I'm very upset with this place. I left my clothes this evening in the dryer, and when I came to get them at 9:20pm, the place was closed. On the door there is a sign that says if your clothes STOP in the washer or dryer, and you are not there, they will close. It doesn't say you have to be there waiting on your clothes, it only says you must be there WHEN THE CLOTHES STOP. When I got there, my clothes were still going around in the dryer. I called the number for Ray's as soon as I went home and got my phone. Someone answered, saying his name was "Ray", and when I told him what happened, he said I need to speak with his brother in the morning when they open, also named "Ray" he said (weird!) because that was who closed. The man on the phone said the sign said a person had to STAY THERE until the clothes stopped. I read the sign very carefully before I left my clothes there, and it didn't say anything about that (see pics below). I've only been there a couple times, I'm new to town, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: Went to get clothes this morning. Spoke with man who had closed the night before. He said he saw the clothes still turning in the dryer, but closed up because he said he got a call from his wife who was "hysterical". I asked him why he didn't put a sign on the door, knowing someone still had their clothes in the dryer, and he had no answer. Not OK. He could also have called his brother (guy I spoke to on the phone last night) and told him he had to leave suddenly. Please don't spend your money here. I won't be. The owners are not concerned about their customers...
