I really appreciate Faye's. They might not be the cheapest dry cleaner in town, but they do a consistently good job on my suits. They also do a good job on wool coats and silk ties. They are always timely. They have drive-up service as well as home pick-up and delivery if you want it.

They were very helpful in giving me options for how to clean my bed quilt. I chose to wash it myself, and they had everything i needed to do so. Clean laundromat machines and products anyone would need if they showed up with nothing. Good experience!

I come here almost weekly to do laundry and have been doing so for the last year since I’ve moved to Layton. Plenty of washers and dryers that are all priced well (I’ve been to a few others and this place does have the best prices) and kept clean. I rarely have issues with them and when I do the employees are right there willing to help. It’s definitely dated, but since I only spend 2 hours here a week it doesn’t bother me too much. I’ll certainly check them out for dry cleaning when I need it, since I’m moving into a place that has washer and dryer and won’t need to use the laundromat side.

The blankets I launder are too big for my washing machine, so I went to Faye's because they have huge washing machines to fit anything. The cost was a little pricey, but there are not many other places we can go. I also use the dry cleaning option occasionally, it also works out great. Still, little pricey, but still great service.

I have used Fayes cleaning service twice and both times I was told my itema were not ready when promised. When I gave more time, 2 days later in both cases, I was again told they were not ready. But instead of leaving to come back again I stayed and requeated the items by description and found they were mislabeled and therefore untrackable. Luckily 1 times was only a mattress pad and easy to find and identify. Unfortunately the other time it was half my wife's wardrobe and we still have not found all the items. I don't like to bash small businesses but Fayes needs to grow up alot before I can trust them with my cleaning again.

I wish i could give these guys more than 5 stars! While they do have satellite locations you can drop your laundry off at we found ourselves in an unexpected circumstance and needed my Husbands Blues done basically next day. The Syracuse location helped us by getting in touch with the main facility in Layton and they sent us up there with our gear. Faye's took my Husbands uniform and had it done for us the next morning which is something we didn't think would be possible (were used to using the military shops on base)! Thank you so much you guys you helped us in a time that we didn't even know was going to happen!! :)

We've used their dry cleaning services for years. Never had a problem. We ran into a predicament a few weeks ago and had to use their "Wash and Fold" services. It was a little pricey, but would you expect anything less? Our clothes were cleaner than ever, folded nicely, sorted, and done when we were told they would be done. This goes for about 7 full loads. Tonight, due to another predicament, we will have to use their laundromat. I don't expect anything but the best. Keep doing what you're doing Faye's!

Unreliable Home Delivery. After a year of the staff telling me about home delivery I decided to give it a try. I’ve been on the program for two months now. They are supposed to come every tues and thurs. They’ve only come once! I’ve had to call every time they miss a pick up or delivery and every time they apologize and say they’ll come on the next day. Unfortunately they don’t always come after I call them. I believe in supporting local business, but I’m so let down by their service I feel other deserve a fair warning. I’ve given Faye’s literally 6+ chances to make this right and they just don’t seem to care. Buyer beware.

I recently had a short notice meeting that required me getting some dry cleaning done quickly. I turned in my one suit that I needed for the meeting, was told the service would be complete by 5:00PM the next day. I came in to pick up at 8:00PM the next evening and only two of the three pieces were complete (my shirt was lost) I was very much concerned. I am very much aware everyone and every business make mistakes. I told the girl working the desk all would be ok if I was able to recover it by 8:00AM the coming morning and left. I got a phone call from the manager at 6:50AM the following morning letting me know my shirt had been found and the service was complete. This ended as a fantastic customer experience. There dedication to providing an amazing service certainly shined through! Faye’s provides an amazing service and is able to match service with customer experience! They’ve certainly earned my business and loyalty going forward! Thank you Faye’s and staff you save the day for this very happy customer!

I recently took 3 wool shirts to be dry cleaned and pressed. We went to pick them up and they were not ready so we came back the next day and the shirts had not been pressed. Came back later and picked them up. When I got home I noticed the shirts did not look right and the material had been damaged and shrunk. We called to find out what had happened and the lady said they had been laundered and not dry cleaned. We talked to the manager because the shirts are ruined at this point. He claimed a different story about how he personally took the shirts to another location to be dry cleaned. I argued to no avail because the material was clearly damaged. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!!!! Do not take expensive clothing here to be dry cleaned they tend to ruin it.

This has been my second time coming here ,i just moved to layton and new in town. 1 thing I didn't like about this place is the customer service was horrible the 1st time I was here the girl never greet me or help me open the door I had my hands full. It's nice to have employees help and do there job. The dyers are not all that great this is how this makes their money and people. The washer are great that's the only thing here . I'm very picky and I like to get GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The price is right for washers. At least the employees can help the customer open doors or be little helpful there job isn't that hard.

My husband and I brought in his favorite suit that had been ruined by one of those “at home dry cleaning kits” (DO NOT USE THEM!) We weren’t expecting them to come out because it was really bad, but we were hoping the spots would fade by bringing them in. To our greatest surprise, Faye’s was able to get them out and they didn’t charge an arm and a leg to do so! We were so happy with the results that we will for sure be doing more business with them!

I dropped my dress off on Saturday . They told me to pick it up Monday. Tuesday I got it back from the Roy store. On Friday i decided to put it on, make sure it looked ok. I am glad I did. I had 2 dark spots on the chest. I called them in a panic, because I need the dress for Saturday. They had me take it to Layton. They looked it over then said they would try to get it out. I called after 4 and it was done. I picked it up. They had saved the day. Thank you!!!! Very grateful
