My wife and I are both very im"pressed" by RHC and Sherleen, in particular. Clothes called out wonderfully. When one shirt of my wife's was brought out for pickup and had wrinkles, Sherleen rushed it to the back to press them out. GREAT SERVICE.

I never leave reviews especially bad ones, but my experience at this red hanger location needs to be shared. I first went there to get a few things dry cleaned and a button replaced on a pair of shorts. I went there because it was conveniently on my way to work. When I went to pick up my order the staff member out the items in my car and I was on my way. Come to find out the shorts were not in my order, so I had to drive back to the store to get the shorts. The staff member was not helpful at all when he couldn’t find my order, not to mention I had already paid for this order. The staff didn’t try to call his manager for assistance just acted dumbfounded, I asked him what the policy was for items they misplaced. He didn’t know and didn’t try to find out. He said he couldn’t refund me but would have his manager call me. The manager called me later that week and gave me a credit on my account for the missing order. I stupidly went back to use my credit and they ruined the silk blouse I took in. It was completely burned and yellowed, and again the staff member was dumbfounded. Horrible customer service! I can’t blame the staff member completely just the management for poor training. Worst experience ever, not worth the cost nor the convenience. Will never go back!

I recently moved to Salt Lake City from Ogden and have been looking for a good dry cleaner. After trying a couple places, I'm happy to say I've found a GREAT dry cleaner at this Red Hanger. It's a little out of my way, but it's so worth it. The prices are reasonable, their turnaround is very fast, and the drive-up service is a huge bonus. Shirleen is excellent to work with as well. She's always so kind, she's so helpful, and she's happy to answer any and all questions. I had a small tear in a couple of my slacks, and she asked if I wanted them fixed. I also like getting an email when my cleaning is done. All of this, of course, is on top of the exceptional cleaning and pressing quality. I've been very impressed. Overall, this is the best dry cleaning service I've used anywhere.

Lost three dress shirts! My wife picked up my shirts yesterday and the lady told her matter of factly that they lost three of my dress shirts. No Apology, not a plan to reimburse, just "we lost three shirts." Then she said oh, but we will refund you the cleaning fee. WHAT! Three $90 shirts and they will refund the $6 cleaning fee? This story is not over, I will continue to crucify this Murray cleaners on every social outlet that I know of. They are ridiculous. I am headed to BBB next then FB, Instagram and Twitter. I will also reach out to Gebhardt and Yelp.

Unbelievably expensive. I had seven golf shirts and five golf shorts cleaned and ironed for ($95.06) ninety five dollars and six cents tax included. That’s $7.90 per shirt and $6.70 per pair of shorts before tax. These are golf shirts mind you NOT dress shirts. Live and learn. Can anyone recommend a cleaner in this area that doesn’t take you to the cleaners.

The service was excellent here. I needed my suit cleaned and I also had one broken button that I needed replaced because my sister-in-law was getting married the next week and even though they didn't have a button that matched exactly the lady was very nice and she found two buttons that were almost like the one button that was left and put both of those buttons on my suit to make it look nice. This was all at no extra charge too! talk about quality service!

I took some items in for dry cleaning and when I mentioned that they might have bed bugs the woman freak out and went on to tell me her story while she was homeless. She said Red Hangar did not accept clothing that might have bed bugs. I asked her where I could take the items so she called someone and I heard her tell the person on the phone that she was told she did not have to handle such items. Not having to handle and Red Hangar not accepting such items are two different things. When she hung up she told me no one would take my items and to never bring anything to Red Hangar again.

Used this location's services a week ago and the shirts i had cleaned arrived late from the daily delivery. Guaranteed by 5pm the next day, picked them up 9am the morning after the guaranteed time. Needed them for bussiness trip that next day. They said they had a new driver and this has been happening a lot. Probably a one off i thought, it happens. Also, I wasnt charged, that was appreciated. The next week I had the same services done. This time around the delivery was ONLY 2 hours late from the 5pm time i was told. I know that may seem like no big deal but its the way these late situations are handled by the representatives working there. I called at 5pm asking if the clothes had arrived, representative said casually, "No, the deliveries have been showing up later recently. They MIGHT not be here til 6:30, 7". (They close at 7!) Whats the point of guaranteeing a time if there is no action to reinforcement it. There was no offer of, Ill call you when it arrives. Picked them up at 6:45ish (had to pay this time). No apology. No value of customer satifaction at all really. I hate to give a bad review but there needs to be some serious intervention with this business.

My jacket came back with a missing button, no explanation or apology. I also paid $18 to get a dress hemmed, but it came back still over an inch too long. Again no offers to correct it and no apologies. Will definitely NOT use this dry cleaner again and will NEVER refer anyone to them. Also putting negative reviews on yelp and other referral websites.

Incredibly rude and incompetent. The old lady gets mad at me because she can't find my stuff. She closed the door on my face when I am trying to tell her something. Clothes were not ready when I was told. Finally bring the clothes home and realize they are all wrinkled, so I had to take somewhere else. Worst dry-cleaners experience I have had in the State.
