of items of clothing with the little stickers they should leave on tags only. The worst was when they left a sticker on the belt to my dress coat and now it has a permanent mark where the sticker used to be. There's no fixing it and it's very visible. It happened to an expensive pair of pants as well (though I'm not as upset about that since it is on the inside, but still). I was sad to stop using them, but Henries is now my go-to dry cleaner.

My daughter was robbed at gunpoint a couple years ago while working at this location. She was not offered compensation, a raise or anything. They exploit high school kids in this way. The camera was not even plugged in. Very unsafe and a very disappointing business.

I took two suits that needed to be cleaned and a pair of pants to be mended. The next time I came to pick up my things they charged me for everything and gave me my things. I left and when I got to my car decided to check the pants. Turns out they hadn’t been fixed so I took it back in. I commented on how I’d already paid for the fix but was told that wouldn’t be an issue. Came back a second time and was charged for the pants again. I paid only to realize I had been charged again for the repair I paid for the first time. I had to prove that I had paid and used my bank activity to show it. As I looked at my pants again I noticed they hadn’t fixed the seam. Again I had to leave them. The manager called me and apologized and offered a $20 credit for the trouble. I was grateful for the steps he took and thanked him. Went back a third time and they finally had my pants fixed They charged me a third time. I mentioned that I’d already paid and he said it was alright because I had a credit on my account that covered the cost. So they pretty much gave me a credit they used to cover a cost I already paid the first time. Haha They have a friendly staff but I wish I had a different experience.

Went in to pick my clothes up a full 24 hours after they said they’d be ready and when I arrived they still weren’t done. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized they had given me someone else’s clothes! Price was also outrageous Update: went to take back the clothes that aren’t mine and they lost my coat. DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

I would suggest not doing business with Red Hanger. The attendants are amicable and helpful, but the services rendered were shoddy and the upper management at the corporate level really do not care about the customer. I’ve spent a lot of money here in 5 years (over $1000+), but I have also had countless shirts with buttons broken, 2 expensive shirts lost, and collar stays melted into the collars. I’m a fair person and the people working the store front are nice, but the high attrition of store managers and the general indifference by upper management should say a lot about how they treat their employees and their quality control on customer’s clothes. I should have not come back after they lost my shirt the first time... but decided to give it a try when they returned it after 3 months and lots of my calls to the store and also being forwarded to calling the offputting corporate line who didn’t care I existed. They didn’t give me a coupon or anything, but me being a dork I went back again and again continuing to give them business. The second shirt they lost never got returned. They paid me for it... after another 4 MONTHS of my badgering calls to the store, talking to the site manager, and saying he had to wait for his boss to send me a check. Truly unacceptable for me to wait that long to get reimbursed. As a consolation, I’m giving my review of this place 2 stars just for the fact they dry cleaned and pressed my graduation robe for free when I got my undergrad (that was super tight)... but that was because the older manager was really cute and knew everyone’s names. Today?? No more red hanger for me.

I have been going to red hanger for years and never had any problems until this last visit. There was a miscommunication between me and an employee but ANDY the manager took full responsibility for this error like a true leader should. He showed understanding for my concerns and provided excellent customer service. If the owners of red hanger read this please commend ANDY for his outstanding work ethic and truely great customer service. I recommend this location 100% thanks again Andy!

Had a suit dry cleaned here (mostly to remove a lipstick stain...oops). Dropped off Monday morning and picked up Tuesday. Looked super fresh for my interview, stain was removed without any trace of incident. The two employees I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I even forgot some things in my pockets that were included in a nice little baggy with my pickup! 10/10

They advertise they do alterations. They don't!. None of my clothes were hemmed. They don't comnunicate. Prices are steep! Fantastic!! They lost my pants!. FALSE ADVERTISING! THEY MEND NOT ALTER. They don't keep promises! They show a business suit for altering. The latest excuse there are too many layers. THEN DON'T ADVERTISE ALTERATIONS!!

The first and only time I dropped off a bunch of business clothes to be dry cleaned, I got a call that that they accidentally got blue pen all over my white shirt. It was completely ruined, so they gave me a check to buy a new shirt. Unfortunately, Macy’s didn’t have the same shirt anymore, so I had to replace it with another similar style. It was inconvenient.
