I've been using this Red Hanger location for all my cleaning for over 5 years now, and plan to continue for years to come. If you want, they will text you when your cleaning is ready - usually well before it was promised. The manager goes out of her way to know your name and is very friendly! If you live or work anywhere remotely close, they should be your go-to cleaners.

While there are plenty of dry cleaners to choose from, I have been frequenting Red Hanger in Riverton for more than 5 years and am typically there 3-4 times each month. They do a great job - never ruined or lost any of my garments and even offer same day service (I tend to forget to take my clothes in). The best part about Red Hanger In Riverton is the people. Whether it’s 7 AM or 7 PM, they are always friendly and courteous and always look me in the eye and say “thank you for your business” as I leave. The reason I choose Red Hanger In Riverton is their stellar people!

This location is incredible. The hours are great, the pick up and drop off system is great, but the prices were a little higher than I expected. I’m usually paying five or six dollars for a pair of pants, and this location charged about $10. Not a huge deal, but when your dry cleaning once a week six or seven items, it adds up quickly. Other than that, the experience was great.

DO NOT GO HERE IT IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give them a quarter star. I made it very clear I wanted my shirts folded not hung on a anger as I was traveling out of town. When I went to pick them up they were on a hanger. I explained I had made it clear I wanted them folded and the girl said it was to late to send them back and she didn't know how to fold them. I asked for a refund and she said she couldn't.

Do not take your suits here. They don't know how to press a suit. The collar was pressed high, the lapel was pressed to low and they put a double crease in my pants. Had to get out an iron and fix it all.

They shrunk a very expensive polo, when I went in to complain Lori (the Manager) said there was no record that I've ever used this location. I've been coming every two weeks for the last seven months. I had to go home to find a piece of clothing that had their barcode on it. She finally found my account but explained there was no record of me dropping off my polo to them. I had no proof so I left never to return. This place is overpriced, there are plenty of other dry cleaners close to choose from, they are not worth it.

I dropped off $300 dollars of clothing. One of the items was a Special Occassion Sweater that was brand new, only worn a couple of times. Well, all my items were lost. It’s been almost 2 months and I have had to do ALL the communicating. They have NEVER once called me, not even corporate. I’ve spent SO MUCH time stopping in and calling trying to track down the corporate manager, NIGHTMARE. Well, today I received a check for $98. I am SO Disappointed. I really Loved the sweater, it was Beautiful. I’ve switched to Tide Cleaners in South Jordan and it’s been Night & Day from Red Hanger. They are on top of it and the Customer Service is OFF THE CHARTS. The kind I myself Give and like receiving as well. I am a VERY Unhappy customer to say the least. If I could I wouldn’t even give one star~

This is the first time I have used Red Hanger. I brought in 5 short sleeve casual shirts, 3 for dry clean, 2 regular launder. When I went to pick them up, only 3 shirts were available. The 2 laundered shirts were lost. After much time, the RH person found one of the shirts. The other is still lost. To add insult to injury, the dry cleaning cost over $8 per shirt. For a casual shirt. Suffice it to say, I won't be back. If I could assign zero stars, I would.

I took in my temper pedic bed cover to be cleaned and repaired.I called ahead of time to tell them what I had and and what I needed and they told me they could do it.. I took it in, and they received it saying they could clean and repair it and they would contact me when it was done. I waited over 3 weeks with no word from them, and when I call, they tell me they decided it's impossible to repair or clean due to what it is and it's size. the repair was a the zipper coming unsewn. the stains were blood and bleach from trying to clean it myself. That's what they call impossible to clean. they claim trying to call me but never left a message so I have no way of verifying that they tried. but they only claim "Trying" to call once the day after I took it in. this is so unprofessional on so many levels the way they handled it all from beginning to end.

I took a wedding dress into be cleaned and ironed between bridals and the wedding day. Two years ago I took in my other daughters dress for the same thing it was between 40 and 50 dollars. This time it was 168.91. I was shocked! That is about what cleaners charge for alterations. It was such a giant increase and it blindsided me because the price wasn’t mentioned at all when I dropped the dress off. (If it is that much it should have been). So I expected maybe a little more because of the 2 years difference. My dress had no beads, no lace. It was chiffon. I gave you a 2 because the job was done well and the boy working remained very polite even though I was clearly upset:( I did not be rude to him) My hope is that when someone brings something that is a larger item the cost should be mentioned. I expected 80ish but then was charged double that. Weddings are so expensive and this was not a reasonable charge at all. I hope this review will help the problem.

I picked up my dry cleaning this morning and when I got home I noticed there were items missing. I called the store and they said that not all items were available and I had to come back. The associate who assisted me in the morning never said that the order was incomplete, nor instructed me to come back. Good thing I called. Poor customer service!

When it came back, there was a little sack filled with the stuff from my coat pockets including a necklace my sister just gave me for Christmas that I had been looking and looking for, another necklace I didn't know was missing, and over $10 in cash!!!! I would never recommend this dry cleaners. I called in to get a quote on my wedding dress. The lady told me anywhere from $30-150 depending on the dress. My dress was just two layers, super simple and only needed cleaning on the hem. My mom too it in and they quoted her $150! RIDICULOUS for what it needed done. Will never be doing my business here and discourage anyone from going there.
