Owner(s) or Sadie is extremely rude to her clients and customers. Tells them they look like a wreck and not to come to work a certain way. She acts as though she is superior to her customers and staff. She has mentally disabled/handicap people who work for her and she treats some of them so unkindly favoring others. Not inviting certain staff members to parties but other's are welcome. She needs to get off her high horse just cause she's from California you think your better cause you own businesses in this small town? You've lost my service everywhere they way you talk about handicap people etc!

While the employees and owners have always been courteous in person, the car wash consistently leaves something to be desired. The fluids in the manual wash bays are never fully stocked, the bay's are covered in mud too. No one ever clears the parking lot of ice and snow except when the sun makes it out. They offer an unlimited car wash membership for their automated washes, but most days one if not both of the auto washes are down, not to mention when they are operating, they usually do not work correctly. They need to do a better job at maintaining their current equipment and providing the services in which they are paid for. Lastly, don't advertise that you provide clothing alterations when you actually don't.

There is always several broken down machines.The owner is short tempered and the customer is never right, if the machine eats your money it is lost forever, no consideration for her broken down machines. I've used a machine that was broken (but not labeled as such) and the machine did not start. I was out $4 because they said they didn't have proof I put money in the machine. The cost is so high! Washers are about $3-8 a load and for the dryers~ 75 cents for 12 minutes and it takes over an hour to dry anything!!! How are college students supposed to afford that! It is a disgusting, dirty place that needs a renovation so badly!!!

We have used Raindance Laundry twice in the past two weeks, August/September 2018. Easy access off Main Street in Cedar City, Utah. Ample parking in front of laundry with automatic doors. I especially like that when my arms are full of clothes! We like the variety of sizes of machines from a small load to a very large load that allows us to wash our comforter. The place is clean and well tended. Prices seem reasonable. The bathroom is very clean. There is also a carwash next door associated with this business. We will go back again to RAINDANCE LAUNDRY to wash our clothes.

By far the best dry cleaning company I’ve ever had the opportunity to experience. It was truly an experience that I can’t wait to try again. They came to my house and picked up my shirts, and then cleaned them and returned them back to my house. What an amazing feature that I’ve never seen. Ever! Not only will these guys neglect salt marks on your shirts and charge you ten dollars to do nothing. They will also call and harass your wife after you leave a one star review because of it. I'm looking forward to your call Sadie.

These guys are great I have all the hours at work so there's times that I can't make it on regular business hours these guys used to leave it a little bit open longer just for I can get my clothes and I I've always had great customer service everything is clean in fact of some antique stuff and there's kind of cool to look at

Many of the machines are corroded and rusted. The carpet is all torn up and there are ants coming out if the floor. Not a very clean environment.

Pretty good laundromat! They really need to clean the furniture that they have in there though! It's really gross! Or they need to get furniture that they can just wipe off to clean it. Instead of fabric couches. Yuck!

First time using the laundromat. I went to use one of the larger washers $6. Put my laundry in, put my money in and nothing happened. I called and left my info. I got no call back. So I went in today. The attendant said there was no way to vary that I lost the money and she had not gotten a voicemail message. However when I showed her which machine I had used there is now a sticky note stating it is out of order. That right there tells me they got my message.

Love the soft touch car wash, I don’t take my new car thru it but I do take my older car thru and it somehow hides swirl marks and makes it look candy coated, owner is also very nice and the guy who comes out to give me free air fresheners and dash wipes when I’m in line is also extremely polite!!

I like the unlimited car washes. You pay a monthly fee that's automatically taken off your credit card. Although it says unlimited, it actually is limited to one car wash a day from the car that you sign up with. No other cars can be washed except the one that you have registered. They put this little stickerI your window that the machine reads when you drive forward and the carwash starts additions automatically. If you stop services in the middle of the month, you still have to pay for the whole month.

I was in a pickle and needed 2 suits cleaned as fast as possible. They let me rush them to them even after 11am and had them done just before 2pm! The seriously saved the day and I will always be so Thankful! Now If they could just open one in St George, I would use them all the time! Keep up the amazing job that you guys do.

Prices are reasonable, Building is cleaner than most laundry places I've been to, and the staff is great to help if you need it. It's the only laundry mat I'll go to.

The driers are HORRIBLE. I spent more money trying to get my clothes dried than washing them. I ended up using 4 different driers. The detergent vending machine or the bag vending machine does NOT work. An employee will have to get it. The employee has no knowledge of the detergents. If you get a color buster, BUY a detergent with it. The detergents are $1.25. The place looks nice and that's what caught my attention. But, it's not worth the fustration, time, and quarters.

My big complaint filthy!!!! Omg hire someone to vacuum and clean it had so much trash and looked like laundry soap all over floors. Furniture so dirty afraid to sit on it. It used to be so clean and nice to go and get laundry done all at once. Shame..

Our family stopped in here on our western vacation. Very nice place with carwash and laundromat, were able to wash a lot of clothes in short order as well as get the van cleaned while waiting. Owner was very friendly and helpful.

I am not a huge fan of the paid washers and dryers from some poor experiences, but I also had a positive experience too. Their dry cleaning prices are reasonable and they have deals the last few times I've used them. They come back clean and smelling fresh. Today my pickup wasn't pleasant but the person on the other end was responsive and attentive to the matter.

Very cool concept. Instead of moving you on a track it's a stationary wash. Very quick and very thorough with the clean. Very easy to pay and leave.

Although I do have a wash machine and dryer I always use this place for large blankets or rugs and things like that. It's a nice place and is kept real clean. Most of the people are nice there but you don't have to deal with him too much if you're doing your own wash. Little more expensive than a few of the others in town however when you go to the others you'll realize why.

We were traveling and did our laundry here. It is clean and has lots of good machines to pick from. Prices for washers range from $2 to $6 and the dryers are $.75 for 12 minutes.
