She saved me a trip out there by having me read her the label to find out the dress was "spot clean" only so unfortunately I couldn't have it cleaned because of it but I will definitely be bringing my other items here soon!

This place was an absolute lifesaver for me! I had never had anything dry cleaned before, and I was totally out of my element. I dropped my shirt off thinking that it was normal to pick it up the same day. The manager, Brooke, was so incredibly nice. She did me SUCH a huge favor and deserves a shout-out! I needed the shirt for a photoshoot the next day (on a Sunday, and they are closed), and she did it for me even though they were busy. I don't know if this is something that they normally do, but I'm so grateful for her kindness and willingness to help me out! I will definitely go back for any other dry cleaning needs I might come across, and next time I will know better to not wait until the last minute!

My experience has red hanger cleaners is that they were quick and efficient. They did what they were asked to do. My only suggestion was that even if they have to charge a little more that, they could expand their pick up and delivery To the Saratoga Springs area.

Our rug went in dull in color, and it had a stain on from 2002. When we got it back it looks like a brand new rug, and it is softer. The stain is gone too. We didn't expect it to be 99.9% gone; it was a surprise to us when we unrolled it and seen the stain gone. Thank you for getting our rug so clean.

I have been using the home pickup and delivery services of Red Hanger (and their predecessor) for over a decade. I’m embarrassed that I haven’t previously provided a review because their service has been consistently excellent and I recommend their home service to anybody who asks. While perfect 99% of the time, if there ever is an issue, it is immediately rectified with both a credit and redo. And incredibly, despite over 1,000 shirt servicings, they have never lost or misplaced anything. Additionally, we use the physical locations as needed; shoeshine service, and heavy laundering services. Owner Dan Hemmert and his team should be be pleased at the quality and consistency of their product! We are customers for life.

They used too hot of an iron on my pants, didn't get a makeup stain out of a shirt, and added a bleach stain to another one of my shirts. I was supposed to get a 15% discount through my company but they didn't give it to me and said they could do it in my next visit. Unfortunately I won't be visiting them again. Very disappointed.

The staff was super friendly and got my laundry done in a few hours on a Saturday. The prices were very reasonable, it's hard to find a good place to handle your clothes when your traveling on business. I've had high end hotels not handle it as well and charge me excessively more. If I'm ever in Salt Lake City again I would go out of my way to have them do my laundry.

Wanted to have some pants altered(shortened). I did not know that I needed to pin them myself. When I asked if I put them on and had them pin where they need to be shortened I was looked at like I was an alien and like they had never pinned a piece of clothing in their life. I will be taking the pants to another nearby cleaner that said they would gladly pin them for me!

Horrible customer service. I dropped off my shirts and dress pants well before 8:00am. Their claim is you can have same day service (pick up after 5:00pm) if dropped off is prior to 8:00am. I went to pick up my laundry after 5:00pm and they said the shirts were ready and they said the balance of my laundry would not be available until next day after 5:00pm. I ask why they gave no explanation. I told them I needed the laundry for an appointment the next day. Still no explanation or even an apology. This not the first time this has happened in the last year. That and along with other failures I am done with this company. I have been a Red Hanger customer for 20 plus years. Bye bye.
