We had a great experience here, although we didn't have our laundry done. My wife and I are on our way to our wedding reception and my shirt was very wrinkled and needed to be steamed quickly. We went to a competitor first because it was closer and this was time sensitive, but they turned us away. Red Hanger didn't. Tara (a current employee) took care of us and fixed our issue in just a few minutes. Now we will always go here even if it's a further drive, thank you Tara and Red Hanger!

This was first time I used this dry cleaner , one garment was not in the dry cleaning I picked up, they said they would not charge me when i went back but i had all ready paid for that item on reciept so that was not the case and I frlt as though it was expensive and took longer to have done than other cleaners I dont think I will use this cleaners again.

They cleaned my wedding dress here! They were able to get it in really close to our wedding date and even remove a mud stain the dress got from our bridal pictures. The manager was friendly and charged a fair price for cleaning. I am happy with the work and my wedding dress is now perfectly clean and ready for our wedding.

Most places won't clean leather because it can be so problematic but Tara, the manager was very informative and I could tell she knew a lot about cleaning leather. It looks way better than it did when I took it in there and was definitely a lot cheaper than buying a new jacket.

Wow where to begin. Their boiler was down since last Friday and did not tell me when I dropped off my laundry. They still said I could pick up after 5pm today. Got there at 5:30pm and they said it was unavailable. They said it was at a DIFFERENT red hanger. I asked if I could get it from that one, and they said no. They said they didn’t have confidence in the other store to transfer the ticket. I was borrowing an expensive item from a friend that I had told I would have them have it ready. Pretty sure they stole my item & refuse to give it to me. They were unbelievably rude.

Tara has gone above and beyond - 1st, I dropped off my jacket at 1:55p for same day service - after some jovial pokes at making it barely in, sure enough my suit jacket was done an hour early and done well. What truly was above and beyond was to have received a call the next day (wow) to inform me she wasn't 100% satisfied with the long-term underarm wear and she wanted me to bring it back so she could finish the job that couldn't be done in three hours. I would give 0 stars if I could. They advertise same-day dry cleaning and couldn't do it with 5 hours notice; I even offered to pay extra. I took a coat to the location in 900 E and 4500 for a simple alteration (change the zipper). They told me they would call me when it was finished. Three weeks later I came and they didn't have it. I called several times and they didn't know what was going on, to the extent that I thought they had lost my coat. They kept promising the manager (Dana Thorn) would call and she never did. I finally got her number and called her. She didn't answer or returned my call. Finally, they "found" my coat at the location. Nothing had been done 4 weeks after I dropped it. I was happy to just recover it and take it somewhere else (more professional and by the way, half the price!). I'll never use Red Hanger again.
