Awful - they will shrink everything, put permanent identification stickers on your clothing, and leave everything smelling of cleaning fluid. Oh and they are expensive.

Brought a sweater in that had a stain on it and they said they could get it out. Got it back with the stain and they still charged me. Asked to speak with the owner and they never called.Edgemont Cleaners, Plaza Dry Cleaners, Sparkling Dry Cleaners, all the same company GO ELSEWHERE

Today for the third time I went at 8 am, they suppose to open at that time, but as always , the lady who works there showed up at 8:15 and she is all the time very rude. I wasn't the only one waiting for the girl to open the dry cleaners, maybe she needs an alarm clock and chill pills.

Horrible customer service! We arrived as the women was locking the door and pleaded with her, even offering cash, to allow us to pick up our clothes for a wedding tomorrow. She says no and locked the door in our face and walked away. I will never bring any business to them again.

Showed up to drop off laundry during business hours and doors were locked and there was a sign that said ‘we’ll be right back’. Waited 5-10 mins and someone eventually showed up from the back. Just went to pick up laundry and same thing. 4:30 in the afternoon and same sign and I had to wait 15 mins for person to walk out from back and open door. Totally unapologetic. Like it happens all the time ... Really bad business practice to lock door in middle of day and close out customers. Plus they’re way more expensive than local competition. I’m going Elsewhere from now on.

Both locations are horrible. I took both a silk dress and wool pants to them - both had minor stains that I pointed out when I initially took the items in to be cleaned. Both still had the stains when I went to pick them up, they offered to clean them again. Both STILL had stains when I went in after the second attempt at cleaning - asked for a refund b/c they did not do their job (TO CLEAN the item). They told me they did clean it, but couldn't get the stain out. I understand that if they attempted and couldn't get the stain out, but if they didn't do their job, then I shouldn't get charged. Took the dress to a dry cleaner out of state when I was visiting family and the dry cleaner was able to save my dress.

The cleaning services here are decent at best, but they are overpriced and they've mixed up my ticket multiple times. The worst of the worst is their tailor, Humberto. Do NOT bring your clothes to him. This is the second time he's completely misled me on when my clothes would be done, leaving me in terrible situations. The first time I needed some suit pants altered and it took him THREE WEEKS to get them fixed for over $40. I came in week after week and every time it was the same excuse: "My machine is broken sorry please come back tomorrow or the next day it will be done I promise" and every time I went out of my way to go in on his minimal mid-day (aka business hours when most of us work) availability it wasn't done. The last straw was this week, I have a wedding and I brought him my shirt for minimal tailoring (bringing in the sides some). I brought him the shirt over a week and a half ago. He said it would be done Friday, I showed up and it was the same excuse (sorry, machine broken) and to come back Monday. I went in yesterday (Monday) and it was the same excuse plus "I'll bring it home tonight and get it done" since he knew I am leaving Wednesday morning first thing for a wedding I am the best man in. I just left there and guess what - "sorry I didn't get it done, oh well". Now I have no time left to do anything other than be stuck in this crappy situation because of his ridiculous excuses and inability to just tell me 'take it somewhere else I don't have time'. He is dishonest and I hope no one ever brings him business.
