Service was quick and well done. I had a pair of dress paints hemmed and they were available for pick up in several days. Timing is subjective to their work load, but I was pleased with the speed. Price was $16.50 (tax included) which seems like a great deal (especially because I have no idea how to do it myself). Definitely worth returning to and recommending to friends.

My name is not as common as John Smith. When clerk asked for my name and address, I handed her my drivers license. She looked at drivers and handed it back. She then asked my address. I handed it back and replied, that's why I handed you license.

This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I was promised that my cleaning (a suit and a dress) would be done by 5pm Saturday Oct. 19th at the latest. I called the North Ogden location at 4:50 to confirm that my cleaning had been delivered. The girl at the store explained to me that my cleaning had not been delivered to the store. She told me she would call the location on 28th and Washington to see if they had it there. When she called me back she told me that the cleaning had not been put on the truck to be delivered to North Ogden. I told her I absolutely had to have that suit by the next day as it was to be worn by my son at his missionary farewell. I told her I would drive to the other location to pick it up. The girl at the other location informed her that she would only wait until 5:10 and if I wasn't there she was going to close. I explained that it was physically impossible for me to get from North Ogden to South Ogden in that much time and that she needed to wait for me. I then received a call saying that she would only help me if I had exact change. I explained that if I had to stop at an ATM it would slow me down even further. The girl proceeded to say that if I didn't have the money on me at the time there was no way I would make it before she locked the doors. In the mean time I got a hold of a friend who was in the area of the South Ogden Store and she said she could be there very quickly and she would pick it up. When she arrived she was told that she couldn't pay for it at that store. They told her it had to be paid for at the store it had been dropped off at. I was totally perplexed as to why they would have had me racing to another location if they wouldn't allow me to pay for it. I explained I would turn around and pay for it at the North Ogden location. The girl then said she didn't want to give my friend the cleaning because it had been paid for at a different location than it was being picked up from. At this point the girl in North Ogden is on the phone with the South Ogden location. The girl at the South Ogden location proceeds to tell her that they had not cleaned the dress that I had been promised would be ready by 5. When I asked why she said that they had not obtained permission from their manager to clean it. I explained that I had signed a waiver and that should be all the permission they needed. I had already paid for the dress. In the end I paid for a dress that was never cleaned because a refund could not be given. I am dumbfounded at how anyone can run a business this way. Allison at the North Ogden location was incredibly helpful but everyone else involved was totally unprofessional and without reason.

Jen failed to tell me that it would cost and additional $3.50 over and above the normal dry clean and press charge of $8.50 to have a skirt just pressed....no dry clean....she was not friendly, no smile - acted like I was bothering her. So I paid $11 to have a skirt pressed! I will not be returning to Red Hanger again regardless that it is much closer than Hoffman’s or Sagels

I would not recommend for patch work. I took my favorite pants in to get a patch in between the legs. I got them back and the pants had weird stretch marks on them. I put them in the washing machine hoping the stretch marks would go away, but instead another hole appeared where the seamstress at Red Hanger had stretched them out. I took them back to get fixed. They originally charged me $10 for the first hole. They charged me an additional $11 to get the hole that they made fixed which was very frustrating, but I did it because they are my favorite pants and I had a coupon that would make the repair cheaper. I picked them up today to use my coupon they gave me from the first visit which they told me had now expired the day before. They would not honor the coupon even though I had given them the pants BEFORE the coupon expired. The lady told me it was because I was paying now and not when I dropped the pants off. The patchwork was fine, but it does not look professional. I would not recommend using them for patch work. I gave them a three star because the staff was friendly (not very helpful though) and their service is fast.

My shirt collars were pressed with wrinkles in them. They look terrible. I also took in a suit to get dry cleaned. It still has food on the lapel, which is why I had it dry cleaned. I get inconsistent results here. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. The staff are always friendly though.

I don't believe my comforter that said "dry clean only" was dry cleaned as the batting was bunch up and the color was faded and now does not match the shams. Very disappointed! Very expensive comforter that I expected to have a long time.

They we done and the shirts looked great. 2/6/18 today I picked up my laundry they handed me a bag said something left in the pocket of 1 if the items I had cleaned. It was $100.00 left in my pocket. Wow! I am impressed with their honesty..they could of easily kept the money & I would of not known it was missing. Honesty is rare today. I will continue to use them. Honest & they do an awesome job on my laundry.

They lost 3 shirts Ariat shirts and gave me a 30 dollar credit. That doesn't even cover the cost of one shirt! They ruined a 400 dollars rug, I requested they hand wash it and when I got it back the backing on it was destroyed!

Don’t bother. No complaints about how my suit was cleaned but I received a notification that it was ready for pickup hours before the suit arrived. They don’t clean clothes at this location but take them elsewhere which is fine but odd. Also, they charged $18 to clean my suit. A quick call around showed this to nev3x more expensive than other local cleaners.

The seamstress at the red hanger at 2274 N. Washington, Ogden, was lovely. She did a beautiful job on a difficult project. I will definitely use her again. She was gracious and efficient. The receptionist, however, was invasive and rude. I was speaking with the seamstress, fully understanding what she said when the receptionist interfered as though she needed to interpret. I’m sure it was embarrassing for the seamstress and irritating to me. I thank the seamstress for her good work.

Great Cleaners. I had two suit jackets that I had previously had "cleaned" at another cleaners but there was still makeup left on the shoulder and collar of each. I took them to Red Hanger in No Ogden and they came out beautiful. Clean with a nice sheen to them.

I wish the store was locally owned. It seems like when you have a local owner that takes great pride in the work that they do the employees also radiate that same level of pride and service. The only person that seems to be friendly here is the Asian seamstress. I have had a few problems here when I brought black clothing it seems like it is come back faded and not really as black as it was more of a double black than the original black that it was delivered with. The prices are higher than what you’ll find in some other places in town but it is convenient. I wish the employees would be a little more friendly and take their job seriously and understand that the patrons are paying their wages.

If i could give zero i would!! I called before i went into the store asking if they could clean my king sized feather bed mattress topper. They said yes. I took it in they looked at it said it was going to be a four days. I waited four days never received a phone call. I called them.. they said they didn't have anything in the computer under my name. After being put on hold multiple times they told me the sent it to another store to get cleaned and i could call the next day to come pick it up. I called the next day. They said that it hadn't left the bin that the girl that cleans in the big washer wasn't working today and that the employee working was to young to use the washing machines. He had me double check that the topper was mine. (that had been sitting in the same exact spot since i dropped it off!!) He said he would tell the manager the next day that it needs to be washed ASAP. I called the following day and was very upset by this point. If they couldn't wash it they should've told me in the beginning. After waiting FOUR MORE DAYS I called once again where the girl was being told by an older lady that they couldn't clean it that it was to large for them... Once again they should've told me that the week before when i dropped it off. They have the worst customer service!!!! I wouldn't waste your timing going there!!

I took three wool coats in to this location for dry cleaning and when I picked them up, only two coats were returned to me. I spoke with the location as well as the corporate offices several times. The corporate office did call me back once, but the employees at the location either acted like they had no clue what I was talking about (after explaining it several times to several people over several days) or were rude, even went as far suggesting that I only turned in two coats in the first place. My daughter literally never got to wear the coat they lost. Not once was I offered a refund or reimbursement for the coat. This is the fifth day, no coat, and I still have not had a call returned except once from the corporate office saying they would work on it. I've been taking dry cleaning to this location for years, and now I definitely won't be back. Disappointing.

I took my curtains in to be cleaned. On one of the curtains, a hem came loose. I didn't notice this until I got home. I called back to the store, and was told that they would take care of it for free. I took it back a couple of days later, and mentioned to the person that accepted it that it had been damaged during cleaning , and she said, no problem. They would fix it for free. When I went to pick it up, the girl said it would be $11.46, and that she coudln't take the charge off. She even called her manager Cindy, who told me that she didn't know anything about it and that she wouldn't take the charge off. I went ahead and paid the $11.46, but will not be back. They have lost a long term customer. This is the second time we have had a bad experience with this store.

One Star because of the bad service. The first time I was there the service was good but when i went to pick up my stuff it was a whole differet story. First my suit was not crean right. It had visible stains on both sides. When I told the Jennifer at the front desk she was very rude. I told her that it needed to be clean again. She said that I had to pay in order for it to be reclean. I told her why do I have to pay for something that wasnt done right the first time? I decide it to pay just to get my stuff back. I only had a fifty dollar bill. She told me they didnt accept 50 dollar bills I told her I didnt see anything posted about them not taking any large bills. She kept repiting go to the bank go to the bank. She was very rude and kept saying have a good day have a good day very sarcastic. I had to go back next day and finally got my stuff back. I paid for something that was not clean right. It was my first and last time there. I dont recommend that place. Not clean, rude, and bad service.

When I dropped off my item at the Red Hanger cleaners in North Ogden I was told it would cost $10 dollars. I agreed because I have dropped off the same item's several times and was expecting it to be around $10 dollars. When I picked up the item I was told to pay $20.?? After explaining what happened when I dropped off the item. I have been dropped this same item off several times and it has always been around $10 dollars and when I left I was told it was going to be $10 dollars. She had me talk to the store manager Ronne Farkas on the phone. WOW talking with Ronne was so sad by the way she attracted me and demanded that I pay the $20 dollars. Saying I have been paying the wrong amount before and throwing the store manager before her under the bus. We went around and around then she finally agreed to credit my account. After waiting 20 min's in the the store for her to credit my account so I could check out I left. Having to picked up the item another day. Happily I am dropping off my dry cleaning elsewhere. They keep their word as to what they charge when dropping off the item’s and it’s even less expensive!
