Easy access to the NW part of Salt Lake City, clean, friendly staff and reasonable prices makes for an easy decision. Wishes at times that I received some money back after spending so much money there, but prices are fair nevertheless.

They pick up anything we put in the yellow bag,. Items are delivered four days later, clean, pressed, and protected in plastic. If there are any problems, such as stains or missing buttons, a note is attached to let us know they tried to remedy the problem. We have used their service for several years for general cleaning and dry cleaning. We would recommend to anyone that doesn't want to drive to a cleaner and likes door-step service.

Took a pair of my Calvin Klein shorts in to be dry cleaned . Picked them up came home ,went to put them on and the Calvin Klein logo is gone it was a big logo . I will never take my clothes here ever again !!! Now I have shorts that look plain . I bought those and they cost me $80.00 bucks . Very angry customer

I want to this red hanger with a shirt a pants tie and 3 hats I never got the hats back the 1st time and they said O we're sorry we didn't wash these and the 2nd time they gave him back they give Them back destroyed. So when I called and asked for them to solve this matter they in turn told me that they would call me back after they saw the hats they never called me back and even tried to charge me $17 for the hats that they destroyed. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a dry cleaner I would suggest never going here

Dropped off 3 shirts and a coat. Asked to have the shirts cleaned and packaged but received them only to be cleaned and hung. Shirts had random creases on front back and bottom and will need to be touched up before wearing. Also, the sleeves weren't pressed in the right location. Won't be returning to this location.

Update: the manager personally repressed the jackets and did a much better job. They’re still not perfect but much much better. It’s a shame it came to that but I appreciated their willingness to improve the result. My suit coats look worse after bringing them here. They told me they could steam and press on location and that I could pick my two suit coats up the next day after five. I returned the following evening and was told they had been sent to the wrong location, why they were sent out when they steam and press on location confused the staff as well as myself. I was told they were on their way that evening so I returned the following morning, they were still at the wrong location. After collecting my coats two days later than they originally told me they would be available, they look horrible! Wrinkles that should have been removed are still there plus new ones! Miss folded collar and the lapels now folding outward and away from the coat! Horrible experience! I will be returning to the store for a refund. One star is alright though, the slacks looked fine.

I really wanted to give this 5 stars because the manager seemed very friendly and had a 5 Star attitude however in the end the bad outweighed the good. I brought in 4 items, 3 for a client and 1 for myself. The end idea of course was to pay my client for my item once I dropped them off. Upon picking up the dry cleaning I was presented with a bill of 23.70 which I did think was quite high so I expected to owe something like 5 for my blouse but upon further inspection of the receipt I noticed there were only two prices listed, one for 6.82 and the other for 16.88 which left me quite confused. The client wanted to talk to the establishment himself to sort this out. After a phone call prices were still very unclear, whatever I owe is still WAY MORE than I ever intend to pay to have a blouse dry cleaned ever again. To further make matters worse the client let me know that his black dress shirt had been drastically faded. The cleaning did not meet expectations and was shockingly over-prices. For these reasons I will not use this dry cleaner again for me or clients in the future.

Seems great, they are working my wedding dress several times to try to get a stain out. If you have questions, it's best to call in the morning. I received a voucemail to call back, And when I did, the afternoon staff wasnt able to say why. Some disconnect between shifts but their service seemed great and it was a wedding dress which are less common.
