Clerk was very personable. I almost died when I was told prices to dry clean a dress yet she did what she could to come down on price but I didn't want to pay that much either. I did leave a lihht jacket which I am ok with price because I need it to look good.

I've been using Red Hanger for a couple years now. They have great service along with amazing customer service. Their turn around time is very convenient. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their prices are about 25 cents to 75 cents higher depending on the item.

Over priced. They cannot even open up on time. I just moved here from CA I went to a cleaner, knew my name and did the job right fo only $9 for two pair. I just paid over $17 for two pairs

I had a suit I needed dry cleaned for an event last Saturday evening. I dropped my suit off on Thursday around 3:30 PM. When I dropped it off, I was told I could pick it up Friday (the next day) after 5:00 PM. Plenty of time before my event. I stopped in Saturday afternoon to pick up my suit and was told it’s not ready yet, and that I could come back after 5:00 PM. Tuesday rolls around and I stop by to pick up my suit and was told my order had been voided out and they don’t have any open orders for me. Here I am, 5 days later, with no idea where my suit is and I had to miss my event because my suit wasn’t ready when they said it would be. Very disappointed. It looks like I’ll have to find a new dry cleaner.

The quality of service is very poor. I have had so many issues with them I have a headache. Once they almost gave me somebody`s else cloths and they have lost 2 of my shirts, I realized after I got home that they are missing. Luckily they found them. I had to ask them to redo 1 shirt, it was so wrinkled I couldn`t wear it. Last week when I picked up my clothes , 3 of them stink like a mold. I think they didn`t dry them all the way. I am going there tomorrow to have them remove that bad smell or pay me back for my clothes. I am really upset :( I do not recommend that place to anybody.

My daughter took her dress here to get cleaned before her wedding because it got dirty doing bridal pictures. The regular charge would've been over $100, but my daughter chose a simple, classic dress with no beads, lace or layers so they said they didn't feel right about charging her the full price and only charged her the amount it costs to clean a formal dress, which was fantastic as we were willing to pay the full price. We picked it up and it looked amazing! Better than when we picked it up from the bridal shop, really! There was no wrinkles and it was so clean! It really looked beautiful. We ended up taking her dress back to have cleaned again after the wedding and chose to have mine and my other daughter's dress cleaned here too! They are super friendly and do a great job! I would highly recommend them and suggest them for wedding dresses, you can trust them to take care of such an important item.

I've been going to the Layton Red Hanger dry cleaners for 6 years. They were able to fix a lapel on my husband's suit that had been ruined by another cleaner. I also take his shirts there to be cleaned and they are always pressed and crisp. They last longer with dry cleaning and are comfortable to wear. They are professional and do an excellent job.

Usually a great place! They live up to their name of 1 hour service, but if you come after 3 on Saturday afternoon or Friday afternoon don't expect to have anything in 1 hour.

I'm surprised they are still in business, but apparently, the Cleaning business is very complicated in UT - must be the altitude or the water, but they can't press a shirt to save their lives, but they can charge, and they do that well - VERY expensive for VERY poor performance. The good news is they have all kinds of excuses - new employees, poor training, sending clothes to SLC to be done, etc. etc. etc. Then again, maybe it's me - wanting a sharp crease on my shirt sleeves seems to be asking for too much, maybe customers in this area do not care if their "freshly pressed shirts" are wrinkled, or maybe the concept of starch in not something that is permitted in UT. Either way, Red Hanger is not really a good place to take your clothes. And I wish I could recommend someone else, but it seems they are all as bad. So, if you are new to this area, my recommendation is to buy an iron and do your own clothes, but they won't...

Been using the Layton, Utah location for several years. This past week I dropped off two nice jackets and they have that sour smell like when you forget to takes clothes out of the dryer. Very disappointed and will find a new dry cleaner.

Quality of service has gone way down. I take my dress shirts here to be laundered in the 'Red Bag' that has my preferences on how I would like to have my shirts laundered on a tag attached to the bag. The last four times my shirts come back with nothing done as the tag indicates. On the tag "Starch" is checked and the shirts have just been laundered and NO starch. I can see this once and awhile, but seriously four times now? Red Hanger you are not the only place in town! Looking for another place to get my shirts done the way I want.
