My grandson tipped over a can of latex paint, right in the middle of my carpeted floor. After cleaning what I could, I called a few carpet cleaning companies. Each told me they couldn't clean it, and that I needed a carpet patch. I called HiCaliber, and the lady who answered the phone told me they could probably get the paint out! The next day HiCaliber came, cleaned up the paint, and also cleaned 3 carpeted rooms. Now you can't see any of the spilled paint, and my carpet looks new again. I am so glad I used HiCaliber to clean my carpets.

In the future I will only use this company (HiCaliber) for my carpet cleaning needs. I called them on a Monday this week (5/2/2016) to clean my mothers carpet. The carpet is 20 years old and had not been cleaned for the past 6 years. Needless to say it was DIRTY!! Steve fit my mothers cleaning job into an already full day and spent the time to ensure it was done right. The cost was based on only the surface area cleaned and was very reasonable. The carpet looks as new as the day we had it installed. Very good customer service and great results!

To anyone who is looking at a remodel for aging parents, call Hi-Caliber. An unexpected turn of events left both my parents in wheel chairs. We had a deadline to get a non-functional bathroom working for two wheelchair patients. Steve knew exactly what to do- his demolition crew was so amazing protecting the rest of the room, the Electrican came with great ideas and professional insight, the plumbers were on time and their work was fantastic, the tile experts worked to create a perfect slope for the wheel chairs and the drainage. last but not least the walls that had been modified were textured and painted to match the other walls in a room that was painted 10 years ago- they mixed a perfect match! Each one of these skilled professionals that came into my parents home - were respectful and kind, and worked hard. Back at the office Lonnie, kept track of all the details and quickly became my best friend. I wouldn't wish an "emergency remodel" on anyone, but if you need one- Hi Caliber will take good care of you.

We were pleasantly surprised when HiCaliber was able to eliminate stained spots on the carpet restoring to the original luster. Other local carpet companies stated stains could NOT be removed & were permanent. HiCaliber said, 'let us work on the stain'. Guess what? Stains vanished on two different spots restoring the carpet to look fresh like the cleaned areas. If you want great service from a company who obviously 'knows what they are doing' call HiCaliber. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years now and every time I have any work done I'm always so impressed with the results. I have had my carpet, tile and grout cleaned. You never know how dirty your floor really is until you have a professional clean it. It looks brand new and smells so good! We originally went with Servpro for mitigation work on some water leak damage in our kitchen that spread to our family room. When I looked for Restoration work Servpro was 6 weeks out. Disappointed, I looked for another company, Liberty did not have a current worker available I then called HiCaliber and within minutes I could tell I was working with a professional company. Lonnie spoke to me first and man was I impressed with her knowledge and ability to triage situations and information with our insurance adjuster as well as being able to provide immediate help for us through the subcontractors. Every service, sheetrock, moulding, painting, cabinets, carpet started earlier this week and were done by Friday morning, today. I really couldn't have been more pleased with their work. Your Dream Is Reality

These guys are incredible! Kyle and Chris did an amazing job here and were very kind and ethical people. Not only did they perform an air duct cleaning but they also noticed I had a clogged up dryer vent so they cleaned that out for us at no cost :-) Also I want mention when Kyle was cleaning the vent louvers he accidentally turned on our dishwasher (which we never use) because we hand wash our dishes. But what happened after that was pretty funny. When turning on the dishwasher we noticed it was leaking water and Kyle found the hose clamp to be bad and also replaced that for me which was awesome! Their work is very thorough and they leave the place spotless. They clean up after themselves and leave you feeling great. I'm giving these guys a five-star because they deserve it. I would highly recommend using Hi Caliber for your services. Great job guys!

Actually, these folks deserve 10 stars! Scheduled them for carpet cleaning and had to reschedule twice. They happily accommodated my schedule and showed up on time and did an excellent job of making the carpets look like new again. We have a very heavily trafficked area in one section of our home that two previous technicians were unable to get clean, siting the cause as "wear". HiCaliber got the carpet clean! We have used their services several times in the past, and they are our "go to" folks to keep our home clean. The old saying; "You get what you pay for" certainly rings true with these folks.

I arrive in St. George late on a Saturday to a furnace that was not working. I was expecting a group of 24 to join us over the New Year. On our last visit, HiCaliber cleaned our carpets, their card was sitting on our counter. I remembered him saying,"we do it all". 10:00 p.m on a Saturday night, Lonnie answered the phone. I explained my predicament with the furnace that was not working, 14 guests, of which 19 were already here, and we had no heat. She sent me the name and number of the a local HVAC repair man along with his foreman. She also made the extra effort to text this contractor to let him know i would be calling. Within minutes i had received a text message from the contractor who, at 10:30 at night, was on the phone with his supplier to get the necessary supplies to fix my furnace on a Sunday Morning. It I was expecting the worst, but was so grateful for the customer exceptional level of attention and service i received, not only from HiCaliber, but also from those they referred. I know, the next thought is, "they stuck it to you on the pricing. That's the best part. I would have expected to pay more than double what i paid due to the inconvenient timing of the needed repairs. This is not the only experience I have had like this with HiCaliaber. I would be happy to share with you the time they sent a crew over to fix my roof during the torrential down pours we experienced this spring/summer in St. George. In the midst of total mayhem caused by the storms, with their crews exhausted, both in number and in energy, they still secured my home to prevent further damage and did it the day i called!!!! When I spoke to Lonnie on the phone the first time, I thought, this is too good to be true. I needed my home secured to prevent further damage. I was really in a bind. These are amazing people with amazing integrity and customer service. They really do go above and beyond. These are people that care about their customers and really care about the level of service they provide. I have used them to clean my carpet and will continue to use them any chance i can find. Please do the same. Great Company.

HiCaliber is amazing. Communication was great, if I sent an email it was usually answered within 15 minutes. Phone calls were very courteous and at no point did we ever feel that we were being talked down to even for our "dumb" questions. As soon as the building permits were issued work started within 2 business days. The workers were very thorough, polite and very respectful. There was never a mess left overnight, and plastic tarps were always placed over furniture and other personal items. In my situation, they even finished one day early. The attention to detail was amazing. The HiCaliber employee saw a mistake made by one of the contractors (one that we didn't even notice) and he had the contractor come out and fix it. I am very happy with their service and will definitely hire them again. Great company, great employees, and amazing service. A+++

I called HiCaliber to clean my carpets because I was so disappointed by the yellow van guys that I used last time. I had used the other guys because they were cheap and I had a coupon. They ended up being more expensive than expected and the dirt all came back. So this time I called HiCaliber and I was so glad I did! I got a quick appointment, they showed up on time, very professional yet friendly and courteous gentlemen. They went over my carpets with me and made excellent suggestions about how they could help, and how I could do things differently in between deep cleaning. They moved all the furniture, vacumned everything, spot treated the bad areas and pet stains and odors and then proceeded to do a fantastic job. Our carpets look brand new and they are at least 15 years old, maybe more! I had to leave before they were done and they opened windows, turned on ceiling fans and the auto fan on the heat pump and when I came home, everything was just beautiful – all dry and so nice smelling! And the best part?? They were less expensive than the yellow guys with the coupon! I will never use anyone else. They are locally owned by an awesome family. They stand behind their work and want their customers to be genuinely satisfied. I was surprised to learn that they are a full service restoration business and can take care of all kinds of new construction and home remodeling and repair needs. They have been in business here in St. George for at least 25 years that I know of. Seriously, call me if you want a personal referral. My sisters and I do not live in St. George and we initially hired a company only to be taken advantage of and overcharged and treated terribly. Not only did they make the situation a lot worse with demolishing and ripping out the entire master bathroom and master bedroom over a shower leak, they caused more damage then what initially needed to be fixed. We were helping my parents pick out the new bathroom materials, flooring within a couple of days. Lonnie walked us through everything that we needed to do on our end so we could keep moving forward. Again, I highly recommend this company and with the service we’ve received from HiCaliber, I will not go with any other company but HiCaliber. It’s the best! Now, if only they could open a HiCaliber in San Diego. That would be awesome!

I have been dealing with a nightmare of a problem in my house that is only a year and a half old, and I've only lived in it a year. There is flooding into my living room and closet (both on different sides of the wall from my shower area. I put in an insurance claim and was told that I could choose anyone.
