Pete did a fantastic job and came on time just as promised. We had a bad experience with another company not showing up but Pete responded quickly and came out three days after our first contact. When he arrived, he got right to work and got five years of hard water stains and dirt right off. He cleaned the windows inside and out and the windows look fantastic! Pete is very professional and easy to work with. The price was very fair for the number of windows he did. We would recommend him to anyone needing to have their windows cleaned and we will be using him again!

Pete’s crew did a nice job with my gutters. My neighbors have several large trees that made my gutters very clogged. Two reasons I didn’t give 5 stars. First, I was originally quoted $150 and was charged $350. I recognize that an accurate quote can’t be given until the project it reviewed in person, but more than double seemed steep. I was told the reason for such a steep increase was due to the amount of debris, size of the project and the pitch of my roof- I was surprised by that, given I live in a 1700 SQFT, single-level bungalow with a low-pitched hip roof. As a note, they did give me the final quote before they started the project, so it’s not as if I was caught off guard by it at the end of the work. I did have the opportunity to reject the final quote. I needed the work done, and didn’t have time to find another contractor so I agreed to the price. The second reason was the cleanup. They cleaned up and hauled away the majority of the debris that was in my gutters, but there was still stuff around my house. Again, I recognize the nature of the project and the reality of residual debris. I feel like a quick swipe of a rake or broom would have taken care of that. Overall, I’m happy with the work and glad my gutters are cleaned. The crew was communicative, professional and friendly.

I recently expressed my disappointment with my service. Paul immediately came out, took pictures of my gutter and explained why the water was backing up. My gutters are very clean and Paul offered to come back out in the future. He was very professional and concerned that I received excellent service. I would definitely hire this company!

I received an okay window washing at a low price. They did not clean the window tracts or remove the hard water. Be aware that these are additional services that are not quoted in the price to clean the windows inside and out.

Pete's Window Washing washed our home exterior windows. They did excellent work and were very professional. They had great communication when weather required rescheduling and arrived promptly. They were polite and personable, and wore shoe coverings when they needed to come in the house to remove screens. Keep in mind the rate is not per window but per pane. Most of my windows were 2-3 panes each. They were great to work with and our windows have never looked better!

I have had multiple window washing companies come clean my windows but have never had such good results. Pete personally came out and did a awesome job. Our biggest problem area was my basement window that gets hit by the sprinklers on occasion and had hard water build up. No other company has been able to get this window so clean. My house is brighter due to the clearness of the windows. I am ecstatic to work with pete in the future for all my exterior household needs.
