I want to say how much O LOVE this cleaners. I had a white skirt that was cleaned by another cleaners and when I got it back, it had a big blue stain on it. The cleaners cleaned it again but the blue stain was still on it. I then took the skirt to Red hanger cleaners in Ogden and told them about my problem skirt. They took the skirt and FIXED it. There was no blue stain to be found on the white skirt! They were so friendly and helpful/ I will forever go to this cleaners with my clothing in the future.

I love the service at Red Hanger Ogden! I travel often and sometimes get into town one day and need to leave within a few days. I have put Ronne in a bind sometimes when I come in and say I need these tomorrow. Never once has she complained, but has always gone out of her way to make sure I have what I need. I've been coming to you for 15 years and enjoyed the service but many times you have burned scented candles or had other scents and each time it gives me an allergy/asthma attack. Today I had to hang my newly dry cleaned clothes out side on my deck to air out and that was after coming in to the store and getting set on my butt from the allergy/asthma attack. I will no longer be coming into your store. Anyone who has allergies or asthma or copd/emphazema would suffer at least some. I was in town for a funeral service and needed my sport coat cleaned. I had already been to 2 other local cleaners but they couldn't get my coat cleaned by noon the next day. Fortunately, I happened upon the Red Hanger Cleaners on 29th and Washington who said they could have it ready by 10am the next day. That made me very happy! I went to pick up my $800 flight jacket and it was missing. They said they would look for it and call me in an hour-Never called. The next day I returned, the girl at the knew nothing about my missing jacket, but she was able to find out that it had been sent by accident to their North Ogden location. I when and picked up my jacket and found that it was still dirty. The North Ogden location told me to take it back to Ogden and they would re-clean it for free. When I got back to the Ogden location there was a line and an elderly man was waiting for them to find his missing jacket! I walked out, I'm not going to risk losing my precious jacket with them.

The lady that helped me when I got there was so friendly and helpful (I think she is the manager) and answered all my questions. Poorly ran business. I have tried twice to sign up for their pick up laundry service. The first time the driver discourage me from signing up and said I didn’t qualify. The second time the manager said the driver would call me and never did. I have tried to give these people my money and they keep turning it down. No one ever knows how anything in this company works. I ask employees questions and they just give me blank stares like they have no idea what’s going on. I guess I will give my money to a company that actually wants it.

It’s dry cleaning. What else can I say, everything was done as expected! The hangers they use have some sort of sticky film it on it to keep your pants from sliding off. I would recommend lifting your pants up off the hanger when removing a hanger rather than just pulling from one in and sliding them over the hanger. I kind of got some sticky stuff stuck to my pants when I did that

When I asked where it was I was lied to they told me it was sent to the wrong store. Not sure how that happens when they do there own cleaning at there location. I'd give NO stars if possible. I dropped a dress off October 7 (it's now November 1). The dress had odd care instructions, so I had to sign a paper saying they could go "off label" and wouldn't be responsible for any damage. Fine. I get that. I was told it would be a week, two AT THE MOST. I went to pick it up today, even though I hadn't gotten a notice that it was ready. I thought maybe I'd just missed the email or something. NOPE. My dress was "still on the line to be cleaned" and "didn't have a tag", even though I had to sign the release IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER that they could ignore the care instructions on the label.

I had a great experience getting a pair of pants altered and pressed. I needed them done within a week which isn’t usually a “rush” job but since the seamstress is off site I can understand. Staff was very friendly. I would recommend to management that employees be a little more trained for taking measurements for alterations. I’ve had to have several pants altered over the years so I know what to look for but if I didn’t I probably would have had pants come back a little too short. The pants were pressed well. I’ve had pants come back with two creases but these were perfect.

Well.... I pick up my cleaning and I had a pair of dress pants missing. I contacted the North Ogden Store and spoke to one of the workers (mind you this was on 5/26/2015) I explained to the worker that I needed my pants to be found ASAP as I was leaving to go out of town by Friday. She assured me that she would call me back. As of today no call back (5/28/2015). I have called several times and it seems that losing my article of clothing is not a big deal. Today the worker tells me the manager is aware that they have lost my dress pants and he will be getting in touch with me. STILL NO CALLS yet! I cannot stand poor customer service!

I’ve been to multiple dry cleaners all over the city (military uniforms once a week). I go out of my way to come to this location due to their fantastic customer service. I’m always greeted with a smile, and their manager treats me like family. I once had an issue where my uniform was pressed slightly off, they fixed this issue in less than an hour. Other Red Hangers along the wasatch front should use this location of an example of how to treat their customers. I give them my loyalty because they earn it every week.

I had the BEST experience at the Ogden Red Hanger. I didn't have time to take my blazers to the dry cleaner so I washed them in my washer on gentle... Long story short I had four blazers that were scalded by hot water. They seemed to be ruined permanently. I tried to fix them myself but it did nothing. Ronne Farkas was AMAZING!! Best customer experience I have ever had, she was so nice and sympathetic and said she would do what she could. I went back the next morning and there she was smiling so big! I had a suit vest that had a sticker partially ripped off on the inside lining of it. I asked if that could come off and was told it may not since it could ruin the material and/or rip it. However when I came to pick it up the entire sticker was removed and no damage to the material! Great experience to make me a repeat customer!

I took my dress to Red Cleaner because I had cleaned some pickle juice on it, and was wearing that dress for a wedding the next day. I had a tight schedule and they totally worked with me and had it done by 11 am the next morning! I was so grateful! Jen said she would put it on top to get done first thing (because I was there around 1.30 pm) in the morning, and when I said by 11 am she didn't even flinch. It was amazing! I would highly recommend. She was very friendly, and so was her manager.

Took my coat there almost a month ago and every time we showed up to retrieve it nobody had any idea of where it was or the state of it. After so much trouble we finally managed to get in touch with ronnie and she wanted to charge us twice as much as we originally agreed upon (more than I paid for the coat itself). In the end I went without a coat for over 3 weeks and they didn't even clean it. So disappointing! Next time just leave a message saying you want to charge people more instead of being vague and unreachable and waiting for the customer to call you.
