It had been a long time since I had to go to a laundromat...what great changes they've made. The big machines make SHORT work of it and I loved the way you can pay with credit cards instead of having to load up on quarters.

Clean place and reasonably priced for laundry. The dryer's though are 2 dollars for a half hour. From most places I've experienced the dryer gives you so many minutes per quarter. So if your clothes are not dry you have to put in another 2 dollars even if you dont need a whole other half hour. They have a bill machine to break Bill's up to 100. Also have a place where you can pay with a card and select the washer and dryer your using.

I had some troubles with a laundry machine and despite being on vacation the owner answered and took amazing care of me. His customer service skills are amazing! I love how clean it is every time I’m here and I love having the option to use credit or debit cards to pay. Thank you new owner keep it up!

Really run down. Half the machines are out of order, aside from being really old. The lady that works there is helpful and they keep it clean. They just need to invest in some new machines.

This by far has turned out to be my favorite laundry mats. I moved from Ogden to Roy so I was pretty used to less than stellar laundromats. I found this out driving around one day and was super impressed with how clean it was. Today, one of the washers jammed up on the quarter machine and the owner was so quick to respond. Professional, courteous and so incredibly kind. He not only was quick to resolve the issue. But he also showed me how the Laundry Boss app works. This is a game changer for me since I am always on my phone. I feel safe and comfortable doing laundry here, I also know the service is top notch! All laundromats should follow this example!

New ownership, clean, safe and upgraded machines. John the owner is a sweetheart, is available onsite and by phone. First time here, he greeted us kindly, assisted with the set up of our laundry by explaining how the change machine is wifi connected and you don't have to haul your change with you, just follow the directions on the machine to pay by card and cash. Will definitely use this laundry place again.

This is probably the nicest laundromats I've been to. It's clean. The machines seem to be well maintained. They are adding more machines, which will be nice (hopefully more high capacity washers as there are only six right now). **Edit** I had an issue with a washer and the credit card machine, but called the number provided and was helped by John He was so kind and helpful and fixed the issue in just a few minutes.

The dryer on high burnt the stuffing inside my comforter. Don’t use high heat. Had to throw away the comforter.

This laundromat has everything I was looking for. It's well lit, clean, machines work good, can pay with my credit card, and John was very helpful. I feel comfortable bringing my kids here with me and will be using this laundromat on a regular basis now.

Better than you'd ever expect a laundromat to be. The owner has his number posted everywhere and was quick to help me when I had a problem. Brightly lit, clean, with tables to fold your laundry and a machine to purchase detergent/bleach/fabric softener. Machines are well-kept and there's so many it'd be hard to not find one available.

WOW, this place is amazing! I would recommend it 1,000,000 TIMES! Plus the WIFI signal is so good that I can see my videos on YouTube without no problems! Love it! Thank you guys!

Great place! Newly remodeled. Clean, bright and they have security cameras installed. I like that you can start a load of laundry as late as 10:30 PM. Works great with my schedule. Plus, someone comes and cleans all the machines every night. Will always go here for my laundromat needs.

This is the cleanest ,best functioning laundromat! The employees are quick to fix any issues with the machines and are friendly about it. The sliding doors make it so easy to get in and out with your laundry ,too. I would come here even if I did not live in Roy!

Update! I did speak with the manager and she made things right with me. I appreciate her re-cleaning the suit. I paid to have a suit cleaned for my husband. I assumed it was cleaned, so I did not check it before he needed it. He had to wear it for the event and it was still dirty. I went in and talked to them to see what their guarantee was. They said there was no guarantee. Bad business for sure and I have supported this business for years. I won’t be back, the person working there could have made all the difference in how she handled the issue.

Prices are compatible and comparable with others near by. Clothes came out of dryer cold. Machine took our dollar. Not overly thrilled with the place

I love that the inside is clean and well lit. They have A Lot of machines in several sizes. I use the huge ones to wash comforters, sheets and mink blankets regularly. There are dispensers for detergent, bleach and softener. The owner is great and easy to get a hold of. The city of Roy, Ut. needs more businesses and business owners like this!

In all my years of going to different laundromats. Hart's laundry is by far the most Prefessionaly kept. New flooring, new washing and drying machines; (Ones that can wash large bed comforters, blankets, and etc.), Advanced technology to pay for the machine instead of the old traditional way with quarters. If you need any help ask the owner John he's always on-site taking care of his customers.

They have added a new way of paying. And a new app that you just add your credit card or you can pay at the at the place that you get change. Then you scan be washer or dryer and it's deducted from the account. No more quarters... Yahoo!!!

Very clean but very expensive. I don't like that the dryers are set up so that no matter what, it cost you $2-3.00 for 30-20 minutes minimum. If you need to dry something for a few extra minutes you still have to pay the minimum amount. ALSO, even on the hottest setting the dryers failed to get my Levi's, towels and T-shirts done in an hour ($5.00).

One of the machines would not work after paying. I called the number posted for help. I was refunded my money right away and the owner was able to remote start another washer for me. To refund the money, he gave me credit on two dryers as well. His consumer services was excellent.The use of the machines are very convenient and easy to use. You have the option of using your card or cash. I will definitely be using this laundromat as my normal stop for clothes.

I went to Hart's on May 6, 2019 at about 2:30 PM.. I used the change machine to get quarters to do my laundry. The first time I used it it took a dollar then I needed more change and put 2 $5 bills in and got 5 dollars in quarters. I called the number that was posted got no answer. I called a total of 6 times and left 2 voice mails and its now been a week and still have not got called back. After spending close to 50 doing laundry I will be going to some other place to do laundry if I have to.
