The three wash machines stole 1.50 of my change, and they only accept 1's and 5's from the change machine. Relatively clean establishment, but there are no public restrooms or any staff on the clock so you will have to use the Taco Bell restrooms across the street.

Kyle Adams

Think about the most average laundromat you can imagine, and you will have envisioned this location. The dryers are not that great as you would expect, a quarter gets you 7 minutes, but given enough time & quarters you can get your clothes clean here. Ended up costing my wife & I about $5 total.

Always open an decent pricing.

This laundry mat does a pretty good job at getting your clothes clean and dry for a decent price. I have had minor problems here and I have seen things that other people have posted not being too happy, but it's a laundromat and it's not perfect. (Also, I realized the minor problems I had were just a fault of my own) But these people are honest and good and that's what it is most important.

Great place to do your laundry around BYU campus. There are other laundry mats around the area, but this one is the cleanest and not too expensive. The only downside is that the coin machine that takes larger bills runs out frequently of quarters. Luckily there is an attendant there most of the time that can help you with this problem or any other issues/questions you have.

Go someplace else if you can, they've lowered the spin times on the front load washers to increase the dry times.... unethical capitalism

These machines take your money. I will not be coming back.

Jessie Nordstrom

Half of the machines are broken and the ones that are not out of service have clothes in them waiting for their owner to get them out. People are not respectful about moving their laundry so that the next person can use the machine. The xchang machine has a "fee" and keeps your quarters.... If you bring laundry with you than you can get refunded.... But in my case, on a sunday, there are no employees to help you with refunds. Very dissatisfied.

After about 5 drying cycles my denim pants were still super wet. This place is a ripoff. Avoid it if you can.

Cameron Gunter

I went around 8 pm midweek. There were minimal signs of people actually doing laundry. There was one sketchy white guy with a couple of cats in carriers who, the moment he saw me, started just muttering obscene things about "us Americans" and how "we hurt God's children..." The whole time, I'm wanting to say something like, "you aren't American?" but I didn't want to start anything with this obviously crazy guy... To say the least, I didn't feel safe or secure leaving my laundry there to wash and dry, so I turned around and left. Never going back.

Andrew Dunoskovic

It was way over priced and a bunch of the machines were broken.

James Deinhart

I like how clean it is here.

Brandon Candelario

The top loading washing machines lie about the price and occasionally steal your quarters. Naturally theres never anyone there to talk to about it.the change machine in the front charges you money when its not broke so use the one between the vending machine's. Half and i literally mean half of their dryers ate broke or dont stay closed and they don't tepair thrm, but they fit multiple loads at a time and can dry a load of jeans and talls rather quickly (usually in the 30 minute range). The saving grace of this place is wifi that actually works, and the fact that you dontbhave kids running and screaming and sticking their face over your phone like the laundromat on 3rd and state does.

since I began the school I know most of the Laundromat on the town but always came back to this one... they are not perfect but they are honest and helpful with you... I know the guy who usually be there and could help anyone with any laundry issue.... so I recommend you to use this place for your laundry, they have a very good service on the drop off, I can recommend you a lot.

I came here Sunday night at around 7. Washer #13 took all of my quarters ($2.25) and then told me to insert 2.25 again! Don't use that one.. There was no attendant on duty and no coin return slot to get my money back. Dryer #33 wouldn't accept any of my coins at all even though there was no out of order sign on it, so we had to move our load into another dryer. Many other machines were out of order too. They worked fine enough once I finally found ones that worked, but was not happy about the $2.25 I lost on that one broken washer, #13. The dryer took $3.00 to adequately dry anything. Some places I have been, it only takes $1.00-1.50. The free Wi-Fi worked well, though!

Fairly dissapointed. Only came here cause the Wash Hut was closed. Prices were a lot higher and after 40 minutes of drying on hi temp, my clothes were damp and the few that were dry were very wrinkled. It's them same load that I've done in other places and I've never had that problem. High prices and poor quality. Better local options.

Kathy Robson

Place was relatively clean but half the machines didn't work. And it states $1.50 for a wash but it's really $1.75. I was washing permanent press and towels. You only get 7 minutes per quarter so $2.00 gets you 56 minutes. Enough to dry my towels and one of my permanent press loads. The second load didn't dry but I had run out of quarters and cash so had to hang them to dry later. Candy/chip machine and change machines worked but drink machine didn't. And the darn bathrooms are locked at night! Otherwise a decent place to wash laundry

Free WiFi. Tables to sit at and do homework. Friendly employees.

David Stephenson

I had an issue with one of the washers and the attendant was very helpful and reimbursed me the money that I would have lost and helped me with the rest of my laundry. Super cool guy, I'll come back for sure.

Latu Anitoni

They have two coin machines, one that takes $1,5,10,20, and one that only takes $1,5. The one that takes big bills had an out of order sign, directing you to use the other machine. Only after getting to the other machine do you realize you need ones or fives (AKA a lot of single dollar bills to get laundry done). Every two or three machines had an out of order sign on it. There was a guy there, sweeping, so they at least clean it every so often. But getting in the door is a hazard, as the sidewalk is crumbly under the rug outside the door. I barely made it in with a wheelchair. If you're looking for a working laundrymat or one that is handicap accessible, keep looking. They are also definitely not open 24/7, as Google claims.

rad rayne

It was okay but it's also open 24 hours a day

Braeden Johnson

Pretty clean, they sell detergent which is convenient, and the washers and dryers are simple to use. The first dryer I put my clothes in didn't work, but the owner helped me out pretty quickly to get another one that worked. There were lots of machines that were open, so it wasn't hard to find one to use. Also, the change machine (for 1's and 5's) worked great, and was very convenient.

Claude Holt

The gentleman that came in to service the machines was very nice and helpful. I was a bit disappointed a lot of the machines were out of order as was the change machine. I was able to wash and dry my things with no problems.

Craig Foster

This is a great alternative to complex laundry rooms if you are living in student housing. It's clean, affordable, has Wi-Fi, and conveniently located to many complexes. Staff has often been on site and very helpful.

Charlene Gorecki

Open 24/7 . Double loader is only $2.25 and the machines that run, run great!

Chris Perry

Prices are decent, facility is sub par. Half of their equipment doesn't work and it is all coin-op. No record of transactions if you use the coin machine.

Missy Garcia

I usually go to the washhut but since it is closed permanently I thought I would try this place out again. I went here once when I first moved to Provo and one of my kids blankets almost burned up so I didn't go back, until now. What a freaking rip off. 1.75 for washing. Fine it's a tad steep but not too bad. But I ended up spending 2.00 for drying (56 minutes) one load, and the clothes were still wet! They weren't even big loads, seriously they were tiny loads. Over all I spent 10 bucks to wash and dry 2 loads of clothes. I'm not the only one who complained. Plenty of others in the place were complaining that their clothes wouldn't dry. Stay away if you can poor college kids. This place will take whatever little amount of money you have.

The night time employee goes out of his way to be of service, staying as late as needed to help the customers and keep the laundry mat clean. Thank you.

Travis Accent

Very nice place to come wash your clothes, they have all you need to do your Laundry. Great Wifi to use to watch videos or work on Homework while doing Laundry. Clean environment, occasionally has some trash on the floor but that's from people not using the trash cans. Most of the time they have someone who help you with any issue. Over all amazing place to do your Laundry!!

Traveling for work and living out of a hotel is rough especially when it comes to laundry. Luckily a local employee told me about this location near by. I called to see if they had drop off laundry service, they did. I went to drop off my laundry the person there was very friendly. I did this service twice before I left. The price was fairly good. Especially for how nice they left my clothing. I would recommend them.
