Agreed to pay extra to have my husband's suit cleaned within 24 hours. Not only was it not ready when we went to pick it up but they had actually lost it! Luckily this did find it but it added extra stress on my husband since he needed it to wear to a job interview that morning. Don't think I'd trust them again.

Used to be a great place to go with nice service but last year they started raising prices without telling the customers. When we picked up one time, they told us they had quoted the wrong price on the original receipt and they had to add more .

My husband is SUPER picky about his suits and ties and this is the only place he will take them now to get cleaned. They do the best job I have seen from ANY cleaner I have ever been to and have great service. Great family business!

The bottom line is that they didn't have the work ready when they said they would, didn't do it correctly when they did get around to it, and refused to fix the problem after I drew their attention to it. In detail: I dropped off a suit on a Saturday morning and asked them to dry-clean it and tighten some suspender buttons. They said it would be ready by the next Saturday. When I came back the next Saturday, they told me it wasn't ready and that I should come back after 5:00p (they closed at 6:00p, giving me a one-hour window). I couldn't make it later that day so I came back on Monday to pick it up. They had only tightened one of the buttons. I gave it back and asked them to tighten the others. When I came back the next day, they hadn't done any additional work and told me they decided that no other buttons needed to be tightened. (Apparently it didn't occur to them to leave that judgment to the one who actually wears the clothes). I needed the suit for an important event and was moving out of state a couple of days later. I didn't have time to give them any additional opportunities to make it right. So we are left with a stiffed customer whose only recourse is to post scathing reviews on the Internet.

Left drapes to be cleaned. Couldn’t give me a quote. Took my number, but never called. Went in and the quote was high, but was told I would get 10% discount for cash. When I went to pick it up. No discount, nothing noted in computer, as promised. Manager who gave discount was called. She basically called me a liar. Would not speak to me personally. Girl at the counter could care less. Worst service ever!! Drapes were not nicely pressed.

Most recently I took my daughters delicate designer wedding gown in that had been walked through the mud during a photo shoot. The dress came out perfectly clean and had been handled with great care! I have been taking my dry cleaning here for decades. Wouldn't go anywhere else obviously. They're very pleasant, they pick-up, deliver and rush when necessary. Nothing but positive things to say. And even though, like all business interactions, nothing is 100% perfect everytime but they work hard to (and do) resolve my concerns.

Got my wedding dress cleaned here and they did a great job. The bottom of my white dress was practically black and they got it back to me looking new. Very friendly, honest people which I appreciate so much.

I took my wedding dress in to get it cleaned. The owner was there and very confident that he could make the dress look great, he even showed me a picture in his phone of another dress he worked on. I left my dress and paid $266 up front for the cleaning. He told me it would be ready in a week. When we went to pick up the dress it wasn't ready and he needed an additional week to clean. When the dress was picked up, there are marks on the dress that were not there before on the front and back of the middle section of the dress. The only part of the dress that was dirty before was dirt marks on the bottom. When we asked him what happened he told me didn't do it and there was nothing he could do. It clearly looks like a chemical mark from cleaning but he takes no responsibilty. Not only did he deny any responsibility, he got irate and irrational, he asked me to "call a bishop or the FBI" which I thought was completely ridiculous and just asked him what he thought was reasonable to make things right for what has happened to the dress. He told me he could not refund the money from the cleaning and actually told me "he is proud of the work" he had done. Normally when you ruin an item at a dry cleaner the dry cleaner would pay you for the item which they ruined. I haven't even had to ask dry cleaners in the past for this they just offer. However, this dry cleaner wouldn't even refund the cleaning cost of the item and he ruined it. THE OWNER IS THE MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS OWNER I HAVE EVER MET! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT PAY UPFRONT FOR CLEANING OF YOUR ITEMS, I AM NOT CONFIDENT HE CLEANS ITEMS PROPERLY.

I will only trust these cleaners! I had a wedding dress worn at an outside location for bridals this last month that my daughter dragged through dirt and mud and had makeup spots on it where she would pick up the dress to move. Inside the collar had make-up on the neckline. it was a disaster. They cleaned it to pristine condition. You would have never known it had ever been through the mud or had ever been previously worn. After I had it cleaned my daughter took the dress to do another photo shoot outside and again it was drug through the dirt and mud...Makeup etc...Broke my heart! I brought it in again to Countryside and of course it came back looking beautiful and new. Wedding is next week and she is not allowed to do any more photo shoots! Countryside cleaners can handle delicate and expensive items and take care of every detail. inside and out of the dress was spotless and new. I had brought another expensive formal/bridal dress to them that had sweat spots and make up that had sat in a closet dirty for 4 years. They cleaned it to perfection and it looked better than when we originally purchased it. They know what they are doing and take pride in cleaning beyond expectation. I am bringing suits for the wedding to them this next week and can sleep soundly that they will come back looking perfect.

We took in a wedding dress to get it cleaned and boxed for preservation. They paid close attention to the details and kept it out for us to review before boxing it. They used a nice box too that allows you to show the dress without taking it out. The owner and staff took pride in their work. We are pleased with the service.
