Not just a bag! It's made of heavy gauge twill with a pocket for your ID and copy of your statement. They also pick up and deliver to your door,. Not a second of your time is wasted. At the Drive up window you are quickly greeted by one of their excellently trained staff. Sure miss Dan since he retired.

When I worked here, i was over worked to death and would sometimes go home crying. It'd also get really hot in the back so i wore short shorts and was told it was ok. Then the next summer I wore short shorts Amber told me it wasn't ok maybe it was just because the boss was there. Customers never saw me because I worked production in the back so she made it clear it was ok at first. Then lied the next year and said she never said that. I ended up walking out because we were understaffed for more than 6 months and I was doing 4 different jobs. I would ask when are we getting people and they said we'll just try things with how they are, but we were failing to get things out on time. I was a really hard worker but they took advantage of that sadly. I requested to get a raise for the lack of employees we had and the hard work I did for every station and Amber didn't seem willing until I talked to Brady. I loved working there until my body couldn't do it anymore.

Henries was the only dry cleaners in town to have someone working on Saturday. I don't love working on Saturday, i get it... but when you're in the service industry, there are sacrifices. Henries totally came through for me this past Saturday by pressing a gown i needed to wear that night. They truly saved the day! Thank you so much for taking care of me on Saturday. Probably the worst customer service experience in my life.... I stopped off based off the reviews on 04/17/2019- and realized quickly that the reviews are wrong! Carolyn - the employee - was extremely rude and obviously disinterested in providing quick service. In addition, after I waited in line for a customer before for 15 minutes- she then realized that I was a new customer - and asked me to then wait for two other customers behind me before she would help me because of the time that it apparently took to add in new customers. I simply opted to take my business elsewhere at that point- as there are a lot of other dry cleaning services in the area. I was in shock- doubt that they will stay in business long with that type of attitude, systems and employees.

Henrie's is awesome. We put the bag out on Tuesday and gets returned in 2 days. I get an emailed receipt promptly and Juan our delivery driver is AWESOME!! I have custom clothes and they always come back perfect and never had a problem with lost or damaged clothing. Women beware, they charge extra on the basis of your sex. I paid over $21 for two standard button-down business dress shirts to be pressed. Ouch! Apparently, if I had been a man, the cost would have only been $4.10 per shirt, a quarter of the price. For the record, the customer service is excellent, too bad their pricing is discriminatory.

I’m so surprised to have to leave this review... I dropped off my brand new suits and blazers that I had traveled with. When I picked up my lapels were completely crazy. Either not pressed or pressed completely wrong. When I returned and asked them to kindly redo them, the nice woman said “I don’t know how a suit or blazer should be pressed” I showed her what I preferred and she then said the lady who was doing the pressing in the back also didn’t know how to help. I now have to get everything redone at another cleaner. I am so disappointed.

I had a frustrating experience trying to redeem $15 worth of gift certificates that have no expiration date. Initially the manager said the ownership of the shop has changed and wouldn't honor the gift certificates. Later, they called me and said that I could bring them back in and they'd note a credit on my account. I appreciate them trying to make it right after I complained.

This business is approximately a 20 minute drive from my home, but it is well worth the commute to ensure the safety of my clothing.

I also greatly appreciate the reminder texts they offer, which includes the total amount due, and their extended hours on Saturday. They are more expensive, but for exceptional items, worth it. Additionally they are two doors down from "d'Anti" the best alterations for men and women IMHO in the Salt Lake Valley!

These guys messed up my shirt. Ripped off a few buttons, starched it like crazy after I asked them to use no starch at all, and didn’t even get it to come clean. I called in immediately after finding the handy work, and the girl on the phone was apologetic and told me to bring it back, and that since the custom tailored shirt was ruined, they’d probably issue a check to replace it. Then their manager, Teri, I believe is her name? Treated me like I was an idiot for coming in and asking about it. Treated me as though I was trying to scam them out of money. I had the local business that made the shirt send me the invoice and specifications, and Teri (?) has been giving me the runaround since. Took the shirt back to check with her manager and promised to call, but never does. It’s been a month since I dropped off the garment, and she said to come by tonight and see if it’s good enough. I asked her to call me when it’s actually cleaned and no longer starched or missing buttons, which she then informed me would probably be another day or so. HUGELY disappointed by the awful service their “customer service specialist) has provided me with, representing the business, because the others here have seemed so great.

Zero stars! I am shocked they are still in business if this is how they run. This was my first time here and they have a drive up drop off (which I thought was super convenient) with a sign that says "stay In your vehicle someone be with you" so I waited for probably 5-7 min and I kept looking inside and someone was just sitting at the desk. Finally she came out and said "people usually come in so she didn't come out" my response was "I was following the instructions on your sign that said to stay in vehicle". I dropped my coat off on the 17th and she told me it would be done the 18th by 5 pm and I would receive an email when it was complete. I never received an email saying it was complete on the day promised, so on the 19th I went on the website to check the status and it wasn't ready yet. I called and the lady told me I'd have to call back in 5 min? I found this odd cause a normal business would have called ME back after they figured it out....when I called back she said my coat was ready (this was at noon) except they still needed to brush out the faux fur! What!?! I absolutely do NOT want it brushed out and they should have asked me before assuming I wanted it done! The fur is in the same condition as when I bought it 15 years ago and would have looked ridiculous if it had gotten brushed out. If I wouldn't have been proactive and checked on it, it would have been completely ruined and that coat is irreplaceable! They finally notified me VIA email that my coat was done at 6:10 pm on Sat the 19th, they close at 6 so now I can't get it until they open next week Monday is a holiday so I might not get it until Tuesday the 22nd. So if you don't need your clothes for 5-6 days use Henries! They promise that if they have it first thing in the morning it will be done by 5pm that day. This is the worst run business that doesn't even follow their own instructions. I can't comment on the quality of work cause I am still waiting for my coat.
