Excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable in what kind of stains come out and what are unlikely to, what affects that, and will be honest in their assessment. Whether a stain is likely or not to come out, though, they give it their full effort to remove it. Cane here with my mom when she needed an ink stain removed and was very impressed.

I am so disappointed in your services. I dropped off a New Never washed winter coat I purchased in Alaska to have it dry cleaned. It was dirty from outside use and play . I dropped it off before Christmas and picked it up one day after the promised day . 12/27/17. Not only did u temporarily lose my coat you have it back to me Wet, Faded and with stains. Although you took $5 off for the inconvenience my jacket is now faded and smells of some sort of mildew. You are a DRY cleaner, Really ??? My jacket wasn't even dry almost a week later !!! I'm leaving bad reviews all around.

We’ve been using Durfey’s every week for close to a couple of years now - always polite, helpful, service and easy to work with if I need something done faster. The *one* customer service issue I’ve had in all this time (a shirt that came back with a small tear) was taken care of promptly and professionally (reimbursing us for the price of the shirt).

I recently bought a 50 dollar pair of beige pants, a very light color. The third time I wore them I ended up sitting on a chair that had a tar like substance... I thought dry cleaners! and then I thought but there will probably still be a stain left over... Long story short I took my these pants into Durfey's and for 7 bucks, I came back 3 days later (not sure if they are open sunday so it might've taken 2 days) and the tar is gone there was only and EXTREMELY hard to see white spot. You have to really look at it in the light to see. Looks perfect 10 out of 5 stars.

My husband and I took his military uniform to be dry cleaned. We needed it back quickly and done well for a military funeral. They were SO great to work with, made it so easy, no hassle, and did an excellent job cleaning every piece. Every employee has a great attitude and worked hard to provide the best customer experience possible. This is definitely our new dry cleaning place!

We are a bridal shop just down the street and this is where we take our gowns to be cleaned. Recently we had a gown get dropped in some mud, another be run over run over by wheels at a runway event, and lastly the one was borrowed for a shoot and came back dirtier than I've ever seen a gown before. Durphy's got all of these gowns completely clean! They look new again. All of this was done while being careful of not overheating the beading. I recommend Durphy's to everyone and will always take my gowns to them; they know their stuff and have been doing it for so long I trust them with even my most expensive gowns.

did not take good care of my garment. I dropped off a very expensive Hugo Boss sport coat with mother of pearl buttons and one of the front buttons was broken in two pieces and several of the cuff buttons were chipped. the wool has several marks on it from excessive heat from pressing the coat. I will give them credit for cleaning it, but the overall care of the garment is very below expectations. if you have a cheap men's warehouse suit, don't worry this place will do fine. if you have any high end luxury items, go somewhere else. EDIT: they fully covered the cost of the jacket and made everything whole. Took a little long but really grateful they owned their mistakes.

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped off a dress that I was planning on wearing to a wedding this coming Saturday on Monday. They said it would be ready on Thursday at 4pm. Well, it was not ready, they said there were spots on the dress that they needed to get out. I told them that I needed the dress as I had a flight to catch and was wearing that dress over the weekend. The dress is now ruined as there are grey spots all over the dress that was not there when I brought it in. I wish I wouldn't have brought it to them as it was wearable before. Now I have to scramble to find something else to wear.

So me and my husband chose this place because it was highly recommended by a friend. We didn't do any other research--like BBB or online ratings--which I probably should have, but we don't have lots of time. So they weren't able to get rid of some older stains on some items, which is understandable--time does matter, and for the most part things came back okay and seemed clean enough. But I always felt suspicious as dry cleaners, no matter how decent, are notorious for ruining things--it's always a gamble trying to decide what will be the best option for the articles in question. Well I took that gamble on a shirt that was supposed to bounce back, and they completely ironed out the stretchiness--ruining its drape. So I did my homework on alternative cleaners (once again no place online seems perfect) and came back into the cleaners completely expecting there to be a teen or someone else highly underpaid to roll their eyes and be like sorry, there's nothing we can do, and then coming back and venting here. She seemed genuinely concerned and called her manager who was knowledgable and offered several courses of action and ended up compensating me for more than the price of the shirt and getting it cleaned combined. I was impressed at the customer service! So I'll be coming back unless I notice a downward trend in their services.
