I was happy to find this place. It is clean, has good parking, and all the machines in good working order. It took about an hour to wash and dry several loads. Friendly attendant. I hadn't been to a Laundromat in a long time. When my washer broke I tried a few different laundries and found that most are not clean and half of the machines are not in service. I didn't want to do my laundry in a dirty place. I was happy to find Highland Coin.

Got washer full of clothes and detergent and it takes one coin. The machine ate the next one. Switched to new washer... Sorry whoever gets the first one with detergent stuck in it. Then sit to get some work done while I wait and the Wi-Fi password is incorrect. On the positive, it's a Nice big place, clean (ish) and safe feel.

I used to come to this laundry mat along time ago and it was great today I came in and was extremely disappointed I spent $ 45.00 and half my clothes were still dirty and smelled dirty , The gentleman came in I let him know he said I needed to speak to his wife, she came in shortly after and put an " out of order" sign on one of the washing machines I used, I walked up to her and explained she said no someone just used it and it worked fine I had to repeat myself multiple times it was me that just used it she walked over to the gentleman and asked if his clothes were clean open his dryer and said see there fine, I pulled out my clothes and showed her they smelled as well as still dirty she said she was sorry but since I was done there was nothing she could do, a few minutes later came over and said she would text the owner and said he was not responding and I should text pictures as she feels people are liars I was upset by the way it was handled she then gave me $3 should have been more for half the clothes I washed and said this is our of my own money and it's not my fault I agree it's not, I texted the owner and sent pics never heard back. I will never return and disappointed in the service

The cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been to. The husband and wife that own the place are there at least once a day cleaning and there is rarely a unit out of order. I’ve only ever seen one at a time and it’s fixed by the next trip. Clean and tidy, lots of folding room and plenty of machines!

This place is clean, and it's never too busy. Last night, I went to do quite a few loads of laundry and accidentally left a small load in one of the dryers overnight, I went back the next day to check and had found out from one of the employees that her coworker threw them all away into the trash. Not very cool in my opinion, the lady that helped me fish them out of the trash was very nice and apologized greatly. I wasnt mad, just sorta confused as to why someone would that. Maybe that's just what I get for being forgetful about my laundry overnight. Other than that, it's not a bad place and I'll keep using their machines.

Great place. The owner is nice and there is a really great lady who works hard to keep things clean. I have never had a problem. The dryers work better than any other laundromat I have been to.

Open daily 7am-930pm; last wash at 830pm. 16 double load washers- $2/load 12 triple load washers- $3/load 3 mega load(giant 50 lb. capacity)- $5.50/load 14 stack dryers (28 tumblers)- $.25/10 minutes All washers and dryers are Dexter units Also has soap vending machine, 2 quarter machines, folding tables, 8 or so laundry carts, 6 waiting chairs, 2 tvs, snack and beverage vending machines, and a drop bundle laundry service.

This laundromat is always clean and There are about fifty machines so I can do multiple loads at once. I have a machine at home but I prefer to do my wash here just because it actually gets the cloths cleaner. Highly recommend Highland Coin Laundry.

Drop off service is never open. The hours are from 11 to 4 but no one is ever there.

I recently had my washer break down on me...and the price to fix it is pretty close to the MSRP of a new one. So while i wait for my new one i come here. Its Close to home, clean...and is never incredibly busy...Wi-Fi is quick too, so i end up watching a movie on Netflix or amazon prime.

Update: Last visit today. Grabbed my still wet clothes from washer, didn't even want to dry them there and left. Hope you people are happy now. Lost another customer. Good riddance. To the blonde lady: I am sorry you are married to a dude like that. ZERO STARS. UPDATE: March 6th, 2019. SILL ONLY 1 STAR! After I met with the owner(?), a nice blonde female who loved my dog, I contemplated to up the rating, BUT today at 4:30pm, this was made impossible by the RUDE Mexican woman pretending to work there. I was sitting with my dog close by by the main entrance door and this woman, who HATES my dog just HAD to push her cleaning cart right by us, even though she could have EASY gone the other way by the TV, but no, she just to had to have my SERVICE DOG, who weighs around 160lbs GET UP, so she could squeeze by. This eo.an is ka,y, combative when you tell her some machines don't work and will be the reason I will be looking for another laundromat. It's not like highland coin laundry is the only one. I am sure the owners won't miss my weekly 2 machine and 2 dryer money. Today at 3:10pm I visited this laundromat again as I do EVERY WEDNESDAY and EVERY SUNDAY to use 2 washing machines (8 quarters each) and subsequently 1 or 2 dryers for 1/2 hour. I have a WELL BEHAVED Black Great Dane SERVICE DOG I take with me every single time. EVERY CUSTOMER WE ENCOUNTER WHILE DOING LAUNDRY LOVES MY DOG AND WANTS TO PET HER. Today I was rudely approached by a Mexican woman who demanded that I remove the dog because "the owners don't like her." I never met the owners. I asked for his phone number, which she refused to give me. I believe that because she is Mexican and only used to chihuahuas, SHE did not like my dog. Since my dog is a service dog, she has all the rights to accompany my anywhere. I am a valued and well liked customer at every other store, including, but not limited to Harmons, Little Cesar's, Great Clips, Check City, Walmart, Crown Burger, Walgreens, Burger King, Home Depot, 7-11 and Subway. Instead of harassing me, this Mexican woman should have used a snow shovel and make a path for customers to be able to enter the building and NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR A FEMALE CUSTOMER TO TELL HER TO DO IT. I will contact the association for protection of disabled persons and will advice them of the illegal activity this Mexican woman committed today. This is unacceptable.

Very clean and well maintained. Awesome customer service! A machine quit working on me at 7 pm, I notified the owner and he was there within 15 minutes to refund my money and put the machine out of service.

Eric's internet code is "Best Laundry" and for good reason! After 4 years of consistently quality service I can't imagine going anywhere else. The place is clean and in immaculate working condition with a staff that keeps up with clients needs. The one problem I've ever had was when I bought a new laptop and couldn't log on to the internet, yes there is free wifi, his staff worked with me and when they couldn't resolve the issue Eric got involved and worked with me until the problem was resolved. I am 100% satisfied with Highland Coin Laundry and as long as I am without a washer/dryer I will be coming here for my laundry needs. Thanks Erik and Hilda!!!

If you need to go to a laundromat, this is the place to go! Easy parking and plenty of carts/machines. It is less expensive than the previous laundromat I went to and it is clean. The free Wi-Fi and two big TV's are nice.

Had a great experience. Went around 5pm on a Monday and there were only two other people there. The machines were clean and easy to use. They got the job done. It's $2 per load for the washer but that was for the super tiny ones. I was able to fit everything in the larger washer for $5. And the dryers were quick too. I'd recommend using this place. The only downside is there weren't many seats.

By far the cleanest, best serving laundromat I have ever been to. I’ve been washing my clothes here for years now but have only realized that I’ve been taking this ACTUAL GEM of a place for granted ever since recently moving out of the state and having disappointing, sub-par experiences with other laundromats. Other places will wear out my laundry, take much longer to wash and dry, and are not nearly as clean as this laundromat. The attendant is also very friendly and deserves so much respect! It makes me sad to see and hear racist remarks from a handful of customers who are only looking for attention. I recently came back to visit Salt Lake again and washed my clothes at the laundromat only to find the hardworking woman diligently at work tidying up the place, nearly folding sheets, and smiling and opening doors for customers - a sight that touched me enough to encourage me to write a review. Goodness, I am so inspired by her and all others who work so diligently in jobs that our society takes for granted. To the owner and worker: thank you! I hope we can all find the time to give a word of thanks the next time we are given the chance, whether at Highland Coin or any other place we see people doing good.

Dryers are a quarter for 6 mins as opposed to 8 or 10 minutes everywhere else, the dryers are GARBAGE here and you have to leave your laundry in for *at least* 40 minutes - anything less and you're heading home with damp clothes, sheets or towels. Out of the 5 or 6 times I've been here 3 times the change machines have been out of order. A couple of the large washers don't complete a spin cycle and will leave your items dripping and soaked.

UPDATE: 5/3/18 I guess the owners finally realized that their wifi was INDEED not working correctly and I spoke to a technician who tested the system and explained to me that he made it more stable. It works perfect now. I even got the tv to turn on today. I can give finally 5 stars now. Thank you! Rob After getting the reply from the owner, I decided to give them another chance and AGAIN I vivid the Wifi not working. No one working there to ask to check on it again of course. I did find a small keypad finally that is painted IN THE SAME COLOR AS THE WALL to change some of the channels. 03/28/18 The wifi didn't work. Turned itself off after 20 seconds. Also, you can't change the tv channel life you can at other coin laundry places. You are at the mercy of whoever works there to pick the channel for you. The Mexican cleaning lady who COULD change the channel, if you are lucky enough to find her, doesn't speak English. Limited seating. Only 6 chairs, but have probably around 40 machines.

Clean. Reasonable. The maintenance lady watches your laundry diligently. When I pick up laundry after my wife has washed and dryer it, she had confronted me about it not being my laundry. Top notch establishment.
