I have been bringing my shirts and slacks to Pat at this downtown location of Red Hanger Cleaners for over 15 years. I started bringing my clothes to Red hanger in 1990. I have always enjoyed Pat's great service and friendly smile. I have never had a lost shirt in 15 years. Red Hanger is great! They do first rate shirt laundering and dry cleaning. I like using the drive~thru. Their employees are always super friendly and professional! The only issue I have with Red Hanger is price. Due to budgetary concerns, I find myself looking elsewhere for more affordable pricing, particularly on dry cleaning, but also on shirt laundering. If they could bring pricing down by even 15%, I wouldn’t use anyone but Red Hanger! Thank you, David Magee

I have been a patron for many years. If one has a particular concern about a stain or other problem, just take the time to address the issue when taking your dry cleaning in and Red Hanger will address it. If you are unaware of a problem they will address it or get in touch with you. They are prompt and provide great service.

Gave me half of my shirts back. When I called about the remaining ones, the employee refused to even look. After many phone calls, she finally did look and found my shirts. However, she insisted that without a ticket, the one I gave previously, I could not collect my shirts. Absolute craziness, do not give these people your property.

I can’t say enough good things about Red Hanger! I had an emergency dry-cleaning need on a Saturday for a Homecoming dance that night and Red Hanger was able to turn it around the same day by 3:30 PM! The associate was so friendly and helpful. After being delivered a wrinkled sport coat, I was told i was simply out of luck for getting it pressed, and that the material is too hard to work with. To be fair they gave me a refund which is why i gave them an extra star, but i won't be doing business with a company so incapable of such small tasks.

I'm a big fan of Red Hanger on 4th East. Since moving to SLC I tried 2 other cleaners and had bad experiences. I tried Red Hanger on 4th E and have been very happy. They do good work on the clothes and provide great service when dropping off and picking up. I'd recommend them to anyone for any type of laundry. 4 stars for me represents a great experience better than any I have experienced in SLC or really about anywhere I've lived. To go to 5 stars I'd love to see better same day options and more environmentally friendly practices (not only in the laundry process, but less plastic and paper on the finished product).
